I used to go here regularly, but recently they have started getting my order wrong. I would order with the app, but more than once my coffee order has had regular milk instead of oatmilk, which for someone who is lactose intolerant is an undrinkable mistake, plus I'm paying that extra oatmilk fee for nothing. There have been other careless mistakes as well, such as my breakfast sandwich coming with only one slice of bread, or leaving things out (such as an entire bag of coffee beans) from my order because they didn't have it without alerting me at pickup or offering a substitution. No matter what Dunkin' Donuts you visit, no matter where Dunkin' Donuts opens . . . they will still suck. I was picking up donuts for friends on Thursday around 7:00PM. I figured the place would be fairly empty at this time even as close as it is to CSUN, but I also figured this might be the only donut shop open around the area at this time. Big mistake for assuming the first and not checking on the second. I walk in to a line to the door, with just ONE employee - that ONE employee was responsible for taking orders, packing donuts, taking payment, making coffee, and handing off the coffee . . . seriously? This isn't an anomaly. It isn't "National Donut Day" and they weren't giving away free donuts. Who is the genius manager not to have another employee or him/herself in there helping guests? Even when I left around 7:20 (yes it took about 20 minutes to get my donuts) the line was still to the door. I had ordered donut holes and looking at the menu, they had 10 for $2.00 (which I ordered) then they had 25 for $6.99. How does that make any sense? That's a total ripoff and you're better off getting 3 sets of 10 at $6 then 25 for $7. I also did not forget how bad the donuts and coffee are here. These donuts are bad, just plain bad. Obviously they don't have the fresh taste, even while being made all day, and the pastry itself is just so dry and bland while the toppings and fillings are insanely sugary and also gross. I came in this morning with my pup and had a great experience! The line went by fast, there was plenty of employees fulfilling their job and they were all very nice and pleasant. I was actually surprised at how fast as I was called for my order. I added sugar to my iced coffee which I didn't like and as soon as I told one of the young girls she switched it for me instantly. My latte was very well made and my donut was moist and delicious. As a person who doesn't drink any kind of coffee except for decaf I have to say that this latte had me craving a second one! I love coming to this location every morning before my 9am class. The service here is fast. Their could be a line up to the door and it won't take longer than 3-5 minutes for your coffee, so they definitely have a good system here. WiFi is free and they have plenty of seating and outlets! Although I'm not a huge fan of their doughnuts I do enjoy their turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. The turkey sausage is actually pretty tasty, definitely worth trying. Prices are very fair and reasonable and usually have 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches. Not sure if they offer CSUN discounts as many businesses surrounding the area usually do, but it be great if they did! BUT Groupon does offer a cash back deal on your purchases, all you have to do is register for Groupon and add your credit/debit card to your profile and bam cash back! read more

Finally tried Dunkin' Donuts, I know, I know I'm late on the train. We had the sour cream donut and the jelly donut. They were good, but not much different than any other local donut shop. What I really did enjoy here was the caramel salted hot chocolate and the mint hot chocolate we had. They were both sweet , but not too sweet. Perfect for a nice cold night when you're trying to stay away from caffeine. The service here was good. Our cashier Allison was friendly and recommended her favorite donuts to us. The shop was clean, but crowded. This particular location is in the same vicinity as CSUN, so most of the tables were taken. They have a good size parking lot, so parking is easy here. I will definitely be back to try the coffee here, and see if it's worth the hype. read more

I've been here a few times and it's great to see a Dunkin' on a street with two Starbucks locations nearby. This Dunkin' does leave something to be desired. The best part is the Dunkin menu and the outdoor seating area. And that it has free wi-fi so is a great place for students to study and meet. The downside is there's fewer places to sit because it's a study location. Service is less impressive than other local Dunkin locations. I recently ordered a drink that I could tell by looking at was wrong. When I asked the woman who made it, she insisted it was right but from taste, it wasn't. I'm not a difficult customer so if you tell me the item is right, I'll take your word for it. Also, another location has a monitor that shows the status of your order -- whether it's completed or not. This doesn't have that so it's on par with other coffee places. If you really want Dunkin, like I do, it's great there is a location here even if it doesn't quite live up to your expectations. read more

I love Dunkin! I'm not sure why so many people dislike it. Personally I think Dunkin's coffee taste better then Starbucks. I love how big this location is, plenty of room and seating. My favorite thing to order is the iced coffee with French vanilla swirl and cream. It's so delicious! It's not a strong flavored coffee, it's creamy and sweet but not overly sweet. Went this morning to pick up my usual morning get up and go, and unfortunately the young behind the counter ether does not care for her job or she is over worked at 5:00 in the morning. The store and restrooms were clean. However, the music was a little loud and distracting. I've been coming to this establishment since it first opened. Never ever had any type of issue or concern. Today that all changed. Congrats on your grand opening, Dunkin' Donuts! I'm so happy that more DD's are opening in the west coast. Good call on opening one in the valley near CSUN on a busy street like Reseda. You already know that all the employees on Reseda will be coming here during their work break as well as CSUN students will be flocking over here during the school year! Great business. There's a line once you walk in the door (gets kind of cramped when it's busy) and either one out of the two registers will call you up when they're available. I ordered a small iced coffee with almond milk with no sugar. I got my order and there was still a ton of ice and barely any almond milk. Even with the faulty drink, they were happy to fix it for me. The coffee was lovely and strong. I ended up taking out the ice later on because almond milk kind of already makes the drink watered down. Like all coffee shops, they have an assortment of zero calorie sugar packets by the pick-up counter. Some packets are even from the DD company but I decided to choose good 'ole Splenda for my coffee. Lots of comfy (I mean COMFY!) chairs, barstools, and booths to choose from. They even have an outdoor patio in the front. My favorite part of the interior is that they have plenty of outlets that come with... USB PORTS! Very happy that they are catering to the modern 21st century. Was so excited to discover a Dunkin Donuts on my way to lunch that I made my coworkers stop by on the way back to the office! (Yup total piggies!) I really don't get the hype around DD though! The donuts were very average and the selection was limited to the basics. Some of the donuts had cute Halloween names or were decorated, but they were still the same plain donuts. I also didn't like how the donut case was way in the back, past the registers so I couldn't ogle the donuts or make a decision until I was at the front of the line. I tried some munchkins, but I thought they were on the dry side. I gave my friend an apple fritter and she thought it was just average as well. Maybe the coffee is the thing to get?? I doubt I will return to DD as there are so many other donut stores with better donuts! (Earl's, Blinkies, Spudnuts, Krispy Kreme to name a few!) read more

The cashier today aug 1st, q10:05 am was very rude. She doesn't know any people skills at all. Couldn't understand my order of brewed coffee. I had to repeat it 5 times until i had to demonstrate it with my hands. And espresso of all things where you push a button and voila it's instant coffee ‍ I came in for an iced Americano, nothing fancy and you're telling me that you're sold out ? I love this location! The workers here are always smiling, even when I come during the evening times. They've got a great selection of doughnuts that change every month. I'm a huge fan of Krispy Kreme and having doughnuts here are definitely a different experience. I believe that the doughnuts at DD are more dense and cake-ey than the fluffiness that I'm used to at KK. Overall, I like them both. I think they appeal to different tastes.
