I needed a dozen donuts and was so glad i can order a head of time with the app. When i arrived i was greeted by a nice lady at the counter. I went to the pick up order line and gave them my name. They handed me my donuts in a nicely sealed box. The Store is clean and there is a good seating area. I recommend this location.

Ordered a iced Matcha latte and received a cup of milk with a hint of green. No flavor of Matcha anywhere in this glass of milk. Don't waste your time here, find a local place.

I don't like the donuts at Dunkin. I like the drinks. Green iced tea, iced coffee, iced latte and refreshers. I also like the Avocado toast. Can't have the bagel bites anymore due to my heart disease.

    Latte & Dunkin's Hash Browns

12/5/2024 - At present, the store has a holidays decoration ambience with a clean environment. Recommend to avoid a waiting line by using Apps to order online. The latte is just average, it may be a scenario I asked for less sugar (3 stars). The Dunkin's Hash Browns is 4 stars. The overall score is 3.5 stars. There are enough parking spaces available when I arrived at 6:15 p.m.

I get it. It is late in the day not much of choice left and they are tired. The front guy was lazy and rude. He looks like he is done for the day. But at least serve the customers. If you are tired bring someone else to help. Donuts are ok to eat even though it late in the afternoon. Would I come back in the afternoons? No! Maybe in the day time sometime in the future.

Att: Dunkin' HR DEPARTMENT. If i can give 0 stars or negative i would. RUDE LAZY AND JUST PLAIN UNAPPRECIATIVE TO HAVE A JOB. By far the worst customer service, first I order through the kiosk and takes them for ever to get your order ready because YESSENIA , The cashier doing NOTHOING but talking bad about the previous costumer in Spanish thinking no one else understands her mocking people that just left. Mind you because she got the costumers order wrong and complaining why they have to redo an order! Get it right the first time ! Second. I got up to order something else, this time I go to the register since kiosk took forever .. shes ignoring the fact that I'm at the register and I say excuse me she responds YES ! AS IF IM TAKING AWAY FROM HER TIME TALKING IN THE BACK, so I place another order for tots and she laughs to the guy behind her in the kitchen, he rolls his eyes because he just made an order of tots and had to make another as if he's bothered ! Like if you don't like your job trust me there are plenty of people who are looking to take your place who can't find a job!

12/21/24: L: Boston cream from our favorite family owned donut place in Winnetka. R: DD's Boston Kreme it's gotten smaller
    Anna L.

Two Stars nust because, their portions are small and the donut size has gotten smaller compared to other family owned donut places in the valley. After many years since the Encino DD branch opened, I decided to order again from DD but Northridge branch. I bought 2 Chicken and Roasted Pepper Wrap, 1 Iced Latte, 1 side of Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon and 1 boston kreme donut since it is my favorite and it's been a while since we last had DD. Everything taste great, however my dilema is the small Portion of food you get. The wrap was small, shaped in square as it was folded in the edge (Carl's Jr burriton is even longer and bigger). But the filling inside is flavorful though. The Ice Latte tasted amazing, the Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon was good and crunchy but for $4+ they could've have atlese given us more. Now the main part of my review was the boston kreme. Luckily I had decided to just order 1 pc and just get the rest of the donut suck as glaze, sugar from the family owned donut shop we ho to in Winnetka. I compared the DD Boston Kreme next to the Boston Kreme donute we bought from our fave go to donut shop and WOW! DD's donut has GOTTEN smaller (Krispy Kreme's is also actually bigger that DD's donuts!!) I just hope that they will go back to the usual DD Donut sizes as before so that consumers will enjoy they food again. I can't say much on the service and ambience as I have my ordered delivered.

Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich
    Marie C.

I haven't been to this location since it opened many years ago in Northridge. I was driving by and I needed breakfast so I decided to check it out. I went for the sweet pepper bacon, egg, cheese croissant sandwich hash browns and a hot chai latte with oat milk. My order was to go. The breakfast sandwich was very good- it had plenty of bacon and a buttery croissant. The hash browns were nothing special and my large chai latte, however, was all foam. I thought my cup was a little light but I figured I'll just check it out when I get home. These 3 items tasted okay, and I will probably try the breakfast sandwich again minus the hash browns. I received 6 mini circles for a $1.99. Also, paying extra for oat milk ($1.23) versus the standard whole milk (which already was not inexpensive) I probably won't be ordering the chai latte again.

    Grill cheese smh!
    Mark P.

Ordered food online was grilled cheese and bagel bites when I picked up the odor the bagel bites were basically refrigerated temperature and grilled cheese not even melted or cooked service is horrible. I did ask my refund which I got my money back, but I will never ever come to this Dunkin' Donuts ever again. All the tables are dirty. Most of the time is what I noticed. I'd rather go to Starbucks across the street.

Filled donut? Yah, this was ridiculous for a $2 donut to hardly have any filling inside it.

Parking was easy to find, they have a lot and there are several surrounding free parking lots. The cafe inside was clean and well designed with several tables - by the time we got out drinks, a table had cleared up and we sat down. We ordered the matcha einspanner and the hojicha einspanner. The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. I love hojicha and always recommend it as an alternative to matcha or coffee at cafes. The hojicha here was chocolatey and smooth, absolutely amazing! Very well balanced and well made drinks - and they are absolutely photogenic as well ;) Highly recommend!

They have a small and limited parking lot behind the coffee shop as well as some street parking open on Reseda and Dearborn. There's a Trader Joe's and Chili's across the street with more parking as well and I have parked behind Dave's Hot Chicken and the Habit and there is always space there. Ambiance: This coffee shop is quaint and feels a little cramped when you finally get inside and through the line. There is a counter top with some chairs as well as one couch and desk where one can study although, I personally never would. It's clean and bright with a minimalistic vibe inside. With it being cramped, you basically just get in, order, and get out. It's rare to find seating inside and it can feel overwhelming just sitting there trying to enjoy your drink with so many people around. Drinks: We've been there multiple times and you can always expect the same- mid, slightly overpriced, oh- getting some post purchase clarity. But it's the type of slightly regretful decision we continue to make every time. We've gotten the matcha einspanner on several occasions, vanilla iced latte, caramel latte, and the most disgusting Americano known to man. Whether you get the dark or light roast Americano, you will not run away from the burnt and bitter flavor. Service: The line moves quickly, they take your order and get you in and out without a long wait. They also offer stamp cards, buy 10 get the 11th free. What a steal! Gimme 10 more! Overall: All this to say, it's oddly grown to be a valley staple, and represents some bordering LA values- overpriced, overhyped, but for some reason addicting in the fact you always seem to go back. I would say 3.5 but it doesn't allow it, so I'm feeling generous today.

Ambiance: The exterior of the building almost plants the idea that the cafe will be small, but once entering the building you get a different feeling. The interior is spacious even having 2 stories. The interior exudes a calm, cozy, minimalistic feel. It really does feel like you are walking into a warm inviting yellow home, albeit a little loud and busy. There is a good amount of natural light coming from all the windows and depending on the time of year, they also decorate for each holiday. Drinks: We have gotten the tiramisu iced latte, creme brulee matcha, Earl grey Matcha, and Strawberry matcha, and sea salt caramel americano. Order all drinks half sweet or you'll get a cavity- heed the warning of this tooth fairy. But in all seriousness, their drinks are SWEET so be aware. All of the drinks taste like what they advertise though which is amazing! If you're looking for top tier matcha quality this isn't the place, this isn't Rocky's matcha but if you're in sheer desperation and ache for some green drink derived from leaves, it'll work. Service: Everyone is nice and the drinks come out pretty quickly considering their crafted nature. Overall: There's a reason we keep coming back! There is ample space to sit and enjoy your drink. I'd even say it's a good spot to study as it is spacious and does not get too loud. Drinks/food: We've tried the Iced Ube Matcha latte, Iced sea salt latte, Iced Ube Latte, as well as the Ube truffles. I love the ube flavor and it pairs perfectly with their matcha. They don't use the highest quality matcha but the ube flavor carries and still provides a nice tasty drink. The iced coffee was good, a little too sweet and kind of just an average latte, nothing to write home about. The ube truffles are something sweet that hit the spot if you have that sweet ube craving. They are soft and chewy and just the perfect bite. I am definitely biased in general because I really like ube so if you aren't the biggest fan you may not like it Overall this place does make their drinks on the sweeter side so going half sweet is smart if you don't want a blast of sugar. The menu is fun and unique, especially for anyone who enjoys ube flavors. The cafe itself offers a comfortable, inviting space that works well for hanging out or getting some work done. While the drinks can run on the sweeter side and some of the drinks are just average, the overall experience is still enjoyable. The friendly service and relaxed atmosphere is a calm choice for a new casual cafe stop, particularly if you are there for their ube specialties.
