I give them a 4 star because they were quick and the cashier lady Sofi had great customer service. However, they need to be careful when speaking Spanish because I may look white but I'm actually Hispanic and understood when they said they forgot to add something to my drink when I mentioned it tasted like water. For the second time I just walked away because the ice coffee still tasted like water.... I'm pretty sure they added too much water to their coffee or something because it looks water down. I very much enjoy coming to this Dunkin' location because of the close proximity to my home. But, I will note that the staff here definitely attributes to me coming back. That and the promos that Dunkin' usually runs like free iced coffee Wednesdays and free donut Fridays (Summer 2020 promos so far) so, make sure to download the Dunkin' app and check out the DD perks section. My order was taken incorrectly I ordered 3 bagels with bacon, egg, cheese & creamcheese. I got 2 one with only cream cheese. I spoke to Yesenia, she looked over my receipt and said I had only ordered 2. The receipt is a little confusing. I told her I see 3 and she said no it was 2. I love their coffee and never had an issue with mobile order. It's a great pick up on the way to work and they always have my food/drink ready in the time they say when I order ahead. The parking lot is a little tiny and squishy so it gets pretty packed. Went to try their new iced salted caramel signature latte which was delicious! If it's a permanent menu item, it might be my new go to. Their avocado toast is great as well but usually a little rubbery and cold after a few minutes. I like the location and nice windows of this DD. I would have to say their best attribute is the outside seating area. It's under a veranda thing and you are just surrounded and protected by a nice wood structure. The donut selection looked fairly small compared to most DD's I've been to. However I do have to say the employees at this particular location seem like they hate their job. They never greet you warmly and are always very short when you ask a quick question. This is my doughnut test...do I get to the filling on the first bite? Dunkin' Donuts passed my test. DD has begun opening many locations in So Cal and this one is practically across the street from CSUN and is thus inhabited by mostly students on a budget. It's super clean and you need to see how organized their sugar and sweetener displays are! They have just four shelves of retail offerings, two restrooms, indoor (6 tables), a two-sided "bar" (8 seats), comfy solo seats (4) and outdoor seating (13 tables), as well as a big screen TV. It's a student's home away from home! The best thing is PLUGS EVERYWHERE! Seriously, there's four at the "bar", between the chairs and above the tables. I've never seen so many plugs for charging electronic devices anywhere else (besides an Apple Store). There are large plate-glass windows so you can see the traffic pass by on busy Reseda Blvd. The soundtrack was classic Led Zepplin...which was a bit unusual...but works for me. The donuts are displayed with calorie counts. Okay, it's January, so that's helpful to me...but usually I just don't wanna know! Ignorance is bliss...y'know? They have a happy hour from 2-6pm with hot and cold lattes for $2.00. My Toffee Nut Swirl Iced Latte was a bit more, $3.39. I ordered a 300 calorie Boston Kreme donut for $1.29. Great for people on a budget. My only sadness is that it should've been a drive-thru with the corner location and Reseda Blvd. traffic. And as for donuts, I like my jelly-filled in a glazed format. DD only does jelly-filled inside white powdered sugar donuts. I find those to be too messy, especially because I wear black- a lot. I usually enjoy the offerings at Dunkin Donuts. However, when I recently stopped by this particular location, I was left with a few gripes. The donuts here are essentially the same as at every other location, but I found the set up here leaves a lot to be desired. First, the donuts being offered were offset far in back of the counter. So when you are trying to order it's pretty hard to actually see the donuts when making your selection. At other locations, they typically have the donuts in a display case right up in front so you can actually see them and decide what you want. Second, the menu board was placed high up in back of the counter above the donuts, and the print on the menu was so small that you virtually need to bring along a pair of binoculars to read what it says. So unless you know exactly what you want before you show up here, I think it's best to avoid going in here in the first place. read more

What a better place to open a new Dunkin' Donuts location other than next to the CSUN campus where students can come and get their donut and coffee fix. This location was designed with students in mind. There are plenty of tables where students can study while enjoying their coffee and donuts. There is free wifi along with numerous outlets with USB ports to plug in your laptop and phone. The only downside of this location is there is no drive thru for these people who want to drop by to pick up donuts on their way to work. I am not going to lie, I am so happy this place arrived. There was good air conditioning, lots and lots of outlets (with USB ports), lots of seats (both insides and outside) and most importantly, the donuts. The donuts were very fresh and the ones that have frosting that was to die for. I got the vanilla frosting with sprinkles and it was perfect. Despite that today's grand opening brought a big line, it went by so fast and the employees were really friendly. There was someone already cleaning tables to ensure the place was clean and this could be my new study spot. By the way this is a good place to study. I cant wait to go again tomorrow. We have driven past this location several times and so finally decided to try it. I was introduced to DDs while on spring break on the east coast so it's an nice treat to see them out west. The location is large with a decent parking area. At some point I feel they will convert the location to accommodate a drive thru. There is a decent sized outdoor patio area and the indoor space is large and airy. We ordered two donuts and an order of the donut holes. I also ordered a hazelnut iced coffee. The drink was extremely sweet and so I asked if it could be redone and without hesitation the barista re did my drink. I think the employees are nice but definitely aren't the most effective and efficient. They just seemed like they were taking their time. It's fine. I wish this location best!
