This place is so underrated! I've been here twice and have been so satisfied with both the donuts and the service. The lady at the counter served me twice and is just so friendly. She's so sweet and helpful. The donuts, ohh the donuts, are amazing! My husband asked, "how can you mess up a donut?" Let me tell you! I had terrible donuts from a different donut shop in Northridge that I ordered on DoorDash and I ultimately threw those away. That donut shop has good ratings so I was quite disappointed. The donuts from Dragon Donuts however are so light, soft, and aren't dense and oily. And, speaking of oily, you can tell they fry their donuts in clean oil because there's no weird aftertaste. Although I waited patiently for them to set up shop rather than go in right as they opened, I eventually came in and asked "Which ones are fresh?" to which I was told "All of them are fresh!!" Just be honest with, "No but there'll be new ones in an hour." like what I was told about their boba. I didn't see the entire display so I gave it a shot anyway with a $2 purchase and even after tipping an extra buck, I said "Have a good one!" which, not to my surprise, went ignored. What I love about the donuts here is that they're not overly sweet; they're very fluffy and have the right amount of sugary goodness, whether you have an old fashioned, filled, sprinkled, or just glazed. I adore the donuts, yes, but the absolute must-haves here are their croissants. You look in the case and see these fat, fluffy croissants. And when you order one, they'll go into the back and get you a croissant, only warmer and slightly toastier. And when you bite into them, they're even more fat and fluffy and buttery than you imagined. Oh, and their ham and cheese croissants? Delicious. Make a meal out of them, yo. The staff there are always nice. The gentleman who's there late at night is so bright and cheery, and gets all excited when he describes a filled donut. After that, how could we not get it? Like most donut stores, everything is super affordable. But unlike most donut stores, their donuts and croissants are filling and satisfying. Yeah, you still feel guilty that you ate something sweet and/or buttery, but it's not a "WHAT HAVE I DONE?!" kind of guilt, because it's that good. First off, it's not a top quality, upscale, donut shop so don't expect crazy new delicacies. It's a small donut shop next to a 7-Eleven. You get the main variety that you see in every donut shop: sprinkles, plain, jelly-filled, donut wholes, and fritters. Other than their cinnamon one (didn't really taste cinnamon-y, more like a regular sugar donut), the donuts here have the right amount of sweetness or amount of filling. Their sprinkled or iced ones have a bit of crispy ness outside, and soft inside. It's a good place to get my donut fix. If you want yummy regular donuts, check this place out. I think its cash only, but not to worry because there's an atm in the store. read more

I got a dozen donut holes for myself and found them GONE by the time I got to my work... which is only a 5 minute drive away. X___X My department seemed to have liked them too. Their customer service and donuts are great, parking lot is small ... My main complaint is that they don't follow their own posted business hours. Their stated closing time is 5pm however my arrival time to their location was 2pm and found it closed. This is not the first incident where I have found them closed earlier without notice.
