Alright, you got me- I tried...and loved Dunkin'. The employees here are super accomodating and always kind. (Even when I added 4 pumps instead of 1 to my drink...and didn't like it.). The donuts are always fresh and idk who is frying their eggs because the CRISPY-ness of that fried egg is just...*chef's kiss* truly. My order has not been wrong a single time here. I needed a dozen donuts and was so glad i can order a head of time with the app. When i arrived i was greeted by a nice lady at the counter. I went to the pick up order line and gave them my name. I've been to this dunkin before, but it's definitely been a minute. Had to come here to try the Sabrina carpenter drink, but what stole the show was the ham and Swiss croissant. I wish it was a little bigger for the price. The drink was definitely overpriced so not worth the hype in my opinion. Service was pretty bad and that's why I couldn't give the full 5 star. There was a little line when we came in, like 2 people ahead, one was ordering and the other was just picking up and somehow the cashier didn't charge the first lady and was charging the second lady so they had to figure that out, I think we were waiting for over 15minutes and ended up doing a mobile order. Two Stars nust because, their portions are small and the donut size has gotten smaller compared to other family owned donut places in the valley. After many years since the Encino DD branch opened, I decided to order again from DD but Northridge branch. I bought 2 Chicken and Roasted Pepper Wrap, 1 Iced Latte, 1 side of Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon and 1 boston kreme donut since it is my favorite and it's been a while since we last had DD. Everything taste great, however my dilema is the small Portion of food you get. The wrap was small, shaped in square as it was folded in the edge (Carl's Jr burriton is even longer and bigger). But the filling inside is flavorful though. The Ice Latte tasted amazing, the Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon was good and crunchy but for $4+ they could've have atlese given us more. Now the main part of my review was the boston kreme. Luckily I had decided to just order 1 pc and just get the rest of the donut suck as glaze, sugar from the family owned donut shop we ho to in Winnetka. I compared the DD Boston Kreme next to the Boston Kreme donute we bought from our fave go to donut shop and WOW! DD's donut has GOTTEN smaller (Krispy Kreme's is also actually bigger that DD's donuts!!) I just hope that they will go back to the usual DD Donut sizes as before so that consumers will enjoy they food again. I haven't been to this location since it opened many years ago in Northridge. I was driving by and I needed breakfast so I decided to check it out. I went for the sweet pepper bacon, egg, cheese croissant sandwich hash browns and a hot chai latte with oat milk. My order was to go. The breakfast sandwich was very good- it had plenty of bacon and a buttery croissant. The hash browns were nothing special and my large chai latte, however, was all foam. I thought my cup was a little light but I figured I'll just check it out when I get home. These 3 items tasted okay, and I will probably try the breakfast sandwich again minus the hash browns. I received 6 mini circles for a $1.99. Also, paying extra for oat milk ($1.23) versus the standard whole milk (which already was not inexpensive) I probably won't be ordering the chai latte again. read more

I stopped by this Dunkin since I was in the area and wanted a donut. I always drove by this place but never stopped by so today was the day. I found parking easily and walked straight inside. I asked for a chocolate donut and a small hot chocolate. The price for the small hot chocolate was pretty high so I don't think I'll order that again here. It didn't take them long to make my drink but what I notice when I took the lid off is that they didn't even fill it all the way up. So I got cheated out because it was full and I also paid the high price. I ate my donut in their outside patio since it's a nice day. I thought my chocolate was fine and the spice is reasonable. The hot chocolate was good too but not getting all the drink in the cup is misleading here. So I don't plan on getting that again here if given the chance. It's a 3.5 for me, if I had the choice. The service can be a hit or a miss. Sometimes they have attentive employees and other times employees who are not happy to be working there. Not that I blame them lol. Donuts are okay. I like the munchkins, bite sized and pretty good. Generally donuts I've had here were fine. I don't find myself craving any from here specifically though. The drinks Dunkin serves are awful! I keep expecting it to be good but unfortunately they are consistent in making disappointing drinks. The sweet foam on the cold brew was great but they have burnt tasting cold brew. Also tried their peach passion fruit drink and that was not very good either. So polite, helpful and has the best attitude. Always acknowledges customers as soon as they come in even when busy with another person. This location is always clean and welcoming. Depending on what time you go, there can be a bit of a wait. Especially for specialty drinks. But, if you're there just to pick up a doughnut (or 12), there's a good chance you'll be getting in and out quick enough. And the staff there is always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes special limited edition doughnuts will be sold out after morning hours, but that's fine. I tend to just go for the classics. Those they always keep well stocked.
