I've been coming to this establishment since it first opened. Never ever had any type of issue or concern. Today that all changed. How is it that I had to wait 20 mins for a large cup of regular coffee?? Yet others after me kept getting specialty drinks, food within 1-2 mins of ordering. What made it more insulting, the cashier Erica(Store Manager) makes an announcement to one of her cashiers that her little brother is there. Within 1-2 mins the kid gets his drink. Literally 5 mins go by, I'm still waiting for my coffee. And this other lady walks in and the manager already knew her order, bam less than two mins. I finally said something and still took another 5 mins. No apology. They give me the coffee. I had asked for 4 creams. Nothing inside. I drive back and then I asked for the manager and the poor male cashier is going crazy trying to get all these orders in. Erica is just there taking orders and giving this poor kid the side eye every time he asks a question about the drink. I asked him who's the manager mind you she's now standing right next to him and doesn't bother to say hi I'm the manager how can I help you. He had to point at her. I tell her the situation and I even said you let these people you knew that came after us (4 of us waiting for our drinks still) and she's like I know. That was her response? I've been coming here for some time now. Convenient location that caters to local college student crowd. They offer free WiFi service and their Dunkin' app is great for earning rewards and ordering ahead for walk-in or curbside pick up. I utilized the curbside service for the first time today. We also decided to order donut holes for $1.99 for the road. Everything came out to $18! Def. worth it. They just open recently. Been wanting to check it out but been busy. So tonight was the night. I ordered fruity green tea with pineapple and mango bits. Not so bad, I just had to add a few more syrup, I like my drinks sweet. The cashier was nice enough to accommodate my request. We also ordered a dozen donuts. She asked if I want it in a same box or split it in 2 boxes. I love Bavarian so I ordered half of it. And the rest assorted. My husband ordered coffee and he said it's pretty strong. If we are going out of town or going for a long drive, we will skip Starbucks from now on and just come here. The place is really nice and neat. There's a few seating inside and a lot more outside. Parking is not that bad too, since they have their own parking area. Employees are very nice even if we came in few minutes before they close. Definitely will come by again soon. read more

Finally! I've always gotten Dunkin' Donuts when I traveled to the East Coast. I got excited when I saw they had Dunkin' Donuts in San Diego and I was there for Comic Con. I got excited when they opened the Encino location and even went on opening day. But now it's open in my area and I am thrilled. The store is really nice. Great job on the setup. It's all about the donuts there and I can go on and on about all the options. Let's just say they are all good. Except the filled ones but that's more my issue than theirs. Finally a Dunkin' Donuts nearby... I only had Dunkin' Donuts once and it was in Korea! Can't wait to actually try it in United States lol First of all, the place has plenty of parking and the donut shop is HUGE too! They also have plenty outdoor and indoor seating area. The staffs are nice and patient while I look at all the options there. The donuts are good, nothing ground breaking though but good. Price is more than your normal good old donut shops but not like "gourmet donut" price. Most likely I'll stick to the neighborhood donut shop but I can definitely see college kids hanging out at this Dunkin' Donuts cuz of the seating/AC and convenient location. read more

I felt like doing something nice yesterday and decided to treat my employees to some donuts and hashbrowns. I placed a curbside order at 11:30am. I called after 10 minutes to verify if my order was received (I wasn't used to waiting for a curbside order for that long.) A woman answered the phone, put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called again, the same woman answered, she confirmed that they were just waiting for the hashbrowns and that they would bring it out shortly. I call again 10 minutes later, its now 11:50am, and a woman answers, not sure if it was the same as before. She kept answering the phone but as soon as I would say anything, she would hang up the phone. At this point, im already late to work. I decide to walk in at 12pm, and theres my order. Just sitting there for who knows how long, on the pick up counter. And there was only ONE customer in there at that time. I mention to the male employee at the front that I had a curbside order and that I have been waiting for a while. His response was to point at my order and say "there you go." I obviously stormed off upset, he could've atleast apologized. When I got to work, the hashbrowns were ice cold. Absolute worst customer service i've ever experienced. While i was there, there was this belligerent heat miser looking woman yelling at the poor DD employees. They were so kind and empathetic to her even though she was yelling inside of a full store. Just stopped in for a box of joe and a dozen donuts for the work place. Unfortunately, there is no drive thru. And the parking lot is narrow. But once inside the place was clean. I guess the employees were okay. There were maybe three of us waiting so why did it take so long to get our orders? Apparently, they let a stranger take an order than belonged to the lady in front of me. We always love Dunkin' Donuts and it always hits the spot for breakfast. Today we went here and was a little disappointed by the cleanliness. Not only did we see multiple dogs enter inside when there was an obvious sign that said no dogs allowed, but no worker approached the owners to enforce the sign. Also, we saw workers go in and out of the store, touching door handles and outside railing and handing out menu items to customers' cars, using the same gloves when they hand out coffee without changing the gloves. I didn't like it. The coffee didn't dilute with the sugar and the sugar did not sit well with me. The sugar made coffee crunchy. It didn't have any strong signature flavor or blend. Normally some good coffee has a nice bitter and rich after taste or some buttery texture. But this coffee was none of that it was just bitter and bland. The coffee tasted like sock water. Then the donut was cold. But still the coffee wasn't good. I heard a lot of good things and recommendations to try the coffee, but I wasn't satisfied. It was just ok for me. Like many other reviewers, I don't get the hype really. I stopped in because of Tmobile Tuesday's $2 off offer, and I have been wanting to check them out. I'm not a donut eater, never ever for breakfast, too much sugar. So,I may every blue moon get a craving for a donut. I tried the chocolate mint and bought a chocolate bar for my son and a couple donut holes, chocolate and blueberry. The blueberry was the best of all of them. The chocolate mint was tasty, but omg filled with sooooo much chocolate frosting in the middle. Enough to frost two more donuts. Ugh...sugar overload! I really expected them to have some real unusual donuts here also. Nope, not the case. The chocolate bar was subpar and small for the price. Donut holes were old. Staff was nice, place was clean and located on one of the only free parking lots on Ventura. It's safe to say that I would not make a special trip back. AVOID THEIR OVERPRICED BAGELS AT ALL COST! First off they charge more than a $1 for cream cheese which is crazy considering they are very cheap with how much they give you. I normally go to western bagel and ask for the cream cheese on the side because they put TONS on and it's too much for me. I tell you this to show you that I actually don't like tons of cream cheese but when I'm paying $1.30 for it I expect to be scrapping off some of the cream cheese like I do at western bagel. The other issue I had was it was either not toasted at all or hardly toasted. To make things worse, it was an old bagel so it was extremely tough to chew and very dry. That is were the more cream cheese could have come in handy but they are super cheap with that like I stated above so you basically are eating cardboard with a thin layer of cream cheese. This is probably my favorite Dunkin location in the area. It may be due to the proximity of it to the college, but it's a great place to get work done -- lots of charging ports and table space. They also stay open late during CSUN's finals week, which makes it a really great alternative to the library or anywhere else that gets really busy during finals. Food and drinks are pretty standard to other franchise locations. Their mobile orders are completed quicker and more accurately than other Dunkin locations that I've used the service with. One of the absolute worst visits in my history of going to Dunkin and if you could see my card, you'd know how often I visit, so that's saying something. This place needs Will and Deborah back badly. These kids are awful. My simple original blend coffee was only foam. I had to go back in and get my coffee done over, then it came back worse than the foam they gave me. How is that possible. I couldn't even explain to her how to make it right. It was watered down, no coffee flavor but extra sweet. No coffee taste at all. This place has been declining for a while even before the pandemic. Everytime I come they're messing up an order or the line is ridiculously long because they can't multi-task. How is coffee see through? They all need retraining asap.
