The worst. Entered this Dunkin' Donuts at 3 PM today. They were zero donuts and I went in and I got a small iced coffee light with milk and three sugars. No sugar was put in the iced coffee. Nothing for the kids because there were no donuts. How does Dunkin' Donuts have no donuts? How do two people mess up one coffee order? read more

The only Dunkin' close to me that has plenty of indoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. But if you're coming to Dunkin' Donuts for donuts, you're doing it wrong. They have free wi-fi and there's a LinkNYC connection right outside. They don't play music so it's a good quiet place to get some work done. Desperately needed since they closed my favorite Starbucks. Plus the coffee is cheaper. An all around win! read more

Keepin it real out here in UWS Literally given up on Dunkin coffee many times from getting super diluted, milky coffee over and over. Had a promo to get a free drink so I went back to give it another try. The lady handed me a cold drink over the counter after i ordered a hot one, (trying to be nice :D) i didn't want to cause a scene because i'm not picky so I went to get the drink only to have her flip out 7 seconds later yelling that's not what I ordered. I handed back because i didn't want an iced cold drink on a below freezing day anyway. She then proceeded to fill up my hot latte order with literally a whole cup of milk. It was disturbing to see but it tasted good cause it was milky and sweet. But yea, that was the last time I visited Dunkin, probably won't be going back any time soon (unless i receive another promo) read more

I love my vanilla chai [with almond milk bc I'm lactose intolerant], so I came in to DD here on Columbus Ave and 95th st to kill some time while on the clock. I walked into a clean environment with a great aura in here. The black lady with the dimples greeted me with the brightest smile saying "Good morning and happy Wednesday to you!" I wish her much success in the future as she is what's wanted and needed in the world. Came in was greeted by a lively lady at the register placed an order. My order was partly wrong and hashbrowns were cold. I asked for the worker to take care of it. I looked at my sandwich it was also wrong! bread wasn't fully toasted felt The whole order was rushed. This is THE BEST STAFFED Dunkin Donuts in the city!!! Every person I have encountered at this particular location is genuinely kind and their service is A1!! Donuts are always fresh, cooked food is NEVER burned, coffee, lattes and sandwiches ALWAYS look just like the advertisement!!! Quick service, very friendly. Typical menu. Neighborhood Dunkin, they even know what their regulars. So I ordered a glass of water along with my croissant and that's exactly what I got - a warm cup of NYC faucet water, no ice. There's a first time for everything. Maybe that's how they do it here in the big city, I'm not sure. On my second visit, the woman rang my order and promptly checked me out. The same woman from the register, then went over and started making and completing everyone else's order around me. After she finished, she looked at me strangely and asked if I was waiting for something. I reminded her that I had just (moments prior) placed an order with her and again told her my order. I watched as she snickered and handed my order a few minutes later. Not exactly good customer service. There are so many competing businesses nearby, including other DD locations. This is one of the larger Dunkin Donuts in the 'hood, where there are several. It's clean, big and has variety. I come here for mere convenience, since it's right down the street and easier for me to get to the better one on Broadway. The people in here are THE WORST examples of customer services EVAR. They just look at you like you have six heads when you order something. Act like they didn't hear when you say "cream" instead of "milk" for your coffee. And just overall are very grumpy. Honestly, I should walk over to Broadway more often than this place, but I walk in, I place my order, give exact change. But if you're a stickler for good ol' fashioned customer service, like I am, you will want to punch someone in the head when you are done here. read more

First of all I love Dunkin Donuts. This location has some of the best staff. Because I go every morning, they know my order, are always smiling and happy to see me. I am very pleased with this location and will always be a DD fan. The best employees: Ara who most of the time takes my order at the register, Noushin and Shahin who are the only employees I trust to make my coffee (hot or cold they always get it right), and Sultana who usually makes my breakfast wrap and hash browns just as I like them. read more

Sadly this is one of those Dunkin Donuts that is awful. They not only do not have fresh donuts or baked goods they never have product period. You could go in early am and they will have less than a dozen total of donuts. When we have purchased donuts from here they taste like they are a day old or more. When your 6 year old says "yuck" you stop buying from them. Also, there is a women named Angie who works there who not only will ignore you if you ask for help she will start yelling at you. Sadly again, this has happen more than once. We have given up going. When we did complain we have never heard back from anyone. read more

if i could give them zero stars i would. the staff is extremely rude and non communicative. i had to repeat my order to the cashier just to make sure she had it because she wouldn't even make eye contact with me. i order a large iced green tea with lemon and sugar. i received a large iced lipton black tea with lemon and sugar. i explained to both the cashier and the manager that what they had given me was not green tea, and that i order this drink at the dunkin near my job routinely. they ganged up on me insisting that it was in fact green tea as if i were crazy. when i got to work i asked my coworker to taste my tea and she agreed that it was in fact not green tea. dunkin donut disappointment. read more
