Flat white
Novella N.

Been to a couple Birch locations but this one is closest to my new office. Boy is it tiny! To be honest, there is basically room for one customer at a time which is fine by me! Baristas were super friendly and they get bonus points for spelling my name correctly. Flat white was a good choice for the random chilly Spring day!

Ice latte with vanilla syrup

I've always walked by this place and was super curious to check this place out. I actually don't really drink coffee but I loved the ice latte with vanilla syrup that I got from here. It was the perfect amount of sweetness to the coffee and it was such a delicious drink that I wanted a second one. The place is tiny but really cute with baked goods that you can get as well. It's a quick order and go place. The barista is super friendly and attentive and even gave us a punch card that can be used towards getting the 10th coffee free after 9 purchases. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for some awesome coffee!

Got this in the mail & came in!

Got a flyer in the mail last week for the opening of this location. Came in today and presented the employee with my free coffee voucher. Instead of the employee being annoyed at probably what is the 10th free coffee voucher of the day, they were so polite, so sweet and really gave me excellent customer service. I ordered an Americano and it came out hot and delicious. The shop is really small and really cute it's exactly what this area needs. Bravo guys!

Delicious coffee and comes out reasonably fast. Had a great iced americano from here. It's take out only FYI.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

I really enjoyed their matcha basque cheesecake with a prominent, deep matcha flavor. The texture was pretty smooth and loved how it wasn't too sweet. The Ho-Dduk has the lovely combo of sweet brown sugar/caramel flavor and creamy vanilla ice cream. When its hot, the dough is super chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The mango bingsoo had a good mango flavor; wasn't too tangy nor too sweet. Mangoes were fresh for the season. The elixir or the matcha bingsoo was solid too, but I still preferred the strong matcha flavors from the cheesecake. Lines sometimes are long but it also moves fast! After ordering, you get a buzzer that will tell you when your desserts are ready. Lots of seating options from tables to high tops.

We worked with Eric via email and he was great managing and making sure everything was settled ahead of the event. On the day of our lunch, we arrived around 20 minutes early and the table was already set up. We had two servers throughout the meal and they were lovely. They made sure everything was set up and we had everything we needed. For a large group reservation, they have a $60 minimum and you order everything ahead of time. (The afternoon tea set is mandatory for everyone to get). We had the afternoon tea set, caprese tarts and strawberry parfait for all attendees. The food was filling and tasty. Tea is always so good as well (I always get my Rose Lovers Milk Tea!) All in all, a great option for a group reservation in the city!

The size of both were the perfect amount since we just wanted something small to end the night. The ube crepe cake was really light and creamy. The ube flavor was pretty subtle, and I mostly tasted the cream. It's a perfect light dessert, but I would've liked the ube flavor to be stronger. The chocolate lava cake was super rich and decadent but also really delicious. I feel like it kinda battled with the ube crepe cake since they're total opposites. The staff were friendly. The interior was really cute and had a relaxing type of atmosphere that made it great for a nice place to sit, chat, and have dessert.
