Why would you pack my donuts like this face first into each other????

The quality is good but the packing just doesn't make sense sometimes. Why would you pack two $3 decorated donuts facing each other ?????? I just don't understand it annoys the hell out of me this was for my coworkers now it's mush

For a quick goodie, you've gotta stop for a yummy donut at Krispy Kreme. Especially if you've got a sweet tooth, it always hits the spot. They are a small counter donut shop, located on the Amtrak level in Penn Station and you can't miss it. I especially like their original glazed donut as well as their yummy Boston crème donut. The creamy custard filling is definitely dreamy. You'll be satisfied whether you have one or can carry out a boxed dozen! It's hard to have it in moderation as their doughnuts are so light and airy! Be warned that you'll want it again and again!

Located on upper level (below MSG, above tracks), in the Penn Station concourse around the waiting area between 7th/8th Avenues. Great donuts; it's basically fried sugar, though. Sweet and melts in the mouth - easy to overeat if you get a bunch. Not made here, though. Staff is brusque and you order to one line, and pick up in another area. I've had better service. I get they're busy... but still not what I'd expect from a Southern chain donut shop (though as New Yorker's go, it's par for the course).

it's been a while since i've tried krispy kreme, but they are a staple for donuts. honestly, these donuts just look splendid. the whole little area of penn station had the most wonderful warm, sugary smell of donuts, and i was tempted to try their glazed donuts, which were incredibly warm + pillowy inside and just had the most perfect sweet sugary glaze that complimented the warm soft dough. this is my go-to order at krispy kreme. i ordered on the kiosk outside and my donut was ready in a couple of minutes. i would totally recommend, also it was great because i was waiting for my train and it came out in just under five minutes, so relatively no wait, especially if you're in a pinch.

Quick and easy reward redemption. Just walked up and scanned on my phone. Cashier was helpful and donuts were fresh. The store is very small. Just a small counter in Penn on the Amtrak level.

Here for the free dozen glazed donuts! Pro tip: sign up for the birthday reward and when you enter tell them you will claim your birthday dozen and you can provide them with your phone number. Please note, Krispy Kreme doesn't do the promotion where you show A's on report card any more (at least that was what I was told by one of the workers there). Would recommend claiming your birthday freebie!

I was craving something sweet while waiting for my train at Penn station and decided to get myself a chocolate glazed donut (with sprinkles of course!) from Krispy Kreme. The donut was warm and sweet but not too sweet- so perfect! The staff were very nice and gave me a few extra because my birthday is coming up. It was a nice treat to enjoy while waiting to go home!

The original go to Krispy creme location for NYC, before the makeover....(current on going renovations for the station) and all the new and many locations sprouting up in the city, one in Queens (Astoria), besides selling their products in Duane reade. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw their preboxed donut selections in Flushing, Queens. I will say this though.... some staff here got such an attitude. (Like seriously, not your bf, and didn't cheat on you.... leave that mess at home please)

Keepin' it real out here in Penn Station Not going to lie, I've only been going to this place cause of the free donuts & coffee promotion every Monday. Not the most patient staff but totally understandable considering how much crap Penn station workers have to deal with (lots of crazy people hanging out there 24/7), and they were patient enough to help me customize my free coffee which I definitely appreciate. Not as glamorous as Times Square location but still a good spot to have.

It came out as a thick piece of deep-fried toast topped with ice cream, boba, caramel popcorn, and strawberries on the side. Not healthy at all, but really good. They have a water dispenser, two locking bathrooms, and plenty of outlets, so I already have a very positive view of Grace Street as a good place to rest. The food is alright. It's a bit overpriced and the teas are not good quality. However, the desserts are delicious. I usually split a slice of basque cheesecake with my friends. The regular and matcha have both been good in my experience. I don't like chocolate cake, so I haven't tried that variety. I wish the pumpkin was available in the smaller size too! I've tried their boba, and it isn't good. The hot teas are okay but not great. They're pretty much just syrup and milk. I would avoid the drinks and just get the desserts! I haven't personally tried the bingsoo, but I've heard good things. The waffle is alright--all in all, come here to recharge and for the basque cheesecake!

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

They're a little pricey, but each donut is a pretty hefty ring of chewy glutinous rice flour batter. I had them the following morning, and the donuts still tasted fresh. There was a little bit of oiliness from the frying, but it did not taste off or too greasy. I think this is from the meticulous frying process and good management of the oil.
