Wow great location! Super close to the subway stop on 86th 6 train/green. The guys are super friendly, great service and yummy donuts.

Convenient location when the area for quick take out of Krispy Kreme donuts. Friendly staff and quick service. Most of the time this location has the new donuts to try first for the Kripsy Kreme reward members. Been lucky enough on many occasions to try the specials - buy a donut and get one of the new flavors for free. Great deal. Members also get emails for special deals. The original glazed is the best along with the sprinkles. Don't forget to scan the app at check out to redeem the specials. Every purchase counts to your next reward. Birthday rewards - make sure to redeem within the allotted time as the coupon will appear on the app. plenty of time as there is at least 2-3 weeks to redeem. Thanks Krispy Kreme for the bday reward...this year I got 1/2 dozen glazed since I purchased quite a few times last year. Looking forward to the new holiday themed donuts and specials to try.

This location is a grab and go place. You can only really fit two people in here at a time. Yes it is that small!! The workers here are usually nice. The donuts are good but I have had better. But this location is great as it is near bus stops and subway stations. Great place to get a morning coffee and donut. They also have special days where you can get free donut or two. Like Super Tuesday, and some other holidays. Ambiance is hard to tell as it's very small as I said before, but it smells great like fresh donuts.

Tiny Krispy Kreme outpost which recently opened on the upper east side neat the 86th/Lexington subway station. Purely for grab and go purposes. Normal selection of donuts and specials for the season. Tasty coffee. Efficient counter staff. That's pretty much it. Other than it's in a good spot near the subway nothing much about it stands out.

Krispy kreme is always the place to go! Delicious doughnuts and super friendly service!!!! Love their mini doughnuts sets and the seasonals (specially apple cider one!)

I don't understand the poor reviews. This place is spotless, the staff is so sweet and their donuts are delicious and so cutely decorated for the holidays. I snagged a Broomstick one in honor of Halloween on today's trip. The cashier immediately reminded me that there was a free original glaze for proof of vaccination so I picked one up too as a surprise for my healthcare hero husband to be.

If you are a frequent or even infrequent visitor to Krispy Kreme, I recommend getting their app. You'll receive a free donut and you'll get a ton of emails alerting you of deals and limited time offers. Today I was convinced by an email to try their chocolate covered mini doughnuts. To be honest, I wasn't a fan of these. For $6 you get four small doughnuts which wasn't a great deal. They didn't taste like anything special either. My favorite doughnut of theirs is still the classic glazed.

Most of the donuts are a bit too sweet for me but my kids love them. They opened this location way too close to my work so I'm bring home a dozen donuts way too often.

The restaurant felt homey and I could tell there were many regulars and other return visitors, for good reason! Ordered: Masala Chai ($4.50)- this tasted authentic, was nicely spiced, and wasn't too sweet. I only wish the cup was bigger. Steamed momo ($12+)- I like how you have the option to mix and match. We ordered the mixed vegetable and the oyster mushroom and surprisingly I much preferred the oyster mushroom variety. The mixed vegetable momo tasted more earthy to me. Himalayan rice set ($20.5)- this was a very nice assortment- there was rice, lentil dal, your protein of choice- (I chose beef brisket), stir fried cabbage, broccoli rabe, pickled vegetables and crisp flatbread. The only downside in my opinion was that the brisket wasn't too tender and I didn't love the beef flavoring or preparation. The rest of the items were so delicious! I've been thinking about this meal ever since I left the restaurant. You don't want to skip this place.

I just feel like the flavors could have been better on everything I got. I had one dish that the The chili chicken was sweet and spicy but it wasn't particularly better than any other spicy chicken I ever had. The empanada things were fine.

It can be a little confusing to find since it's a stand inside the market, not a separate store front. They carry a pretty wide variety of Asian flavor-inspired breads, pastries, cakes and cookies, including buns and some more dessert-type items. I checked out Progreso for an event this past weekend and ended up buying a few items to go: - matcha marble sponge cake $4.49: was fluffy, light and moist, good flavor of matcha and a light schmear of whipped cream in the middle. Would get this again! - taro cream puff $6.50: this was taro paste (? not sure if that's fully accurate though it felt more consistency of soft whipped taro than a traditional pastry cream) with whipped cream on top sandwiched by what I believe was choux pastry with craquelin. I think maybe because the this was sitting chilled/refrigerated for a while the top craquelin layer wasn't quite crispy anymore, though it looked nice. Personally it was a bit too much regular whipped cream, would've preferred more of a taro pastry cream. - mango pudding with fresh mango $6.50 mango flavor in the pudding was light though it was a nice tease of flavor. The texture was on the firmer side for puddings. The mangos were a bit oxidized though tasted ok, maybe glaze them or do something to maintain the color? Since this is a pretty new spot hope they could make a few improvements and blow it out of the park! I appreciated the owners' enthusiasm for sharing about their shop.

It's definitely a cozy and popular café--mostly cozy because of the size. Seating is limited, but the interior design is clean, minimal, and uncluttered, which makes the space feel calm and welcoming despite the steady stream of customers coming in and out while we were there. Food-wise, everything impressed us. I ordered the pistachio croissant, while my companions got the gochujang hot chicken sandwich and the breakfast sandwich. The chicken sandwich was especially memorable--unique, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My pistachio croissant was also great; personally, I might have preferred a little less pistachio cream or a more textured filling like almond paste, but that's purely a preference. It was still excellent. The service really stood out. They were quick, friendly, and incredibly accommodating--one of my companions accidentally dropped their sandwich, and the staff replaced it free of charge without hesitation. That kind of kindness goes a long way. The price point is amazing for the quality of food you're getting, and we felt completely comfortable lingering for several hours. Throughout our stay, there was a consistent flow of customers, which says a lot. Highly recommend Little Flower if you're in Astoria and looking for great food, great value, and genuinely warm service.

Me and my girl was looking for a coffee shop that was laptop friendly and closed late since we came after work. I was a bit disappointed that they did not serve any alcoholic beverages as I saw a lot of good reviews on that portion. We came, we sat down on a Saturday night. There was only one person at the front and it seemed she was also managing the serving part so it did get pretty hectic at some point. We decided to order the Budae Jigae (Hot Pot), there is no way to alter the spicy level so for those who love spicy spicy, this is for you. Me and my friend was really disturbed by the fact that we were treated some type of way. Maybe it's because we weren't Korean or? Service was slow asf. It took a really long time for them to serve me my iced strawberry matcha drink. And even longer for the food. It was also hard to tag her down, and she seemed pretty annoyed that we had to ask her for multiple items. We were a party of 2 and she only gave us one set of items. I went again by myself the next day to see if it was better service and it was pretty packed. There was actually 3-4 people at the front but even then it was so hard to get someone to take my order, ask for napkins, for the check, etc. While there was no time limit on Saturday, there was a time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes on Sunday. would I go again? Maybe, but it's def veering towards the no side.

First 100 customers in line would receive a limited-edition sippy glass tumbler with attached boba straw & removable lid cover with his/her in-store purchase. They accept both cash and debit/credit card. The line was effectively managed with no line cutters, no arguing, and nothing crazy going on. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience. Lots of people have still showed up despite the really cold weather & down-pouring. Nothing gonna stop me from getting the cute glassware. Store opened and promotion started at 12:05pm. Everyone just ordered one by one towards the front when it was his/her turn. The Vietnamese Cloud Coffee was $7.52 (after tax). Hot/iced + medium/large drinks have different set of prices btw. Staff then handed me the glassware & a free sampler bowl of their soon-to-launch either lemongrass chicken/pork rice bowl after accepting payment. Portion was definitely more on the generous side to say the least. Devoured the sampler bowl in 15 mins because I was hungry & aside from keeping the rain not getting into the food. Flavorful lemongrass chicken + appetizing pickled carrot + fresh, crunchy sliced cucumber laid on a blanket of fluffy white rice. All the ingredients went well together. This is something I would definitely buy for lunch/dinner if this item ever gets added to the menu in the future. I ordered a hot Vietnamese Cloud Coffee, a new drink on the menu. My first time actually ordering a hot drink from Tea & Milk. Usually go for the iced drinks but I was feeling quite cold. So, I needed something hot to hold in my hands. Vietnamese Cloud Coffee - Cà Phê Trứng (Egg Coffee) is made with egg yolks + Vietnamese coffee powder. Lastly, it's lightly sweetened with condensed milk to give off an all-around creamy texture and taste similar to tiramisu. Something created with such simple ingredients yet could feel so soothing at the same time. A hot coffee-based drink on a cold, rainy day is like a snuggly hug. Staff called out your name when it was ready for pickup. Love starting my day off with the strong flavor of Vietnamese coffee! By far, this might actually be the best tasting Vietnamese coffee I have had in all my years. And, I'm usually not a coffee person either. Didn't taste watered down and/or heavily sweetened at all. Everything's just right. Definitely would be going back next time for other coffee/fruit tea drinks.
