I ordered two donuts for 9.57. Holy Donut holes Batman ! The prices per dozen is a car payment. The glazed donut was a thick heavy cake like dough inside and a glazed surface... I didn't like the doughy mix .... The glaze was falling off on me as I was eating in car...a real hot mess as they say on a hot day . The second donut was a butterscotch donut...I liked this one better but only butterscotch was in the glaze? Dough no butterscotch. The filling was a Boston creme type custard and was good, but not enough of it and no butter scotch flavors. Price chopper supermarket was next door and sold donuts for 1.19 each and were not bad . They don't use frozen or dried blueberries like some places do they use fresh blueberries and the muffins are huge. This one was a much larger store than the 1 in Hopkington. The service was excellent.They had plenty of people ready to serve us and there was ample parking. Inside , there are lots of places to sit and enjoy the muffins or pastries. We even got to see the founder sitting down at a table with some of the co-workers. I can't say enough good things about this place. There is no reason it should take so long to order or to get your food. There are tons of staff here. I don't know what's going on that it takes so long, but it does. Secondly, the tables and booths are not cleaned often or well. There are always crumbs, coffee rings, spilled water, used napkins, etc., either on seats or on the table. Even when people bus their own tables, which they do, they need to be wiped down regularly, and they aren't. The floor was sticky and "crunchy" last time I was there, and I have to say the sticky floor thing is a pretty regular occurrence. And, the last three times I used the bathroom, it was either not clean or not stocked. When I visited with my father a few months ago, I ordered coffee, and he had coffee with a sandwich. His food arrived with the wrong items, and the bread was not toasted, as he had requested. It also took more than 30 minutes. If they could speed up the process and assign one of their many staff members to continually clean the busy seating area, I think that would bump this up to four stars easily.

Coffee is very well roasted and very smooth to the taste. This is my actual first review of a coffee place for you guys have been following me know. Very cool vibe in here. They actually have the coffee roasting machine right on the front. They Have some tasty empanadas and a lot of other sweets and things like that other coffee shops have. If your in the area so far so good you should check it out.
