Nothing beats Cinnabon. My husband loves Cinnabon, and I've tried all the places near us that offer cinnamon rolls. I've bought rolls from every bakery in our area. While they are good (and I might argue that Flour's sticky buns are amazing and right up there), nothing comes close. One Hanukkah, I drove out here to get my husband a four pack as a gift. Worth the 50 minute drive for us. Over the weekend, we were near Worcester. He kept asking me how close the Cinnabon was, even though he didn't want any. Lies. 2.5-3/5 Pros: -Several size options: original roll (largest), MiniBon roll (medium), and BonBite (small) -Some seating Cons: -Some items were dry and overly chewy Slow moving line around 1:00PM on a Sunday. -- Total: $15.36 Original/Caramel Pecan MiniBon These are pretty small and slightly chewy on the outside but super soft and buttery with a slight chew in the middle. The Caramel Pecan had a lot of pecans and the caramel was very sweet--I definitely preferred the original and would get it again if it was convenient. Center of the Roll Cup filled with chopped up dough and topped with icing and cinnamon. Most of the pieces were really dry--they were slightly better when heated up, but I wouldn't get this again. 6/20/2021 My review is for the Cinnabon at 200 Westgate Drive, "Westgate Mall" in Brocton. When my daughter sent me a pix of, "Cinnabon coming Soon" I think I screamed. I probably screamed. Why? Why? Why? Did Cinnabon's leave Massachusetts? Do you know?___________ I tried to look it up but found nothing. That's how devastated I was. No, truly. Times that I have seen it in past years were, Driving to/fro family house in Maryland. The area you pass after security going to Universal in Florida. And lastly, they were at the airport in Las Vagas. And each of those times, i bought the biggest box possible. LOL I don't frequent Westgate. But I was there Tuesday, and HAD to get a bun. Tear, Tear. They were just as I remembered them. Tear (continuing to cry). All the Fat, Sugar, Butter, Carbs and Salt that make them so delicious. How I missed you Cinnabon. Welcome back!!!!! First time trying them. I came here with a free Order of cinna bon bites which are super tiny but cute. Upon first walking up to the counter everything looked old and like it had been sitting for hours. When I ordered the worker simply stuffed the item into a microwave for 10 sec and that was all. Yep I take a mini road trip for 45 minutes just to get this tasty classic treat. They removed so many locations over the years and sometimes it seems like they are trying to get away from me but I refuse to let that happen. I was at the mall (the Solomon Pond Mall) with some friends and simply wanted a drink. A "Chillata". I asked for a small and he asked me three times if I wanted a large for fifty cents more, I said "no" each time. Not because it's costly, but because I don't need that much ice cream. It's huge. He then kept asking me if I wanted to purchase three sides of icing but I only ordered a drink. I said no and he said "Are you sure?" Then he turned to my friends and told them to tell him their drink order because he wanted to get it done quickly and put it on my bill when I repeatedly said that I wanted it to be separate. He asked them both twice if they wanted to make it a large. They both said "no" and he said "stupid decision." I was so irritated and appalled. I do not recommend... Even just for a snack, it's not worth the hassle. read more

Surprisingly, I had a different experience than many other Yelpers. Now it happens often but often I have a different opinion on places other people seem to dislike. Either I'm too easy to please or other please are downright rude and just mad at the world (I really hope it's not that I'm too easy). Besides one of the poor reviews, I can't see how Cinnabon could get bad reviews. The place is AWESOME. Being that I live about an hour from the Solomon Pond Mall, whenever I go, I like to get as much done that I need here so I don't have to drive all the way back out here for a while. Unfortunately, being that this is the only Cinnabon store within the state, I'll probably be back next month. I'm an organized person, so I have a weekly shopping list of all the same stuff I buy at Stop&Shop every single week. It keeps me organized, and somewhat healthy. Cinnabon bars were one of the items that used to be on that long list, and then they just stopped. Not just at Stop&Shop, Cinnabon's were GONE. Not available in any grocery store I went to (and I checked at least a dozen different ones). When I was searching this mall's directory, seeing that there was a Cinnabon here I just HAD to stop. While their prices may be more expensive than they used to be at the grocery store, they are to die for! Cinnabon's are delicious, chewy, flavorful, and heavy. Definitely my favorite of all baked sweets. I ended up buying one of those huge boxes of them, so I had enough to last almost a week at my house. The woman who works here is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes a good portion of products every morning, being that she is the only one. Prices are high ($14 for a box of 9 is sorta expensive...), but they are just so worth it! You can either buy Cinnabon's individually (from $2.29-$4.79) or in a a larger box (from $9.99 up). They also have a fair amount of seating inside (about five tables), and people seem to really enjoy this place. Other products they sell are drinks, to go cups, and even Cinnabons with things on them. Love this place so much! Would be SO grateful if they opened in the Natick Mall or somewhere else closer! Marlborough is going to become a place I start visiting a whole lot (an HOUR out of my way) for cinnamon buns..... On the first floor of the mall, directly across from the mall entrance to JC Penney. 5 stars for this cinnamon roll shop. Truly a great stop, and I highly suggest it in the Solomon Pond Mall if you like pastries of this type. read more

This was probably the only closest Cinnabon around, and that primarily was the reason I came even after seeing the reviews. First I was waiting with a box in hand, and waiting for the women to make a drink from the person in front of me, in the mean time several people started coming and were to the right of me. The other women who was originally making someone in the back, came up and started helping the customers to the right of me, she proceeded to use the register where it wasn't used before and here I am standing and waiting before them. I was helped last after the 3 customers to the right were helped. In the future it would help to ask who was next and not just pull who is the closest to the next register that wasn't being used before. They take Apple Pay and signs right next to the register just giving logos I used my Apple Pay Amex and it wouldn't work, the other women at least explained however not very logically but it really wasn't her fault that the signage is poor here. Ended up having to use a physical card and it doesn't even work on the machine in front they had to take it and use the machine behind the counter. Payments here aren't logical or customer friendly, one machine for visa, MasterCard and Apple Pay that isn't Amex. One behind the counter for Amex but only physical cards. Placing signage that makes sense would be better for customers. read more

Bad service. The guy that runs it is a crook. I bought a six pack of Cinnabons and a few churros. The dough for the churros was stale, I asked for a refund. The Cinnabons were tasty but the guy that works there wanted to charge me 50 cents for every little frosting cup. He only offers 1 free frosting with a six pack! Every Cinnabon is supposed to come with its own frosting. A disgrace to the company. Seriously greedy. read more
