So because of my mother I've been visiting this shop for the last 10 years. Whenever anyone comes to visit from out of town, this is the one place my mom shows them Boston Pizza. The sauce is amazing. The crust is worth eating after the pizza is done, and they baked the pepperoni under the cheese, which is a special thing you'll not know about until you eat it. Even after 10 years of coming here, today was my first time interacting with the staff. Super freaking cool, so down to earth. It was none of my business when I approached the register but someone was calling her phone and I felt like I should just say cuz it's a mom thing and totally it was her kids and she was such a mom she did her mom thing and still took care of me expeditiously that is what you call bad gluteus maximus. The only way you can know about it is if you try it, I don't five-star everything that should tell you something. read more

Great service, great food and options. Even if it's on the side of the main road it adds a nice atmosphere to the experience.

Great pizza and the salad dressings are to die for! The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Best pizza in Bedford. Italian style, best enjoyed right out of the oven. They sell slices, the sauce is sweet, the cheese is tasty, and their crust is perfectly crispy but chewy. Don't forget to leave with cupcakes. They have the very best cupcakes in the whole area read more

In town for the week and decided to order a pizza to go along with the hockey game tonight. Everyone inside was very friendly. Couple people picked up or placed an order as we waited. They were taking lots of phone orders too. They told us about 15 minute wait and it was. We waited inside. Barstools were very wobbly and not comfortable. Lots of drink products and a chocolate fountain box sitting around entrance. Cute cupcakes inside you can order to go along with your pizza. We got back to our RV and started eating. The flavor was really good. Good amounts of toppings. One of my favorite parts of the pizza is the crust. This crust was hard and inedible. Something about this pizza made us both sick. Would not eat here again!!!!! *See photo of my pizza crust and a pic from their website of their pizza crust. Like two different company's pizzas. read more

Birthday Party for Twins; needed lots of food and desserts, fast! Laura helped us decide what kinds of pizza and cupcakes to get, and amounts. Turns out she was absolutely right, hardly a thing left over after the party, maybe one pizza and eight cupcakes. Food was great, service was great. Delivery was perfect, on time. Nothing but happy, well-fed customers! read more

I contacted Laura at Bedford Cupcakes to help me come up with a concept for a birthday/surprise engagement cake. I had no idea what I wanted but she sent me many options and ideas and suggested a cupcake pull apart cake that's shaped like a ring!!! It's perfect and she put so much time and effort into it, I literally can't wait to help throw off the surprise tonight with these cupcakes! They were ready exactly when she said they'd be, I'm so impressed with the creativity and professionalism of the whole team! Omg update: i just ate a lemon cupcake and it was the best cupcake I've ever eaten...and I've had a few cupcakes in my days... I'm so glad she recommended me switching it up and allowed me to choose two flavors, red velvet was popular but very rich too rich for me. The velvet lovers loved it though! I'm all about a nice light lemon, and there was lemon filling in it too, good lord it was delicious read more

Express Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Bedford, Massachusetts

We ordered online to Express Pizza to be delivered, and received a text confirmation that our pizza would arrive at a certain time. 10 mins after the order should have arrived, we called. Apparently the app they use did not alert them when our order was placed, or when the order was to be delivered. The woman we spoke to said it is better to order by phone from them, instead via the Slice App. Well why do they still use a faulty app? She then gave us excuses that it was the app's fault. We explained we had hungry toddlers we needed to feed, and really just needed our food. She then hung up on us. We called back and said we would send someone to pick up the order. In the store, the woman's demeanor changed and they gave us a discount on their order. (This changed them from 1 to 3 stars.) They need to find a new app immediately if this is what happens with the orders. They also need to communicate immediately to THEIR customer and let them know their order would be delayed. They should also NEVER hang up on a customer. Good customer service is all about being able to rectify a bad situation. read more

Order delivery from here all the time, love the food. I ordered a salad and a pizza tonight, the pizza was awesome as usual, the salad not so much. I have ordered this salad many times and this was not up to the usual quality standards. After waiting over an hour for delivery when I wasn't satisfied I was met with an extremely rude person on the phone. I actually did not eat the salad and wanted them to come back and get it. In this area there is not a lot of options and I'm sad that express pizza is now off the list. Very sad... the pizza is awesome. read more

Express Pizza - Bad salad. - Pizza Near Me - Bedford, Massachusetts

I ordered a pizza about a week ago from this establishment. A small pizza and some fried ravioli. That was the worse crap I had ever had coming from any pizza parlor ever. The ravioli was rock hard and so was the pizza. I have never tipped 10 bucks for garbage, but, there is a first time for everything. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to shop somewhere else and Dominoes have you beat down. If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars you would have it. Your food is GROSS!!!! read more

We came from church and stopped in to order a large half onion half cheese. We haven't been in to Express Pizza such a long time (dare I say it was when the Greek couple owned it?) as we are not home much on weekends and when we do return on sunday evenings - they are closed. But we ARE here this weekend and I've been raving about this place to my son. He voted it hands down "the BEST pizza"...I had to agree - great cheese, sauce and crust....you made quite the impression on my ten year old son!! thanks! read more

I used to use Express Pizza when I worked in Bedford. Now that I moved here and I'm fairly disabled I thought I'd give them a try even though some yelps were not kind. Glad I did. perfect service. They said 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes. Friendly delivery, service, and gave them a good tip. See you again soon Express Pizza. Dave N. (pizza is perfect) read more

Worst experience ever at a pizza shop. Ordered my pizza online and the estimated time was 5:20-5-30 I arrived after 5:30. They told me one second they're getting my side of marinara. Minutes later is was going to be another 3-4 minutes. 20 minutes later my pizza still wasn't ready. I asked if it was going to be anytime soon I need to get back to work and they actually asked, what's your name? Really?? My big issue is they didn't seem to care at all no sorry for the wait or inconvenience or perhaps would you like a drink or something while you wait. The most ignorant pieces of crap I have ever met. Will never go back and am going to put a stop payment on my card. Btw...their pizza is nothing special anyway. So no big loss here. Terrible customer service. read more

Not once have I gone here and had my order been ready..... I've called my order in showed up when I was told and still waited another 20 minutes.... I've used their app showed up when I was told to and waited another 30 minutes.... and one time I placed my order through the app and knowing they had never been on time before I showed up 20 minutes after the time the app told me to arrive only to find out they hadn't even started my order yet and had to wait 45 minutes for them to make my food the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because their curly fries are really really good.... the pizza is ok as well nothing special just average for a small town pizza shop..... I've given this place maybe a dozen tries but will not be going back here as their timing issues aren't just a once or twice kinda thing and are extremely inconvenient and don't seem to be getting any better read more

Good pizza. Delivery time is consistently sub par though. Don't understand why it's so difficult to make it to me within an hour and a half. At times it's 2+ hours which is insane. Keep wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt but just wow. read more

Was told delivery would take an hour. I said no problem. I called after 1hr 15 minute. I said I am calling about my pizza to xyz address. She said 20 minutes and hung up. I called back and asked for the manager. That was the manager. She said they usually dont deliver to 'these far out places'. I googled their diatance and I am 2.5 miles away. She tried explaining that they live in this 'crazy gridlocked town'. I told her maps says its going to take 9 minutes. 1 hr 35 minutes later, the pizza ia still not here. She sais she would call the driver. I called back 5 minutes later (while typing this review). Driver said he was three minutes out. That was 10 minutes ago. Pizza is still not here.... read more

Have tried all the nearby Pizzas and Express is by far the best. Even their side dishes are excellent.

we ordered ahead for a party. The pizza was ready on time and delish. Thank you

This pizza was delicious! Beyond expectation! Delivery took 45 mins after I was told it would take 45 mins. Great customer service and product. Pizza was hot. Pizza was cheesy. Pizza was great pizza. Do not listen to the bad review from the grumpy person about a long wait for this great pizza. It is still great pizza when it arrives. Just do it. Enjoy it. Pizza it. read more

Pro's: The pizza is the bomb dot com - thick crust, great toppings, sweet sauce. The prices are ridiculously low - ~$13 for their large specialties. The service is fast and on time - when they say 20 minutes they mean 20 minutes. Con's: The place is a complete dump - like something from behind the Iron Curtain circa 1975. The staffers, though polite, aren't big on the social graces. Pro's win! read more

The pizza and service is great. Have been ordering from them for years and have never been disappointed! Greek style pizza.

I'm a fan of this place. It's really small and adorable, despite the hard to identify/read sign. Went in on a whim and the cupcake display was so adorable I stood there for a few minutes with my buddy ogling it! The lady at the register was super nice and the cupcakes are so cute! The kitchen is small and open, totally within sight of the display case and register. Brought a bunch to my co-workers and they LOVED IT!!! And these are some picky people (they weren't fans of Sweet cupcakes, to give you an idea). The frosting was creamy and delicious, while the cake was moist. Not to mention the frosting to cake ratios were perfect. The only thing that gives me sads is the lack of vegan options. I would totally be a regular if there were occasional vegan options :-D read more

I'm a sucker for cupcakes & pizza so I had to try this place. Got the blue zone calzone & some chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting. The owner just freshly baked the cupcakes (it's refreshing to see an owner do work instead of sitting around she was awesome as well as the young girl behind the counter super friendly ppl) & boxed them so damn cute. I'm not exaggerating I think that was the best cupcake I've ever had. read more

Express Pizza - Huge cupcakes!! Hands down some of the best I've had personal opinion - Pizza Near Me - Bedford, Massachusetts

My favorite go to pizza place in Bedford. Love their crust and cheese especially. Plus the pizza is great for leftovers, if there are any. The owner is so nice. Plus love the idea of cupcakes if I need dessert. read more

Keep in mind that this is "Chicago-Style" pizza, not thin-crust. If you like thick-crust pizza, this is the only place in the area that serves it. Nothing special about their pizza, thick or thin. It's perfectly adequate and there are a number of toppings to make it a little more interesting. The trouble is that you find yourself thinking that there HAS to be a better pizza place in Bedford and there is - Domino's. Domino's is nothing special either but it's better than Pizza Express and that probably tells you all you need to know. read more

Don't bother. Second time trying to order from this place where they are so understaffed they can't make it happen. I'll never call this place again. Learn how to run a business. They are lightning quick to respond to Yelp reviews but a light drizzle stops them in their tracks. read more

Very under rated pizza place in Bedford. It doesn't look very impressive from the outside, but the food is tasty. They deliver to your house fairly quickly, and you can customise your pizza. They had many toppings available, including marischino cherries, and the price was very affordable. I ordered the spinach and feta pizza, which was cheesy but good. You can also add any toppings to the cheese pizza, so it's pretty much a make your own pizza. Overall, I would recommend for anyone looking for good pizza on a budget. read more

Awesome food! This is a hidden gem. They even sell AMAZING cupcakes for dessert. The best part is they deliver to Hanscom!

I usually never review things but this place is so good and run by such nice people I felt like I had too. Food is amazing, pizza is next level good. I frequently order from them and I've never been disappointed at any other type of food I've ordered there. The buffalo chicken wrap is game changer and they have some great appetizers. Saw some other reviews complaining about the delivery time but my guess is it was on Friday and Saturday and it just should be understood that with a small business that it is going to be hectic on weekend nights, I've never felt like it was an unreasonable wait time. Overall amazing food and as a regular customer you can tell it's also run by pretty amazing people. Worth a wait on a busy night and you won't go back to chain pizza after having it! read more
