The cake portion was a bit too thin for my liking and guests also commented on how little "cake" there actually was compared to the icing. They recommended taking cake out of fridge up to an hour before serving and I highly recommend you do that because if you don't, the cake will taste dry and the icing will crumble. Cake Niche created the most incredible circus-themed cake for my godson's first birthday. It was much larger than it looks--easily fed 40-50 guests. Beyond gorgeous and absolutely delicious--2 weeks later I'm still getting so many compliments on it! I have not had the cake yet, but if it is anything like the customer service it will be great. Mirret is wonderful, I purchased a cake but wanted the frosting color different. She called me and stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes helping me decide and giving me options I ATE THE CAKE and added a star, I started this review off with 4 stars just for the customer service and how Mirret went about everything. Now I have had the chance to finish my transaction. I walk in such a cute lil shop, it smells wonderful in there. It is a small lil store on the corner in Lexington Square. Mirret is just as nice in person as she is over the phone. I got there and the cake was ready to pick up and it was earlier than I asked for, so that was awesome for me. She gave me two free cupcakes to compliment the cake, which was very "sweet" of her. We ate the cake, it was so good and so moist. Be wary if you need your cake delivered..... I ordered the 100 roses cake for my daughter's graduation, to be delivered to the Redstone Grill in Burlington. The cake looked beautiful and was very good. HOWEVER, when we arrived at the Redstone Grill, the manager said the cake was left out outside on the pavement in front of the restaurant!!! Important to mention this was a rainy day with intermittent periods of torrential downpour. There was no name for delivery on it, so they weren't even sure who the cake was meant for! Fortunately, the cake was discovered by an employee before it was ruined, and brought inside. I immediately called Cake Niche to inform them of this, and was told that Uber Eats is their delivery service! So unprofessional. read more

The red velvet was fine, pretty standard, but the mango mousse seemed off. It tasted like it had sat in a fridge for a while and the exterior was almost dry, which made me think it was from the day prior and had sat out all day.
