I asked her in advance if she had individual packaging for mini cupcakes because otherwise I could provide it. Honestly, I would have still been ok with the packaging if they were flipped right side up and LABELED. These are for children, which I explained multiple times- you can't give unlabeled cupcakes without even a business label to a customer. That is just extremely unprofessional. Also, I have seen on her Instagram account that she does decorate cupcakes. So, I feel like she just makes baked goods the way she wants to for whoever she wants to or you have to catch her on a less busy day. My daughter's birthday was at the end of October. I put my order in way ahead of time (2 months ahead) at the end of August. She should be ashamed of herself. But she gets 3 stars because it all tasted good.
