Stopped here with my family on a trip to the mall. Visiting from out of town, we eat a lot of heavy food, so a fresh salad sounded delicious. It looked like most people were mobile ordering, which would be great as it would be easier to customize your meal that way. You can choose something from the menu or build your own salad or bowl. Two of us got the garden Cobb, and one got the chicken chimichurri. We were asked how much dressing we wanted before our salads were chopped and mixed. We also got bread on the side. Everything was fresh and delicious. I've never had such a creative salad- my Cobb has sweet potato on it, which I was a little leery about, but it was a delicious addition. i've been seeing their wraps everywhere so i wanted to come try for myself! i love their salads, so why not try something different! i got the korean bbq chicken wrap. firstly... what a sloppy mess. before i even left, the sauce was literally dripping down my fingers through the paper wrapping. secondly, it was the soggiest most sour wrap i have ever had. flavor was gross & just not good. 0/10 would recommend. stick to their salads for sure. read more

Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Never had a bad salad here. It's not the most comfortable place to sit and eat, but you can take it to go and be comfy and cozy in your car during a quick lunchbreak. Highly recommend the green goddess dressing, but anything you select on the menu is a win. This place is good but it did not meet my expectations. I will say I enjoy the fact that there are a variety of options on the menu; and their food looks and tastes super fresh. Came in a on a weekday during lunch time, but the long line moved fairly quickly. I ordered the hot honey chicken plate. It was full of flavor, and I loved the honey mustard sauce it came with on the side. The chicken was warm and juicy. Portion was decent and it definitely filled me up. I enjoyed it, but I wasn't wowed. Also, I wish they had more drink options such as fresh juices and smoothies. I feel like that would complete this spot as a good, on the go healthy option. My only complaint on the pricing is why they are charging almost $5 for a bottle of water. I didn't get a receipt, but I'm assuming it was $5 because my meal was $12 and my total came to $16. Also, don't come to this location planning to sit and eat because the seating is very limited. Seems like there's more seating outside than inside! Not worth it imo. There was no chicken in one, and barely any in another. The third salad was good and made properly, but that person has been sick since eating. We always order online as this place can get really busy, especially around lunch time so I can't comment on how it is ordering in-person. I like the crispy rice bowl with arugula. I've ordered nearly 10 times from this Sweetgreen location since they opened and almost every order has has an issue. The dressing has been missing, I received someone's else's order, my vegetarian salad had meat... bread was missing. Delivery through UberEats has been a nightmare as well; my order has been delivered very late on multiple occasions. One time it was over an hour late despite the fact that the order was ready for a courier to pick up for more than half an hour prior to the delivery arrival. Uber Eats may not be the best partner for delivery considering the health violations related to temperature controlled food that Sweetgreen had in the Boston area in recent years. I've picked up an order in store as well and did confirm that the orders do sit on a shelf without refrigeration. The Sweetgreen customer service team was nice enough to make it up to me with an account credit, but that's not worth much when your free meal is also incorrect or late. I'm hoping they'll get their act together over time. In the meantime I'm dining elsewhere. read more

I can't help but laugh at the prices they think they can get away with. I went for the first time and did a "build your own" assuming the $9 got you somewhere. The second time I ordered the chicken for my guacamole greens salad was dry and portions were small overall for the salad. So when one opened up locally, i took some time to customize and order. Wow -- what a difference! This place is amazing! The food is super fresh, the workers are very friendly -- i've already gone twice! A couple of "standouts": 1. The spicy cashew dressing - wow.. its got a slight sweet flavor and then a kick! 2. The biggest thug place in town. Half the time the key ingredients from the salad is missing as if you want to put something else for the missing ingredient, they will do like this was $2, that is $3 so you will have to pay $1 extra. I have always visited sweetgreen in lynnfield (which I've always been happy with). I went to Burlington today and was so disappointed. The person was not very friendly and was super skimpy with the items. I think I got a total of five parmesian shreds! At lynnfield, they actually have a hard time closing the cover.
