Large Waffle fries

The chicken was okay but the woburn one is definitely better. Staff is always friendly and you get your order within 4-8 minutes. Got the crispy chicken deluxe with Colby jack (no tomato), waffle fries, and 12 piece nuggets. Crispy chicken deluxe: chicken was juicy, cheese wasn't overwhelming. Better than most fast food chains. 8/10 Waffle fries: Crispy and lightly salted this time around but sometimes can be disappointed soft. 7/10 12 piece nuggets: very seasoned, juicy and slightly crispy. The higher the quantity the better the quality. We got a 5 piece nuggets for free as well and the chicken was not great in that one. 7/10

This location is in Burlington Mall. Not the best Chick-fil-A location I have been to but it works. Ordered online and picked up. Got the spicy chicken sandwich, which just tastes not as good as the Woburn Chick-fil-A. Maybe it is the bias of having mall food but I didn't get as nice of a crispy outsides and juicy insides compared to the Woburn and even Framingham locations. Mac and cheese looks like it had been sitting out. Definitely not the best mac and cheese I have had. Overall, if you had the time, drive a couple exits to the Woburn location. I think it is pretty leap and bounds of a difference. Plus, they forgot to give me my sauce that I specifically put in on the app. Hope that helps.

This Chick-fil-A is located in the food court at the Burlington Mall. The line is always the longest one of all; though, it moves very quickly. The staff work very fast to complete all orders. There is an employee at the end of the line to help direct and move the line. Their waffle fries are very good - not too salty.

Pray, eat, love? It's chik-fil-A, what else more do I say? Whole non processed chicken? Waffle fries? Get on it Oh one thing, it is in the mall. But the food court is easily accessible as the food court is near Macy's parking lot

Ahh Chick-fil-A. If there were only locations closer to Boston I would be so happy. One of the few restaurant chains where selling chicken as your primary protein works well for them. I got the original and spicy deluxe sandwich and both were pretty awesome. Make sure to get their lemonade because it's something dreams are made of. Go for the "diet" lemonade if you're feeling a bit guilty after eating all that chicken (it really tastes great for a "diet" version). Overall when I'm in the area I always make an effort to drop by for some awesome sandwiches!

Chick Fil A gets me every time when I am here at the mall. I love the fact that it's right inside the mall. In fact, its right inside the food court on the second level of the mall. Be prepared for the wait guys. In my opinion, if a restaurant has a long wait time-you know it's good. If you don't want to wait you can always do a online order and just pick it up at the pick up area. Their customer service here is always spot on. I don't know how management gets them all on their A game, but great job everyone! Although this isn't a sit down restaurant, their staff there will literally walk you your order to where you are sitting. My go to order is the spicy chicken deluxe! It's amazing!! Especially with their Chick Fil A sauce! Every time but once they've got my order right plus with a crap ton of free sauce. The one time they gave me a wrong order and right when I turned around about to leave the lady quickly asked for the bag back and threw it right in the trash because she gave me the wrong sandwich. They are so quick to react. I much rather getting stopped like this and coming right back than sitting down, opening up my food, getting upset I was given the wrong order, and complaining about it. The fact that I didn't even put my hand inside the bag yet and she immediately threw the entire bag in the trash? A+++++. Great job. I know it's a waste, but I wouldn't want another customer touching my bag of food.

Horrible slow service. Got order wrong, and still waited another 20 minutes. Second time in the last month. Lack of help.

We walked into a comfortable space with a relaxed vibe that never feels generic, the kind of spot where you can settle in for a meal or grab something quickly without the atmosphere working against you. The Vietnamese bowl is the order that brings everything together well. We tried it and the flavors were bright and balanced, leaning into the fresh herb and citrus notes that make Vietnamese inspired food work when the kitchen takes it seriously. The bowl format here gives you enough going on across the components that each bite shifts slightly, which kept the meal interesting from start to finish in a way that a simpler dish would not. The broader menu is worth exploring beyond a single visit. The shakshuka and acai bowl are both good, the smash burger salad is a surprisingly strong order for anyone who wants something more indulgent, and the vegan options are extensive and genuinely well executed rather than feeling like an afterthought. The smoothies are popular for good reason and the coffee holds up as well. Pricing runs on the higher side and the menu does not always list prices upfront on site, which is worth being aware of before you commit to a larger order. Service is generally attentive and fast, though it can vary by location and shift.

It was my first time trying and it did not disappoint. I got the avocado Harrissa rice bowl and it was so delicious. The pita compliments it very well. Everything tasted so fresh. I did an ordered for pick up and it was ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Place was very clean and organized. I got their blueberry lavender drink. Didn't like it too much. It was on the water down lacked flavor side. I would definitely be back to try later items they had on their menu.

I want to start by saying that I love CAVA. My wife and I go often, and we usually visit the Woburn…read morelocation, which is consistently excellent. Unfortunately, the Burlington location is the complete opposite, and I would strongly recommend staying far away from it. We went in around 8:00 PM, and this location closes at 10:00 PM, so there was no reason for the experience we had. The lentils were completely dry, and when I asked for more, the employee looked at the chef, who simply shook their head "no" as if making more food was out of the question. I also asked for romaine lettuce and white rice and was flat-out told they "can't do that." This wasn't about being out of food--it was about pure laziness and refusal to provide basic service. At the Woburn location, they are happy to accommodate requests and will even charge extra if needed, which I'm perfectly fine with. The staff there actually understands customer service. At Burlington, the response to everything was basically, "No, we don't do that." Even something as simple as pita chips was denied. At 8 PM, two hours before closing, they refused to make more. Again, the employee looked to the chef, who nodded no--clearly unwilling to make the effort. This location needs serious retraining. The staff should take notes from the Woburn team, because whatever is happening in Burlington is unacceptable. If you're considering this CAVA, save yourself the frustration and drive the extra 10 minutes to Woburn, where the food and service actually match the brand I was I could give 0 stars
