I never knew there was a Chick-fil-A at Burlington Mall, but was super happy to see it at the food court! Luckily we got in line before the rush because it definitely gets super busy and is a popular stall at the food court haha. We ordered a spicy chicken deluxe & one regular spicy chicken sandwich, both meals. For sauces, we did chick-fil-a, Polynesian, & sriracha. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorites of the fast food chains because the quality is typically unmatched by other chains, however, I honestly had a pretty difficult time eating my sandwich lol. It was falling apart and the bread was super stiff + flat, which I've never experienced at any of the Chick-fil-A's I've visited but I'll cut them some slack just because it's in a food court & not a stand alone location. read more

Since there isn't too many located near home, we popped over to this one while doing some holiday shopping. I used to hit this location often when i worked in the area across the street for lunch! The staff is always nice at this location, i aim for the spicy chicken sandwich meal, or nuggies. They always taste fresher than some of their competitors. Plus waffle fries are the ish! Sauces of choice is the sweet Siracha and Polynesian. I remember when they first opened, there was a nice older gentleman, he would always be sweeping up around the front of their shop, and offer to get refills for your drinks while you dined in the cafeteria. This was my 1st time getting chick-fil-a. I was shopping when the mall first opened so I basically had it for breakfast. Lucky for me though since it wasn't busy yet there was no line. I did need to take a minute to look at the menu just because I've never been, I thought maybe there would be something however there was not. So I got myself a spicy chicken meal. I think about $11 for sandwich, waffle fries and soda. They also gave me a side of ranch and their special sauce. I wasn't a big fan of the chick-fil-a sauce but the sandwich was very good, as well as the fries. Downside is I get some belly issues later in the day that I think might have been triggered, but would order again. Since it's the mall plenty of parking and again because I was there so early there wasn't a line, I think it's quite lengthy during peak hours. read more

The chicken was okay but the woburn one is definitely better. Staff is always friendly and you get your order within 4-8 minutes. Got the crispy chicken deluxe with Colby jack (no tomato), waffle fries, and 12 piece nuggets. Crispy chicken deluxe: chicken was juicy, cheese wasn't overwhelming. Better than most fast food chains. 8/10 Waffle fries: Crispy and lightly salted this time around but sometimes can be disappointed soft. 7/10 12 piece nuggets: very seasoned, juicy and slightly crispy. This CFA location is in the Burlington Mall in the food court. It is always busy and the average wait time to order is about 5-7 minutes. After that the wait time to get your food is quick but a little longer at peak lunch / dinner hours. Service is friendly and the food and service is always good. read more

After cruising through Burlington Mall all day, my roommate, girlfriend, and I were ready for a much needed Chick-Fil-A lunch. This was my first time trying this CFA at the mall, it was just ok. Standard for mall quality. It's located in a food court so it's bound to be of lesser quality. We ordered nuggets, fries, tenders, and a kale salad. The food was good but the drinks had no ice in them :( and the seating area was very dirty all throughout. This was a disappointment. I'd recommend the store location in Woburn nearby if you're having a Chick-fil-A craving. read more

Pro's The sandwich's are good people are real nice They give you extra lettuce and tomato's if wanted Nothing better than chick Fil A sauce and they give you how many you ask for Con's Mac N cheese is microwaved, it could be much better if they just had a pot and scooped it fresh in each cup. Ya know, I've been eating at Chick-fil-A longer than I knew how to properly spell it out? Yet in all that time, I have never....that is, until today....tried the Chick-fil-A sauce. A real travesty of any true acolyte to this place, I know. Point is...I did today. And it was actually....kinda not bad. If I had to describe the taste of this stuff though (and believe me, I Googled this....only to find nothing definitive enough), it's somewhat reminiscent of honey mustard sauce. A really smooth, fancy, almost pretentious honey mustard sauce. With a kick. Apparently, it's supposedly a combination of the aforementioned flavor, along with BBQ sauce. Only you mostly taste honey mustard. So, that's a thing. I guess. None of this has anything exclusively to do with this particular location, of course. I just felt like telling a slightly compelling, yet innocuous story to pad the runtime of this otherwise prosaic review. That is to say, this location will facilitate your needs just fine. The mobile ordering works, though your wait times may vary. I always time it so that I check in right as I walk into the mall. They're usually ready with my order about 5 to 10 minutes later. As you can imagine, it's carry out only (no delivery). Oh, yeah. I finally tried one of the chicken sandwiches at this establishment. And waffle fries. Firstly, the waffle fries were totally unseasoned, further justifying the nationwide ritual of dipping said fries into their famous Chick-fil-A sauce. Perhaps I'll try this technique sometime so as to circumvent the bland starch taste superseded only by the likes of cardboard. Secondly, the concept of eating breaded chicken...on bread...still baffles me. The entire time, I just wanted to rip the chicken breast out from between those lightly toasted buns and eat it straight up. Bread on bread? Really, guys? I get that some people enjoy this (for some reason), but...I just don't get it. It's....too much bread. It'd be like deep frying your burger in breadcrumbs shortly before placing it on a toasted bun. This location is in Burlington Mall. Not the best Chick-fil-A location I have been to but it works. Ordered online and picked up. Got the spicy chicken sandwich, which just tastes not as good as the Woburn Chick-fil-A. Maybe it is the bias of having mall food but I didn't get as nice of a crispy outsides and juicy insides compared to the Woburn and even Framingham locations. Mac and cheese looks like it had been sitting out. Definitely not the best mac and cheese I have had. Overall, if you had the time, drive a couple exits to the Woburn location. I think it is pretty leap and bounds of a difference. Plus, they forgot to give me my sauce that I specifically put in on the app. Hope that helps. read more

This Chick-fil-A is located in the food court at the Burlington Mall. The line is always the longest one of all; though, it moves very quickly. The staff work very fast to complete all orders. There is an employee at the end of the line to help direct and move the line. Their waffle fries are very good - not too salty. read more

Would give one star if I could. I placed an online order at 6:30. After 10 minutes I asked the cashier my order status and was told it was still being made. During a 40 minute wait I asked an additional three times for an update and was told every time "it was being made". I am so incredibly disappointed that I was ignored FOUR times by multiple different people, who LIED that my order existed/was being made. This place gets crowded for lunch for good reason. The service is top notch and the food is as well. I get the fried chicken sandwich every time and it hasn't disappointed me yet. The chicken very crispy on the outside and the white meat is juicy on the inside. Sometimes the bun isn't as fresh as the meat but it's nothing to knock it for. read more

Ahh Chick-fil-A. If there were only locations closer to Boston I would be so happy. One of the few restaurant chains where selling chicken as your primary protein works well for them. I got the original and spicy deluxe sandwich and both were pretty awesome. Make sure to get their lemonade because it's something dreams are made of. Go for the "diet" lemonade if you're feeling a bit guilty after eating all that chicken (it really tastes great for a "diet" version). Overall when I'm in the area I always make an effort to drop by for some awesome sandwiches! read more

Chick Fil A gets me every time when I am here at the mall. I love the fact that it's right inside the mall. In fact, its right inside the food court on the second level of the mall. Be prepared for the wait guys. In my opinion, if a restaurant has a long wait time-you know it's good. If you don't want to wait you can always do a online order and just pick it up at the pick up area. Their customer service here is always spot on. I don't know how management gets them all on their A game, but great job everyone! Although this isn't a sit down restaurant, their staff there will literally walk you your order to where you are sitting. My go to order is the spicy chicken deluxe! It's amazing!! Especially with their Chick Fil A sauce! Every time but once they've got my order right plus with a crap ton of free sauce. The one time they gave me a wrong order and right when I turned around about to leave the lady quickly asked for the bag back and threw it right in the trash because she gave me the wrong sandwich. They are so quick to react. I much rather getting stopped like this and coming right back than sitting down, opening up my food, getting upset I was given the wrong order, and complaining about it. The fact that I didn't even put my hand inside the bag yet and she immediately threw the entire bag in the trash? A+++++. Great job. I've eaten at this Chick-fil-A three times and while it's Chick-fil-A in terms of the food you receive, there appear to be systemic issues in how it's run in terms of accuracy and efficiency. Allow me to explain. In case you didn't know, this Chick-fil-A is in a mall and it is always busy. Like silly busy. You can walk up and eat anywhere else in the food court or you can wait for who knows how long on Chick-fil-A. And everyone, myself included, decides to wait on Chick-fil-A. Now that we've covered that, ordering on the mobile app is a must. This saves you waiting in line and believe me when I say you don't want to wait in line. But ordering on the app is a bit more of a science than you might imagine. I've used the app twice and had to wait on my food twice. The first time I put my order in about 5 minutes before I was actually at the pickup location and I still had to wait around 10 minutes or so. The second time I put it in about 10 minutes before being at the counter and still had to wait quite a bit. My guess is that they need around 15 minutes give or take to get a mobile order ready. Now, this seems really odd if you're familiar with the surgical precision and efficiency that Chick-fil-A stand alone restaurants are known for. I've also had issues with both of my mobile orders (I waited in line my first visit, never again). The first time around I ordered a Coke and got something else. Diet maybe? I had to go back twice to get it corrected b/c apparently someone hooked up the wrong drink to the line. The second time around I again got the wrong drinks. I ordered a Coke and Diet Coke and got a lemonade and something else (not sure, didn't try it). I was also missing the ketchups and salts I requested with my order. In every instance the issues were corrected but it was a pain to deal with. My advice, which I plan on following, is to check everything before you walk away from the counter. Getting settled in and ready to eat only to figure out you're missing something and fight your way back to the counter sucks. As I mentioned in the beginning the food is still Chick-fil-A and tastes darn good so the reality is that I'll continue to show up here to get my Chick-fil-A fix. read more

When I walked up to the cashier to place my order she was looking past me while asking what I wanted. Once I stated what I would like she then made eye contact with me and asked me what did I say. I repeated my order and she took my name down. Before giving me my drink she literally threw my straw on the counter which completely took me by surprise. I simply grabbed my drink and the straw and proceeded to walk to the waiting area. After waiting a few minutes my food was ready and I asked for a sauce and the worker who was exporting orders literally threw the sauces in the bag. I don't eat chicken anymore and I'm not the biggest fan of Burlington Mall, but whenever I need to make someone feel better I surprise them with Chick-fil-A. However, once upon a time when I did eat chicken I remember CFA (Chick-fil-A) being absolutely delicious. The chicken is white meat and juicy,the buns, tasty and buttery and please don't get me started on those waffle fries and the abundance of sauces. The Polynesian sauce is the best! A mix of sweet/slightly tangy. I remember while living in Atlanta, my co-workers and I would get breakfast here every morning Mon-Fri. It was the best part of working in the mall. That's the thing about the south. The CFA mall locations serve breakfast but they don't in MA, only if it's an independent CFA location (like the one in Westborough). This one star review is based on just the two employees i interacted with. If not for them it would be 4 or 5 stars bc the food was great. We had a spicy chicken sandwich and a Cobb salad. Both were tasty and filling. However switching back to the employees. Not sure if it was the young mans first day or what at the register but I walked up to the register and stood there for over a minute while he is giggling and talking to the girl behind the counter next to him. When he finally turned around and realized I was standing there he still didn't act professionally and continued joking around instead of taking the order. Additionally he didn't know a couple answers to basic questions like what's in the salad and can we leave something off of it. Wife is pregnant and couldn't have soft cheeses. While the chicken in my sandwich was both moist and more than decent, this still remains a fast food chain and thus has it's limits in terms of both quality and nutrition. After a short drive over for some lunch with my girlfriend, we parked, crossed halfway across this mall and made our way to the food court and then to this Chick-Fil-A location. She had eaten at one of them before, in the south, but I had never had been to one. Although I don't eat much fastfood, if ever (In-N-Out aside!), I was rather excited at the prospect that this could be a decent meal. I decided to get a deluxe Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich with a banana pudding milkshake. The sandwich featured a giant slab of chicken breast which is layered alongside some dill pickle chips, tomato, lettuce and American cheese. It was served in a regular bun although they also offer it in a wheat bun (I had no idea). As I stated earlier, the chicken itself was ridiculously good - it was moist, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The sandwich wasn't dry and the ingredients worked very well together and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Then came the milkshake which was very sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste. But the flavor was rather unique for us 'Yankees' in the North. Banana pudding isn't something we find often around here and having it in a milkshake was interesting to say the least. It had bits of nilla wafers floating around it in, creating these little chunks of deliciousness. Those same chunks also kept clogging my straw though which wasn't as much fun... All in all, this joint provides some more than decent, tender chicken goodness alongside some casual, Southern-inspired fare. From sweet ice tea to carrot and raisin salad, waffle potato fries and spicy chicken wraps, the options are varied. Most of it isn't all that healthy but they do seem to make a better effort than most fast food chains. The cashier was very friendly as was the rest of the staff, going as far as walking up to nearby patrons in the food court and offering free refills on some of their drinks. I'd love to be able to give them 3 and a half stars but this not being possible, I will round it down because... well... despite the chicken being good, they are a chain... and somewhat unhealthy. It puts all other nuggets and chicken sandwiches to shame. And what's more exciting than eating the Nuggets From Heaven and Waffle Fries of Absolute Joy as the Chick Fil A cow comes along and waves. Nothing. I'm from the South and miss having a CFA so close. Going to Burlington is worth the Pilgrimage (for those who don't know how to get there from Boston, it's EASY. Take the 350 from Alewife. It takes you right to the mall). If you've never gone, you need to try it. It will change your life. If it doesn't, it's not my fault your taste buds are deficient. Actually, if you don't like it, I'd blame it on all the Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts coffee you've been consuming (it probably burned your tastebuds off). I think you'll like it though. Every time I go, the CFA is the MOST crowded of all the food court restaurants. I wish CFA would be open on Sundays, but whatever. At least they have a guaranteed day off per week! I don't have as much hatred towards Chick-fil-A as I have towards Shake Shack. I think the reason is because Chick-fil-A makes it up by their amazing customer service. Plus, their chicken isn't really that bad. It was actually really juicy and filling. I also love how they don't advertise in an annoying way. They don't claim to have the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH, but rather as the home of ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH, which I am totally fine with. If you have never tried Chick-fill-A, then I recommend you do so purely just so that you can tell people you tried it. Once you eat it though, I don't think you will be blown away or anything like that. It really doesn't taste that amazing haha. I do love their waffle fries though.
