Disgustingly filfthy. Not one table to sit at, because there were other patrons messes. The trash barrels were overflowing. I believe the woman who served my 2 children was having words with her daughter, who was set up, feet up, spread out on the table with her stuff across from the serving area. They were arguing for all to hear. The service was terrible, she had an attitude, and took it oun on my children. We got it to go, because it was so dirty. This is the 3rd time I've gone, no IMPROVEMENTS, My children want to eat there, but no not ever again. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. This place is a disgusting mess and it wasn't even busy. Saw pleanty of workers just standing around instead of cleaning the dining room or emptying the over flowing trash. I even got to witness a worker refill the forks near the soda machine (which had no ice) and NOT empty the overflowing trash a few inches from the new forks. If this is what the front of the house looks like I cannot imagine what the back of the house, walk-in coolers etc look like. I will not be returning to this location and will have a hard time getting Chipotle anywhere since sadly this is what more and more of my visits to other stores look like. *** Follow up question why does Chipotle auto reply and ask you to then go fill out a notice on their corporate site...I literally just posted 4 photos of the disaster and now you want to do more....? The parking lot is a little funky for spots, but there is plenty of parking. I ordered online and was a little early so when I walked in my order wasn't on the rack yet. I waited patiently and when it was complete I thanked the staff and they just seemed grump and not very polite. The food is consistently consistent, so if you like Chipotle, which I do, then you'll be okay here. However, if there's something wrong with your order, well, you're just out of luck. Talking to the cashier will lead to nothing for an online order. Want to Chad-up and talk to the manager? Too bad. It's the lunch rush so, naturally, the manager is at lunch. This has got to be the worst chipotle ever. I went in asked for chicken and got the lousiest portion of chicken. I then asked for a protein bowl of chicken on the side and the worker refused to fill up the cup. I told him the protein bowl is meant to be filled up and he said no it's not. I love chipotle a LOT and I always go. I went in today to this location and the woman was very nasty from the start. She didn't say hi or ask what I wanted, she just stood there and stared at me. She threw my ingredients into my burrito then wrapped it and it split all the way down the middle and everything was pouring out. I pointed it out and asked if she could rewrap it and she just blankly stared at me and refused. I didn't get double anything or overfill the burrito and it was in shambles. I asked her how i'm supposed to eat that and she said "you decide that". Very nasty and rude. When I paid she didn't say a word to me and threw my bag. Today was a Tuesday at 4pm on 1/20/2026. I've been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but today's experience was beyond disappointing. The woman working the counter was unbelievably rude- not just to me, but also to my sister, who politely asked for a lime. A lime. Not gold, not caviar. Just a wedge of citrus. You'd think we asked her to rewrite the Constitution with the attitude we got. I then asked for a smaller portion (because, y'know, portion control, macros, and also saving them money), and somehow that was offensive too? Sorry for trying to be considerate? The energy in there was hostile, the customer service was nonexistent, and frankly, I left feeling more irritated than satisfied. I don't expect a red carpet, but I do expect basic decency. I had been a loyal Chipotle customer since 2007 until I ordered my last meal at this location. 1. I had a buy one get one free offer and the manager didn't honor it. First he said their system has been down. Then he scanned my coupon and said it has already been used. 2. Portion for meat was bad. I asked for sour cream on the side. After the payment, I realized I was charged a dollar for a cup of sour cream. All these years and at other location sour cream was included in the cost and that was the charm for me. 3. I asked to add all sauce. Server put 2 scoops of the hot sauce and didn't add other sauce. After being upset about not being honored a valid coupon and paying for sour cream, I could not enjoy my bowl as it way way spicier than I could handle. Manager was extremely rude and server was not attentive. I still regret this meal. I had contacted Chipotle about this behavior and they said they will validate this incident with the manager and get back to me. It has been 7 months and no reply. I usually don't act as the food police, but this is the third time this has happened and I need to speak out. I always make to-go pickup orders here. Today, I placed an order for a bowl with regular chicken, EXTRA rice, light salsa, and EXTRA cheese. See my photos to see what I got. Never mind the extra cheese, there's no cheese at all! And that's barely a regular serving of rice, much less extra rice. It is NOT OKAY that I'm paying for these toppings just to get none of it. Yes, I recognize that sometimes you may run out of ingredients. I'm okay with waiting a little longer. But don't put this in my bag, knowing it's a take out order and I probably won't check it until I get home. This was my 2nd attempt coming back here sin e they opened. Granted I came around 5:45 so I expected a long wait. That I did see and from all the employees facts they looked tired and unhappy. It appears still understaffed with 1 person doing drive thru,1 associate cooking meats ,1 associate Making rice ,(who I may add kept scratching his nose ,touching his nose and pulling up his pants with gloves on and NOT CHANGING THEM):-( The girl who was making the orders also had to ring up customers and was very unmotivated and looked overworked. Finally Brisn stepped in to help her so she could focus on cash wrap and he was getting the orders right and getting the line of people out the door much faster . The drive through orders were going faster than inside pick up and I felt bad for the 1 girl doing everything but she was cranking it out! Management needs to schedule shifts with at least 2 to help with orders .I see the other reviews on Google are a 1 or 3 and I hope this establishment will survive as it's nice to have a local place.i typically drive to Moorestown or Mt Laurel. read more

My husband went to pick it up and found that the location was closed with a sign saying they would close at 4pm, but it was 1pm when he arrived. My husband called nearby locations and the person at the Woburn location said to stop by and cut the line to place our order for free. I ran in here for a bite before my Lahey Clinic appointment. This is a very clean store and friendly and accommodating personnel. I loved my custom made burrito with carnitas and honestly I feel like it was the tastiest lunch I had in ages. Move over Panera, I've got a new favorite. The burritos are enormous. I actually asked the kid making mine to give me half of the usual contents and it was plenty. Fresh tasting good made in front of you! Charged me full sized meal and cashier lied and said you get nothing with your quesadilla. As if I didn't know you get the box with the sides. Kid was new rolling the burritos and it was exploding everywhere. Tortilla was soggy on the outside because of it. Chips were stale and queso was cold. Ordered online well within posted hours, received a notification that my food was ready, and arrived to the restaurant to be greeted with printer paper taped to the front door saying that the location was closed, while staff were inside talking amongst each other and on their phones. Went through the hassle of getting a refund online, but I'm pretty upset about wasting my time driving over to the restaurant for nothing. I don't often leave reviews but my god the attitude this lady with glasses had, may have been the manager I'm not sure. Anyways, I ask for double rice and she skimps out on it and when I ask for more she scoops a few grains and gives me a dirty look, dumps the ingredients on one side of the bowl, and ofcourse when I ask for guac she avoids the guac and starts scraping the sides and barely fills up half the spoon and also dumps that to the very edge of the bowl.
