I've been waiting for my mobile order for about 15 minutes now, which has given me 15 minutes to watch the travesty going on behind the counter. They have three very young people working. Another employee placed a massive order before leaving shift and is standing talking to the young girl on bar. He asked her why she wasn't using decaf for decaf lattes and she said "I always thought that was decaf! Whoops. No wonder customers are always bouncing off the walls when I make drinks." My jaw almost fell to the floor. I've known several people who have worked at Starbucks. You don't just become a barista. You have to learn the menu, work your way up and be trained. This girl has been giving out caffeinated coffee for her entirety of working on bar. She didn't even seem to give a damn either (probably because she was 16). She was openly complaining about work for customers to hear and I found myself looking around for an "adult." I know it could be worse than giving out caffeinated coffee but, if their employees are nonchalant about that, what happens when it's a serious allergy? They going to laugh about that and post it to social media? Thanks, I'll go to the Starbucks in the next town from now on. Oh, clean your store. It was a friggin mess. read more

Smaller Starbucks that does not have a drivethrough but does have plenty of free parking. Inside, not much for seating with several stools facing the window, four "comfy" chairs and the large community table. The layout is is not instantly intuitive to all, as the woman who arrived just ahead of me started to queue at the pickup area rather than the register area. Coolers of pastries and sandwiches available, as per the usual Starbucks menu. It was busy this morning when I stopped in for a double espresso. The milk/cream bottles were full but the fixings area needed a good wipe down. read more

This is an average location. Lately I have been using the app and just running in to grab my coffee and leave. My coffee is always ready when I get there whether it's been 3 minutes or 7! That app is a life/timesaver! The baristas are always very friendly. The one good thing about all Starbucks is my coffee is always made right and good the first time! They are very consistent. They have outside seating which is great when the weather is nice. I personally don't like the new seating areas that all the starbucks have but I guess they have a fairly decent amount of seating. read more

No complaints here. Came in during the week around lunch time, the place had plenty of people sitting in it drinking coffee and reading books or on laptops. It's a pretty small place but they work fast here. I ordered. Chocolate pastry and a fusion lemonade drink. My pastry was warmed up and my drink ready within 5 minutes it was fantastic. I sat here and read my book while waiting for a friend. Will definitely come back because of the fast service and friendly staff. read more

There was one person ahead of me in line and it took 20 minutes to get one tea. They prioritize mobile and drive through so I recommend never going inside. A little haste would be nice to see. read more

I have been to this location 6 times in the last 2 weeks (I might have a problem) but I really enjoy the friendly service and LOVE the new drive through! I always order a Trenta Iced Black Tea Unsweetened and am never unsatisfied. The workers are kind and hard working! This will now be my go to drive through on my way to and from work from now on. They have had some hiccups with their register at the window a couple times, but technology is definitely not a reason to blame a great location and friendly staff! 5/5 stars, my new location for my tea fix! read more

I like going to Starbucks and really enjoy their products. I have noticed recently, this is not meant to be funny, the employees seem to be stoic to the point of zombie like. Unenthusiastic and autonomous, going through the motions and watching the clock. That can make for a really unfriendly place to gather or enjoy your cup of $5.00 coffee. read more

This store is amazing! I have been going to them for 4yrs now and only 4 times did they make coffee wrong but once I said something they apologized and made me a new one and it was perfect. It's Starbucks, so there's a lot you know already. The coffee is good, it's more expensive than it should be, and the barista is going to ask you for your name, and quite possibly how to spell it. This place has a few key features. 1. It's not that busy. 2. Lots of seating. Outside, inside, window seats with a countertop for working with outlets right there. Good, good, good. 3. The people. Everyone seems genuinely happy and peppy. I've heard singing and joking, and I've even heard the staff refer to the drink orders of regulars, or exchange playful remarks. These features are the kind of thing that makes you want to return to a coffee shop, even if it is one of thousands in a chain. If you need to get your fix, this location is a sure bet. read more

The service was horribly slow! I had a bogo coupon for 2 espresso drinks. I got a tall Starbucks double shot with almond milk 3 Splenda no simple syrup. And the second an iced Americano with 3 Splenda! It literally took 10 min for the newbie on register to authenti cate the coupon. then another manager questioned me if I already used the coupon which I hadn't yet then he snarkily ststes, " well I'll believe you this time! " for real????!! wtf?!! what happened to the customer being rigt? Then my drinks arrive with the milk and sugar for both! Today being Halloween, my wife and I were in costume. Upon arriving at the store, my wife waited in the car, and only I entered the store. There was a store employee wearing face paint to appear like a vampire of sorts, (I believe her name was Liz), working on store merchandising at a table. This employee looked at me, made an extremely rude face, and mumbled a very rude comment! I was absolutely blown away at this! I thought Starbucks was trying to attract customers, not insult them! I told my wife what had occurred, who in turn has told her family, and I my family, and without an apology, we are done with Starbucks, period. This employee should be disciplined. The amazing crew of this establishment get 5 stars. What's a new mommy to do when she's so far from friends and family (insert drama here - they're at least 30 minutes but with a baby everything feels very far)? She finds that one consistent thing to get her ass out of the house. The one thing that can stop the insanity and isolation. For me, that one constant is THIS Starbucks. The crew here are amazing. We know them all by name and they all know Mickey. It's one of his favorite things to do. Sometimes we sit and eat and sometimes we run in and run out but it's always a pleasure to be greeted by them and to see their smiling faces. Even when it's super busy we get a genuine smile. This is my go to Starbucks. Mobile order or walk in, the order is always right and done in a reasonable amount of time. Even during peak hours, I will stand at the end and see drinks all the way down the bar, and my drink will still be done in a considerable amount of time taking into consideration how many drinks they have. Have been going to this Starbucks for last last 2 years. All I can say is its a great. The staff is very friendly. The place is always clean. My coffee is always ready and no mistakes. I've read some of the reviews and disagree with the ones who gave them a bad review. To the one who wanted the Splenda and almond milk drinks just to let you know the customer isNOT always right so get over it. As for the one with the 100 dollar bill I work retail and the100 bill is the most counter fit bill in the world pulse if you looked theres a bank across the street. Crampt, small. Rocky chairs at SINGLE LONG TABLE. 2 obnoxious men having loud discussion & pounding the table at which I & another woman sat while ATTEMPTING TO READ AND ENJOY OUR TEA/COFFEE. The men were using words like "homosexuals, fetus, abortion" bordering on hate-speech & definitely rude, and waving their arms & hands while talking. I tried to block them out by wearing earphones to no avail. I started to feel a little afraid. I had to leave. Apparently they don't accept hundred dollar bills. Therefor you don't get anything you just ordered which is pretty inconvenient while you're on the go. This shouldn't be an issue. read more

I hate to complain about a Starbucks but they're usually so good that a bad experience is pretty rare. Stopped in to get the buy 1 holiday drink, get one free deal and the line was long. They had plenty of help but everything moved incredibly slowly (even for a Starbucks!). The area to receive the drinks was dirty with straw wrappers, cups and crumpled napkins scattered around where the drinks come out. It was a somewhat long wait. A woman actually grabbed my iced latte and tried to claim it was hers (must have been sick of waiting). I didn't notice it was mine and it's lucky she started demanding whipped cream or else she would have gotten away with it, haha. Anyway, both drinks when they finally arrived were awful. I don't know if they made them incorrectly because they were in a hurry but yuck. Huge globs of what I assume would taste like gingerbread if used in moderation and the other drink tasted like nothing but creamy coffee. My friend and I would have gone back but the line was so long and we aren't from the area so we really didn't want to wait. Very disappointed with that Starbucks experience though. read more
