I always have a great experience at this location. The management staff are fantastic, even though I miss the ones that have since moved on to other locations (Burlington) or jobs. They always give a friendly greeting and modify drink orders to be just right. I also love that the Cafe Nero app has a student email verification for drink discounts - makes it more cost efficient than Dunkin or starbies. One note is that you need to ask for the matcha to be made darker green if that floats your boat, and it makes you pay extra for that in the app. The actual matcha powder is quite good though. One more note is that I have noticed the sandwiches have less content in them then they used to, to the point where now there are entire bites of just bread. I definitely have to inspect the sandwood options now before purchase, and cannot buy them on the app ahead of time due to this.

I had a surprisingly good experience at this Cafe Nero. Be aware that it does get packed on the weekends, but we were able to find a table easily. Typical Nero aesthetic - mismatched "antique" looking tables and chairs, lots of dark wood paneling. Pretty cozy despite the crowd. The line was pretty slow-moving so don't come if you're in a big rush. There's a large selection of both sweet and savory food - pastries, baked goods, sandwiches. I got the elderberry raspberry tart and a hot coffee with milk. The coffee was tasty and I loved the tart! It had a really unique nutty flavor, which I realized was because there were sesame seeds in the dough. I loved that savory element. It was a little dry, potentially because it was dairy-free so no butter, but I really enjoyed it nonetheless.

Needed wifi, a place to work, and a sweet treat. And this was the perfect fit! Super clean and cozy inside. Drinks came out fast. They have a large seating area hidden around the corner from the entrance. There is a parking lot behind the store, but every time I've been to this neighborhood it's been full with people circling the lot waiting for spots. I've had a pot better luck with street parking.

My mom and I came here during our trip to concord. The workers were friendly & efficient in getting our orders in. We appreciated the cozy decor and ample seating. The drinks and food were yummy and fulfilling!

We were staying just a block away and found ourselves coming to grab iced coffee three mornings in a row. Very good iced coffee and such a great spot to sit and people watch of you can grab one of the comfy chairs in the front. One morning my husband had a Turkey and cheese croissant and enjoyed it. I had an almond croissant and it was delicious!

I got a matcha and the caprese baguette which were both so delicious. The seating was very cozy and spacious. Very quick and nice service.

Tried it again. The chocolate cake is delicious! The hibiscus tea is not, way too sweet. It is over priced as well, but it is Concord

Stopped in for a coffee - had an excellent iced coffee, friendly people behind the counter, and a Cadillac of a coffee machine.

Their bread is still some of the best around, and their staff are great. Ever since they rebuilt their entrance to be in the back, you have had a walk through a very unattractive alleyway that was used for trucks picking up the trash before it was converted to the entrance, and honestly, it has barely been converted. Today I got a chocolate chip cookie, and it was essentially flavorless. If you are looking for good bread, this is definitely your spot, but if you're trying to find anything else, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this **Replying to the owner** I seriously don't understand owners and employees on yelp who play victim when it comes to negative reviews. The customer had a negative experience, they describe it truthfully on yelp. Yes, the 3 star review negatively impacts the business, but ultimately, that's how reviews work, and you should take negative reviews as constructive criticism, and reply apologetically and constructively instead of being rude and defensive. As they say, customer is king. To your point that I didn't review your main menu focus sandwiches, despite your fact that a large portion of your building is dedicated to making bread, and no real area for putting together sandwiches. Either way, it wouldn't matter, the cookie I had was not great, and I reviewed accordingly. Responding to negative reviews in a defensive and rude way steers customers away from your establishment almost as much as a negative review does, if not more.
