I don't know who's in charge of this disaster but it needs new management or ownership asap. I'm surprised dunkin don't have their franchises live up to a normal standard of service. Walked in today to no bagels and told they never got their bagel delivery, orders never correct, ac either don't work or barely on. Not very clean looking at all. Always backed up. It's a horrible location. Probably the worst location I've ever been to. I gave it so many tries hoping for the best and it's always an epic failure. read more

I'm not sure how long the bathrooms been out of order but they have called for a PortA potty! Hopefully that situation gets fixed soon! Sometimes I need a coffee on the way home. Quite a few times I stop at this D&D and I am consistently disappointed. They have hardly any donuts and when the young lady rings me up, she always charges me the $2 and 90 cents for the coffee, but only gives me back change as if she charged me for the donut. No receipt either. Idk I guess she takes the change for her personal profit. Either way its unprofessional and it sucks. read more

I'm only inclined to put a review on this Dunkin Donuts for one reason and one reason only. On multiple occasions, they've not had Apple Juice..... How difficult is it to keep your stock of Apple Juice in check? While I'm here, they need to add some staff on the weekends, if you go here on the weekends there are only 2 people working, and if the line gets long (which it does a lot) the wait times are unnecessarily long. read more

I went on my 30 minute break from work, and half of it was wasted, because I sat in the car waiting for my CURBSIDE order for 10 mins. All I got was a drink (iced tea). I also ordered less ice and did not receive that. In fact, I think I was given more ice. Doesn't it tell you whether it's a curbside or walk-in on the ticket? Being a west coaster nowadays, enjoying Dunkin brings back some nostalgia and having some hot chocolate on a cold day certainly soothes the nostalgic feelings. However, that feeling is tempered when you wait for ten minutes for a staff of two who is overwhelmed by taking a few orders of coffee and donuts and seeing a line form. I was a little miffed when the shift leader just abandoned her post helping customers leaving her one associate to fulfill the orders as she decided the growing line was less important than making sure all the napkins where stocked... This Dunkin Donuts is always nice and clean. Usually only one person behind the counter so service is sometimes slow and sometimes there is a long line but besides that they are always friendly. I have gotten free donuts and muffins at night before closing that were otherwise going to go in the garbage. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I have been to. My family and I have worked in the food business and we totally get there are times when things don't go your way but there is no excuse for poor customer service. If there is an issue you try and resolve it regardless if you think the customer is wrong. I was in town with my family on July 4th and we were pleased to see it open when almost every other place was closed. We patiently waited in the long line and made our order while there were 2 people behind the counter working. I ordered multiple things for my family of 4. I clearly ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. when I got all the items 1 bagel was missing. I nicely told the girl at the counter and she said ok. I assumed this meant she would be making it so I nicely waited 10 minutes and still no bagel. I went back up to the line and reminded her about the bagel. The man next to her said oh you never paid for the bagel, I guess the girl had only charged me for one. I was willing to pay for the bagel if she had said that from the beginning. The thing that got me is the man wanted me to wait in the line of 10 people again to order another bagel. He was extremely rude and impolite. Awful!! Whoever the manager is in here on this day is doing a horrible job. A line of 12 people and two people on the register are missing from the register and making drinks. -__- a friend of mine and I both walked out. We refuse to support a business like this. The guy with the red beard behind the register held no regard what's so ever to all of the customers patiently waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Fast service but attitude from ALL of the staff. Very short, nasty and when you ask a question. But then again all women are working this shift and they were pleasant to the male costumers Especially the male cops who sounded like regulars, and I totally regret leaving a large tip like I do at all food service places. Where do I even begin?? I go to this Dunkin' fairly often enough, and every single time there is an issue. Wether it be lack of staff or lack of supplies. This place can not get it right. I have revived my drinks decaf when I specifically asked for caffeinated, and gotten regular milk instead of almond. There is a lack of ingredients time after time. They are constantly out of bagels, and training new staff which don't stay, so the orders take forever! Overall a bad experience every single time. read more

This place is horrible. They are lazy and slow I see workers all the time sitting on the floor and on their phones. They all have earbuds in so I feel discouraged to talk to them bc it makes me feel like I'm in the wrong. They mess up almost every order no matter the size or complicity of it. And when you ask them to change it they are rude and uncaring, I can't stand going there every single day of my life but I have no choice. There needs to be CHANGE or this place deserves no business. Apparently this Dunkin Donuts is too new to appear on the list of Dunkin Donuts. It is conveniently located on NY 52 a quarter-mile west of the Taconic State Parkway. We stopped there this week, found it clean, with more than usual number of tables, and a clean unisex washroom. Pleasant service. read more

Let me say that EVERYTIME I go in this location I enjoy myself. The staff, especially LaMont is amazing. I am not saying that they are perfect but no matter what they make every visit there a pleasant one. LaMont has such a great memory and is always smiling. The other employees while I may not know their names, are equally as nice. One time they didn't get my friends order right, they quickly apologized and fixed the issue immediately. read more
