The service was a little slow considering there was only one car in front of us but I loved the workers' attitudes it made the experience better but wouldn't reccomend the coffee it was boiling fr and the hashbrowns were looking like plastic. Dunkin' Donuts are pretty cut and dry, a very uniform company. This one's not bad, they have some really good team members and on the flipside they have some pretty lazy team members. I went in one night and sat at the ordering board for several minutes before somebody acknowledge me and they said all the mics are broken and you know pull around and I went in order to somebody at the window. I ordered a couple drinks and an ice cream cone. They had me go around and park so I did and I parked right next to a car with like four or five teenagers in it two of them wearing Duncan uniforms with headsets on that clearly appeared to be working. So I sat at the order box waiting because they were outside talking to their friends and then the guy who walked around and told me to pull around to order was the only one working while his buddies were outside, shooting the breeze. 'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with this Dunkin' location. This is the third time I've visited, and every single time they've messed up my coffee order -- even when I give clear, specific directions. All I want is a simple coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. That shouldn't be hard, right? I even went as far as telling them the exact number of pumps I want, and somehow they still can't get it right. It's either way too bitter or barely sweet, like they didn't even bother to read the order. Never the correct amount written on the receipt. My go-to Dunkin. A part of my morning routine. I frequent this place probably more than I care to admit, but I'm in love with their iced coffee. My standard order is an iced coffee with one toasted almond shot (unsweetened flavor) and cream. It's nutty and smooth and caffeinated. That's all I need. The morning staff here are very consistent and know my order. There are seldom times when it takes me more than 5 minutes in the drivethru. When it is a lengthy wait, I chock it up to unruly customers. Haha The prices are better than other coffee chains and I find their iced coffee recipe to be very consistent in flavor and quality. I can't speak for the donuts side of things, as I don't typically partake but I do love the Beyond Sausage Wake Up Wraps. They're cheap, light and just enough for a quick breakfast. read more

I think it's great that they have the option to order ahead (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this) and give you an estimated time for when your order will be ready. I've used Grubhub a few times on Yelp and I've had great experiences every time. The employees at this location appear to follow all COVID rules, and you have to wear a mask upon entering the store for the safety of everyone, which is great. I am a very positive, easy-going person and it takes a lot to frustrate or disappoint me. Today, I went through the DRIVE-THRU in an attempt to grab some iced coffee for my boyfriend and myself after a quick grocery run. I always look at how long the line is in the DRIVE-THRU to determine if I should even go to a place or not bother if the line is long. Well, there were only 4 cars in front of me, so I decided to hop in line when I normally go inside a place. Fast forward !!!! 40 MINUTES !!!! later in the DRIVE-THRU and I finally got my order. I'm not going to lie, I was really frustrated and disappointed to say in a positive note. The worker at the window did apologize for the wait and I could tell she was really stressed out. I hope they can make some changes at this location to make it run smoothly for the workers and get the orders out faster for the customers as well. Wow. I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts since leaving New Jersey 7 months ago; my trip to this here Dunkin Donuts this morning has been a big hard fat slap in the face for doing so. We went in with a coupon for $1.00 off 50 munchkins (from one of the coupon books that my daughter's school was selling); naturally the employee had no clue about any coupons or how to use them. Got the feeling she wanted me to say "oh it's ok i will use it some other time". Nope. We had the coupon and my kids wanted munchkins. We ordered 50 munchkins, a black toasted almond coffee and a French vanilla coffee light & sweet. What a disaster... The employee failed to ask us which kinds of munchkins we would like and began filling the box with whatever she pleased. After we stopped her she looked extremely annoyed. Oh well. More stress about the coupon to where she had to make phone calls and it was just becoming really dramatic. The black coffee was fine but the light & sweet coffee was dissatisfactory; thick granules of sugar with lukewarm coffee and cold cream...just lovely. Oh and we discovered the munchkins weren't fresh. There's SO many great coffee & donut places to go around here; Debeen Espresso, Starbucks, Granny's Donuts etc... So we Walked over to the Baskin Robbins counter and were not even acknowledged for nearly 10 minutes. If it were not for our 4 year old daughter being excited for her ice cream we would have walked out. When we finally were waited on, (by the same lady that had originally Told us we had to pay at the Baskin-Robbins counter) we were told us we had to go back over wait in line at the Dunkin' Donuts counter to pay three dollars for one scoop of ice cream.
