Third time is a charm! When my friend told me about matcha menu, I'm very excited. Alas the one near my house take forever to have it. They have options for regular, iced or frozen. I opt for frozen. It taste good but the matcha flavor itself is quite subtle. I think I like Starbucks one better. I might try the iced one next time.

I have been there three times and two out of three they got my order wrong . We will not be going there again.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a hot coffee and it was ice cold. How can you not feel that the coffee is cold?

Anyways, after a rough morning (burnt my toast, tore my pants, dog threw up on rug) I needed a break from reality. After driving aimlessly for about 35 minutes, lo and behold, I stumbled upon this Timmy Ho's. There are many TH's'z's'z out there and they may seem the same...but I'm here to tell you, all Ho's are NOT created equal. I walked in...pondered my options..and when prompted (courteously, professionally) I cleared my throat and wistfully said "hot chocolate s'il vous plait". To which the barista responded "whaaa?". Turns out that only works in Canada. But I digress. After paying a reasonable price and a prompt directive to pick up my purchase "over there"...I patiently awaited my hot cocoa Le HoHo. When my drink was called out, I looked left..looked right....no takers....so it was surely mine! ''Twas indeed the birthday boy's delight. The drink was radiant...it was quixotic and beguiling. Cocoa delight with sugary might. You wish your girlfriend was hot like this! Well. In summary, my birthday gift to myself was a cathartic ode to midlife crisis. Tim Horton - you are my "yeah yeah". Viva La Canada and here's to dead hockey players! Bon chance mon Ami !

this place used to be great until a couple months ago every time i ask for an iced capp instead i…read moreget a heavy cream smoothie. and no i dont want an iced capp lite. fill the cream to the bottom line of the cup and then fill it with the coffee mix. never had to have it remade but every time i go there in the last 2 months the iced capps are nothing but white cream with zero coffee in it. it's not hard to do. i've worked customer service and fast food before but never so careless about peoples orders. do better, especially yalls attitude the only nice person there is Tina.

I placed a mobile order this morning for indoor pickup that included a medium caramel iced cap, 1…read moreboston cream donut, and 2 vanilla cream donuts. When I arrived, the bag with my donuts was sitting on the counter, however, the medium iced cap was not there yet. I patiently waited for over 5 minutes without being helped despite not a single other customer being inside the restaurant. Eventually someone walked by and I was able to state that I was waiting for the rest of my order (the iced cap). Rudely, the lady stated the only thing on my order was the 3 donuts already sitting there because no other tickets printed out. I responded by saying "My order was over $9 so I know I ordered the iced cap". She still refused to believe me and made no effort to try to pull up the order to verify. I went to my car to get my phone and walked back in to show her my order from the tim hortons app, with the first thing showing the iced cap, and the second showing 1 of the donuts. She proceeded to rudely tell me "that looks like a completely different order since there is only 1 donut". I then clicked "show more" on my order to show her the remaining 2 donuts, with the order number showing and the total being over $9. Despite the verification I provided, I still had to argue that this was the same order number, and that the order was placed today. I was made to feel like I was lying and trying to get away with a free drink all because their machine didn't print out a sticker for the iced cap. The manager witnessed what was happening and did nothing to intervene. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated, no one should ever have to fight to get what they paid for. Customer service has clearly gone out the window.
