The location in Silver Creek on rts 5 & 20 always have the best - but because of that - the line and wait is long - almost always. When we decided to stop here on our way shopping - we saw the line in the drive through and decided to go inside - that was NOT a good idea! The "new" girl on the only register for inside didn't really know anything - why put anyone new on register when it's busy is just not too bright - in my opinion, but they do the same thing in Silver Creek - might be the same owners that make money despite themselves! Worst customer service ever. Placed an online order two days in a row. My children will only eat chocolate & blueberry Tim bits, so ordering a 20 pack is wasteful. Therefore, I specifically ordered 10 chocolate & 10 blueberry. I don't care if it's a bit more expensive, my kids will eat them all & none thrown away. When my husband pulled up to the window, the man RUDELY told him that he was "doing it all wrong", that ordering individual Tim bits online is WRONG, and told him to "do it right the next time". I went to Tim Hortons at this location on a Saturday around 4o'clock. It seemed dead. I say dead because I came in off the street and was the only truck in the drive thru. I ordered a combo (coffee, sandwich, doughnt) and then another coffee with a muffin for a side. I was told they were out of my favorite doughnut (Boston Cream) and to choose another. I'm a chocolate fanactic, so I got a chocolate glaze. We got our order and I took a sip of my coffee and it tasted like hot bean water. "This tastes like shit!" I vented as I was pulling away. My girlfriend agreed with me as her iced coffee tasted like shit to. I was in a rush, so I didn't go back in. Normally, I would have. When I reached the bottom of my coffee, it tasted like pure sugar and creamer. Obviously, they didn't do their job by stirring the coffee. I know this is something minor, but when the place is dead. There is no reason to feel so rushed that you couldn't stir our coffees. I will be avoiding this location. I never can find a time where I didn't enjoy my experience here. read more

I stopped here during the wee hours of the morning to pick up some TimBits for my grandkids and three donuts. I could tell immediately that Ms. Sunshine manning the counter was pissed because I interrupted her quiet time. Simple order, 20 'Bits - Birthday Cake flavor only -, two crullers and one Boston Crème donut. Here is what I got - a 20 pack of assorted TimBits, one cruller and one Boston Crème. I asked for my second cruller, received a scorching glance and was tossed another little bag with said cruller enclosed. I felt it best not to mention the 'Bit mix-up. I won't even go into the tedious process of ordering a cup of tea that I experienced several months ago. I think that this episode has finally convinced me that Timmy and I are not meant to be, that is until friendlier and smarter help comes onboard. read more

Quite possibly THE most inefficiently run Tim Horton's. It should not take 20 minutes to get a single donut. Not worth the wait.

Always very slow service. Today, I was the only person in the drive thru lane and one customer was inside, the woman asks me what I'd like, as I start to order I slowly say the two things I wanted (small iced Capp & sesame bagel TOASTED with cream cheese) and she rudely tells me to wait and repeat. Then she gives me a little attitude and tells me my total. As I roll up to the window she has me waiting for 4 minutes to give her my money--whatever, not like I'm in a rush-- as I finally get my food, I realize my bagel is ice cold and not even cut. Don't let me forget to mention the cream cheese was slabbed onto only one side of the bagel. This employee is ALWAYS very rude, I usually turn around when I see that red HHR in the parking lot as I assume it is her vehicle. (Considering she is inside with a random kid working when the car is in the lot) She clearly does not enjoy her job and probably shouldn't be working in a customer service type job. I rarely have a good experience at this location, always out of food and some rude staff. I only go here because it is convenient but I'm going to start doing this sh*t at home and save a lot of money! If I want to deal with rude people, I'll save $5 and hang out at home!! ;) read more

This Tim Hortons is extremely tiny, and does not carry all the items that other Tim Hortons carry, such as some of the flavors of Timbits. I assume it has to do with the limited size of the location, but I am not sure. The employees here seem to hate their job. They rarely smile, and tend to shove your food at you in the drive-thru. The owners here are the same owners as the Buffalo Street location, but it seems they put most of their energy into the larger Buffalo Street store. This location seems to be an after-thought. Since there are several Tim Hortons in Hamburg, this location is my last choice due to the attitude of the staff and limited food choices. read more

I woke up to some very disturbing news from two of my friends. For starters they said the customer service was a .5/10 & that all the employees gave them bad looks! Not okay. Also the food they ordered was a disaster. The supreme ice Capp my friend Jason ordered was missing the whipped cream on top & I was told it was as sour as Hillary after losing the election. I KNEW this was the location I was searching for on Yelp because it had the least amount of stars of any Tim Hortons. (Camp Rd, Hamburg NY). I wonder who owns this rathole. They must be a real piece of work. Ive had SO many experiences there where the workers are SO disinterested in helping you that they are openly hostile. I cant imagine this toxic environment exists without the same stench at the top. Not that I havnt met any good eggs there but in my 65 yrs this is the first time Ive ever felt like people DARED me to order in a restaurant. This morning, the app didnt have any breakfast sandwiches or donuts available so I called and asked if perhaps it was too early to get these items only to be snapped at "WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE APP". This is not a very good Tim hortons it's in an ideal location from my home but it depends on who is working the window every time I'm given a Tim's card I pay the change and have the dollar amount taken off the card to avoid a weird balance at the end this location has a hard time with that even when the change is given first then the card AND this is the only location I've had an employee talk back (the young man working the window on 12/23 at around 7:45 am)....I have had some good experiences here and there are some positives which is why they get 2 stars read more

Just drove through and the woman working the drive through window was so rude. We ordered and when we got to the window she was filling the next order while our food was sitting on the counter. I was amazed to read the negative reviews of this Tim Hortons. I have alaways found the employees very gracious and helpful. I appreciate the senior discount and the free Timbites if I have my dogs with me. Although I have wait a minute when I get a sandwich it is because it is made fresh. Staff is rude, there's always a wait regardless of how busy they are, and your order will most likely be wrong.

Waited 30 min for two breakfast combinations, but to entertain us while we waited the employees were arguing the whole time.

Very Very fast service. it took only 5 min for a coffee, with one car in front of me. They always get my order right, piping hot sandwiches all the time and fast service when you go inside. They hire little kids straight out of high school and even with a bachelors degree I was told after applying that my application didn't meet their standards which was recorded. Very very slow Service. I waisted 5 min for a coffee, with no one ahead of me. Breakfast sandwiches are normally cold. They don't get your order right often. They will put donuts with frosting in a bad, so when you take it out there is no frosting left on your donut. If you go inside it is even slower. read more
