Preordered breakfast, arrived 10 min after plenty of time, not ready, did not even have it pulled up. The. I wait and wait. Get it and find out they failed to out hash browns in bag. Go back and they say oh we don't make those after 11 am and so i say I paid for them. So you just aren't giving me anything. Response. Ummm. ..clueless customer service continues to be an issue read more

It was my 55th birthday. I wasn't feeling very festive because it was one of those birthdays that fell on a Tuesday. Who goes out on a Tuesday? Anyways, after a rough morning (burnt my toast, tore my pants, dog threw up on rug) I needed a break from reality. After driving aimlessly for about 35 minutes, lo and behold, I stumbled upon this Timmy Ho's. There are many TH's'z's'z out there and they may seem the same...but I'm here to tell you, all Ho's are NOT created equal. I walked in...pondered my options..and when prompted (courteously, professionally) I cleared my throat and wistfully said "hot chocolate s'il vous plait". To which the barista responded "whaaa?". Turns out that only works in Canada. But I digress. After paying a reasonable price and a prompt directive to pick up my purchase "over there"...I patiently awaited my hot cocoa Le HoHo. When my drink was called out, I looked left..looked right....no takers....so it was surely mine! ''Twas indeed the birthday boy's delight. The drink was radiant...it was quixotic and beguiling. Cocoa delight with sugary might. You wish your girlfriend was hot like this! Well. In summary, my birthday gift to myself was a cathartic ode to midlife crisis. Tim Horton - you are my "yeah yeah". Viva La Canada and here's to dead hockey players! Bon chance mon Ami ! read more

This location can never seem to get my orders right. Just stopped in a few days ago and ordered a BLT sandwich and a Cafe Mocha with whipped topping. The sandwich had two tiny pieces of bacon ( suppose to have four) and the drink was a Hot Chocolate with no whipped topping. That's the last time I will ever go there. read more

When the stars align and no one is in the drive-thru, I can get a coffee in a reasonable amount of time. My best story of this awful Tim Hortons was going inside to get a coffee. I was in a line that became four deep over the course of 6 minutes. No one was taking an order as we waited. Seeing as there was no one in site who wanted to take an order, I got in my car and drove through the empty drive thru. They immediately took my order and coffee. I could see the line inside, and still, no of them had their order taken yet. read more

Burnt bagel edges on 2 bagels, still smoking (not steam) when I opened the wrapping 10 mins later. The Mgr gave me refund when I drove back. WHY have so many workers scheduled on slow weekday , late morning. They were bumping into each orher. Lots of talking & standing around. Are they window dressing to show proper use of Fed PPP loan funds? PS Customers have legit complaints on food/service. Calling them "Karen" within earshot is a really STUPID and inflammatory thing to say. Grow up... read more

If I have to pick a coffee place - it's always going to be Tim's! This place was or is no different than most others - normally busy - normally a long line - however, fairly quick service! The selection is good, but they had no apple fritter timbits :( read more

I went for a quick late night coffee. The workers seemed displeased/annoyed I was there. Locking the doors well I was there. The coffee I ordered was double double. But tastes burned and more like a one one. The strawberry cheesecake donut had very little feeling and doesn't taste remotely fresh. read more

I've had nothing but amazing service here! The staff are so kind and go above and beyond (even if I mess up my own order ). Seriously though, come here for great service and wonderful people. Especially Claire, who is working tonight and had no problem fixing my order that I messed up. Also there is a day shift worker (I believe her name is Kyra) who is amazing as well. Cheers, and enjoy your Timmy's!!! read more

This location boasts a Coldstone Creamery inside of it. What do you think of that? Go get your large double-double fix with a sheet of ice cream cake as a side dish! The bathroom is a little invasive though. The stall in the men's room is orientated towards the door and there are large gaps between the door and frame. You can't walk in without seeing another man's business on display. They lose (1) star for this. read more

Tim Hortons is good reliable coffee and food. You'll never a problem with quality here. Tim Hortons coffee garners many raving fans, especially here in the Buffalo area! The morning and lunchtime coffee rush creates quite a bit of traffic and long drive thru lines around Timmy's, but they serve pretty quickly. I've never felt like I was waiting extremely long for anything. It's not five star cuisine, but I'd say stopping here for a snack or a meal is definitely a step above the typical fast food options. The bagels, donuts, and other "breakfast" items would be the clear strengths of the menu lineup. I've had lunch sandwiches here a few times, and they're definitely not bad, but nothing to go crazy for. The real draw of Tim Hortons, as I mentioned before, is the coffee and coffee-related beverages. It's hard to describe it, but this is for sure some of the best coffee around. Different flavor shots and combinations are a nice touch as well. You won't be disappointed with Tim Hortons! read more

Timmy Hoe's is amazing! My friends in other parts of the country ask for me to mail them Tim Hortons coffee grounds regularly! ** Only downfall is the parking lot is awful! They need to expand, drive-thru line is out to the street in which obstructs traffic. I have noticed a lot of the Tim Horton locations have bad parking lots. Some need to either re-pave their lot, or some have to expand their lot. read more

This Tim Hortons is the worst. It was very good at one time but now everytime I go there I am going back because my coffee is wrong. I do not understand why it is so hard to make a cup of coffee as ordered. When you take it back in you get attitude from the owner! They ask you are you sure? Yes I am sure or I wouldn't be complaining. Apparently all the employees are not trained right. They scrimp on everything now get your order wrong, do not give you the correct food! What a joke! I also feel that the turnover rate of employees is huge. That is not a good sign! The owner charged me for my flavor shot for my free coffee on my Tim's card. Why would I get charged for the flavor shot after I purchased the same coffee seven times before. It's all about money folks and Tim Hortons in the Village is going down hill. read more

I went in to order a few donuts, and no one came to the counter to take my order. So, i had to go through the drive through in order to get service. After I ordered and payed, the drive through worker proceeded to throw the donuts in the car and they immediately fell to the floor of my car. Then she told us just to go. DO NOT ORDER DONUTS AT THIS TOM HORTANS! You will get them thrown at you... read more

Horrible service. Don't even attempt to get anything more complicated than a black coffee, before 8 am, and only then, only on a weekday. They always have a small army of staff behind the counter but they mostly bump into each other. I really hate going here, and the only time I will come here to get anything more complicated then black coffee is on the weekends when the kids insist on having timbits. The breakfast food is always cold, and I'm always microwaving any food that is supposed to be served at least warm (every once in awhile I'm forced to eat the breakfast stuff they offer and it always is room temperature..) In summary...good luck..at least the coffee is good. read more

At the drive thru I ordered a Vanilla Iced Cappuccino. I order these at least 3x a week on the mobile app at the Tim Hortons at the hospital I work at. The girl in the drive thru asked me OVER & OVER if I wanted sweetened or unsweetened. WHAAAT? It's an iced cap! I kept asking her if she thought I meant an iced coffee. Because an Iced Cap is literally a chemically flavored sugar bomb. No one is kidding themselves that there is any actual coffee or cappuccino in this drink lol. Unsweetened? The horror. As I kept asking what she meant and how they could even make one unsweetened (since it is a mix), she got more and more snotty. I finally thought maybe something had changed overnight. I checked my Tim Ho app when I got home and what do you know? There is NO option for an "unsweetened" Iced Cap. I realize this Hmbg location has new 16 yr olds working here every week...but the continuity is horrible. Every drink you get seems to be made differently by different employees. read more

Terrible the owner gives the staff instructions not to give out extra cups is he kidding This Tims is the worst around give the regulars an extra cup with a black coffee if he is so worried about losing money he should be in more often and stop the young kids he hires from messing up orders all the time! Then he wouldn't lose money by having to make new orders over! He needs to learn not to be worried about a nickel cup! Maybe learn how to own a place and learn to improve instead of turning people off and having them Drive an extra 1/2 mile to another location! I think I know where the problem is why the turn over is so frequent there it's the owner! read more

I am sick to my stomach. I came home from Tim Horton's today and the Timbits were MISSING from my order. I called to tell them and the OWNER yelled at me and told me he is no longer giving out FREE food to LIARS. I have had to call many times in the past for MISSING items or items that were incorrect. The OWNER told me to GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! I am 82 years old and buy coffee and food for two sometimes three people. I cannot believe a business owner would treat a customer this way...wait...I cannot believe a human being would treat another human being this way. I have been a customer for over 20 years and spend $20 to $30 every other day. I will gladly take my business to another location. At least when they make a mistake, they honor it. The things you do for the coffee you love. read more

Worst service ever, I just stood at the register for 5 minutes and know one even acknowledged I was there, then I walked out the door along with the other guy behind me. 10/22/2019 at 4:15 Pm. Went to buy coffee from another competitor for a customer. Doesn't even deserve 1 star but there is no option for 0. read more

This is less a reflection on the employees but on the owners. As a former employee, it isn't a good place to work, as dealing with the owners is incredibly stressful, in my experience. This led to a high turnover rate, with, to my memory, 6 managers and over 30 employees coming and going in the 15 months I was there. The turnover rate and the fact that I saw the same problems from manager to manager to manager, with the owners refusing to solve the problems, led to my termination, as I became frustrated with having to deal with the fallout of their decisions, and said things I shouldn't have to people I shouldn't have. The owners are incredibly involved in the store, which is the main problem. If they would let their managers manage, I think a lot of the problems would be solved. Lots of the staff leave or are fired after very shortly after starting, which leads to many of the problems that other reviewers have noted, like slow service and understaffing. I'm going to speak to the owners now-for the sake of your employees, and yourselves, please let your managers and supervisors run their store and trust them to be competent enough to do so. read more

Slowest tim hortons I have ever been to. I waited for like five minutes for a donut soup & croissant and when they gave it to me my croissant it was ice cold! read more

Tim Hortons - Dead bugs all along the window sill - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hamburg, New York

This location in particular is probably the best I've had as far as customer service. Other locations are not up to par in my opinion. Tim Hortons as a whole, is much better than Dunkin Donuts and a quicker and better value than Starbucks. People are always lined up in the drive through especially in the morning. Donuts ( good in the morning ), Coffee and Specialty drinks ( good all day ). read more

It's a chain coffee spot..what is there to say? Except for the fact that the folks behind the counter are fast and friendly. They serve you with a smile. Just the way I want to start my mornings on the way to,work. read more

This Tim Hortons is the worst in Hamburg NY. I have to be at work at 6am, so I stop in for breakfast. It took 10 minutes and group of older employees standing by the drive thru staring at me for them to call the young girl up front to get my order. I ordered food and asked for the hash brown sticks. Pictures and offers all over the signs and the older employees tell the girl they don't have em. 5 minutes after my order I see them making them for a drive thru order! Hmm. And the old retirees, wow. They take up all the tables all day and have nothing but coffee. I can't bring my kid in and sit down cause there is nowhere to sit EVER! read more

So uncomfortable there. Usually is loaded with badly behaved kids, taking up tables or retired men who sit and stare at other customers. The atmosphere is circus-like..do not go there to relax...poor management. read more

This is still for afternoon shift (after 5pm). Still no improvements here. Management needs to be more involved. Nothing but really young kids working here who are undertrained and immature. Plus about 20 more high school kids running amuck as "patrons". Stood in line for 5 minutes while no one was at the counter, not even acknowledged. Walked out. I'm done with this location. read more

This location is horrible. They are extremely slow. I waited in line for 15 minuets only for them to be out of muffins and biscuits for breakfast sandwiches. They are friendly, but that's the only positive thing I can think of. read more

this location on buffalo street in hamburg is the absolute worst!!! the customer service is non existent. I was the second person in line at cash register as Horton's worker had a ten minute conversation with a customer. there were 8 people milling around the take out line..finally got someone's attention to get...10 donut holes..pointed them out to her...and she got them wrong. camp road location is best... read more

Friendly staff! However, I'll drive a few extra miles to the North Boston location because for some reason the hamburg location's coffee is always off and out of the four times I've tried ordering a breakfast sandwich on a croissant, only once was it actually warm. Disappointed that the most convenient location is the worst tasting. read more

Nutella pockets had like no nutella and were $5 and i ate it in one bite, and the ice coffee was just filled with milk. Talk about a rip.
