When visiting Buffalo New York, I'd like to go to Tim Hortons Donuts. This is a Canadian based franchise. Excellent coffee and very tasty maple cream donuts. When I walked in there was a huge line. They chose to train someone at the counter despite that. After I finally get to the line, I ordered a large ice cap. First the lady who was training the new employee repeated it back to me, and then proceeded to make me a medium. And then when I reminded them something she literally said to me, she makes another one. This time it was a large but there was no ice in it whatsoever and the taste was horribly off. As with all locations, incredibly mediocre. I adore Canadians but am baffled chain became such a WNY staple. Hamburg location staff are admittedly mostly great and provide better products than most. But why do we have to beg for a double toasted bagel to have it be barely toasted and be inconsistently buttered as well? At least the Hamburg locations move the drive thru line fairly quickly. It was just an average Tim Hortons. The timbits had no frosting. But bagel was yummy. But a little black but it was good sort of.

Drive- thru was easy. It wasn't too busy, so I didn't have a long wait. I didn't have any issues talking through the speaker, and the cashier heard me perfectly. Better than anything else, my order came out right with the accurate amount of sugar and added syrup, and they stirred it before giving it to me which means all the flavor wasn't resting at the bottom. This Tim's is definitely the best Tims around. They are one of the only locations that I know of to be open 24 hours- perfect for late night studying! Also, they are usually clean and well stocked. I recommend the Tuscan chicken panini and definitely order a dark roast coffee with hazelnut and 1 cream 1 sugar. Yum! read more

I went to this Tim's (Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg) this morning around 6:40AM. The woman working the drive thru was clearly too busy chatting with co-workers to do her job. The lid wasn't put tightly on my coffee; I ended up wearing the coffee. When I opened the bag for my breakfast, I discovered I had the wrong order. When I tried to get the worker's attention to fix the problem, she was too busy chatting with co-workers. Do yourself a favor, go to Spot Coffee; stay away from this place!!! read more

You know, I really haven't been to Tim Hortons since I bought myself a Keurig - but I can't be the only one who sees a Tim Hortons sign while driving and buy a cup on an impulse. I believe customer service is so important! I used to work in that field and I received so many compliments from people stating I treated them well and if they were to scared to say something to me, they would tell management. I pulled in the drive thru, and made my order. They repeated my order, gave me a total and pull on up. From there, I did not hear a single word from the kid from the window. No how are you, No how's it going, No this is your total, not even a hi. I got a stare from a kid who obviously felt to good to be working there. He took my card, swipped, gave me my card, gave me my coffee, and shut the window. I know this is something minor, but what the f*ck man... take pride in your job. read more

At 1:45 this afternoon, I drove through the drive through, the male who attempted to take my order (1 medium Cappuccino) asked me 2 times if I wanted an Iced Capp, both times I told him no, a hot one. I drove up to the window, paid the male at the window, waited around 2 minutes (only one in the drive through line) charged $3.14, and was given less than a half a cup by a female as the male walked away while I was waiting. read more

This Tim Hortons location has always been good to me. I took almost every lunch break for my summer job here, the workers were always pleasant and gave me coupons when I did not have any. It does not matter how long of a wait I have to endure because I know I'll be getting the best coffee drink known to man kind- the Iced Capp. I knew the second I received an excessively whipped cream topped Iced Capp that I would continue going to this location. My heart is heavy as I go through Timmy's withdrawals at school, but I know when I get back home it will be like I never left. read more

This is probably one of the best Tim Hortons around the employees understand basic requests and I've had far less mistakes made at this location I used to frequent this location daily for my iced tea fix caused by the $.99 iced tea deal that they used to offer every summer but with the prices of iced tea going up at almost every visit I had to deal with the caffeine withdrawals but this location is still one of the best! read more

The girl (Marianna) taking my card thru the window said to the other girl in a very nasty tone that she hates when parents let kids order too. Mind you, my daughter is 12 and was clear on her order.
