Small Macchiato
Shay F.

Its a convenient location but that is about it. Unfortunately, every cup of coffee I have ordered has been unfavorable. Today I asked for a shot of vanilla and though I was charged for it, it was not added. This is a consistent theme. The only item that has been consistent is a breakfast sandwich that get occasionally. Also the prices are the same as Starbucks with a much lower quality. My small macchiato was $4.09. The two stars are for the location and the fact that the coffee is hot only.

I normally don't cheat on my Dunkin' location, but this location is so cute, I just had to give them a try. They only have a drive-thru and a walk-up window, which I am sure is very convenient for the patrons who ride the Marc train. Because the building is so small, I can imagine during the coffee rush hour, they probably get quite busy. But considering there were three cars in front of me when I pulled up and I was virtually in and out within minutes, the staff seems to move very efficiently. The coffee I ordered had a slight brunt taste. That could be because it was around 4pm when I ordered, so the coffee may have been old or they over-brewed a new pot. I was actually more impressed with the small lid plug that they included on my cup. For some odd reason, Dunkin' has switched to new travel lids which do not close. Every time I order my daily coffee, just pulling into the window of my car in the drive-thru causes it to splash out of the cup. If these are the libs they will being using indefinitely, all locations need to invest in these lid plugs!

This Dunkin sucks. They say that they are closed 30 minutes before actually closing. They are lazy and rude. 0/5 Dunkin experience.

If you want to wait 15 minutes for a coffee, this is your place. The most inefficient drive-thru I have ever experienced.

They paid close attention to every detail, including the little pink roses because my daughter's middle name is Rose. Even though they didn't have the fresh blueberries and lemon pieces, they made the cake so I could easily add them myself. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious! I've also ordered baby shower cupcakes from them before and was very happy with those too. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend Bakery Express for cakes, cupcakes, and special events.

I tried the chocolate frosted donut, seasonal peach muffin, frosted twist, and chocolate blackout cake. They have a case for donuts and muffins, as well as a refrigerated section. The refrigerated section has a variety of whole cakes, cupcakes, and cheesecakes among others things. If you don't want to buy a whole cake, they have a selection of slices at the register. They also have ample seating inside and a drink case (with milk to wash down the chocolate goods!) if you want to eat in. The employees I interacted with were nice too. Will definitely be back.

The bakery is spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with the aroma of fresh bread and pastries the moment you walk in. They offer a wonderful selection of French-inspired pastries, artisan breads, cakes, coffee, and drinks. (Tous les Jours) My personal favorites are anything made with fresh fruit and cream--they're always light, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the milk bread? Absolutely addictive! It's soft, fluffy, and one of those items you'll find yourself craving long after you leave. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel special. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, an afternoon coffee, dessert, or simply want to browse all the gorgeous baked goods, this bakery is well worth the visit. I'll definitely keep coming back!

Passing the case with bakery goods in it before going to the register to order probably was not the best. Alas! I was pulled away to order actual brunch food. I had ordered biscuit and gravy and girlfriend ordered farmers table. We also order beignets. Cant pass those up when available. All three were delicious! Beignets were done just right and got the "puff" when biting in to them. Had to make a stop by the bakery side to get croissants for the week. They did not disappoint. The service was nice and friendly. Both the food side and bakery side. The co-owner was there and got to spend some time speaking with him. He was very friendly! The place was very clean and dishes were carted away quickly. Lots of light, even on a rainy day, gave a very bright ambiance. Matched the personality of the employees.

I studied French in high school and have over 1400 day French streak on Duolingo so the name intrigued me. We made a takeout order at the register. Store layout seemed easy to navigate. Staff was very patient with us as we tried to figure out our order and answered our questions about the menu. I ordered some beignets and an "savory breakfast croissant" meal with egg and cheddar. My fiancé ordered some coffee and fried rice. All of this as a takeout order. The food was taking a while (which is fine because I expected home cooked quality meal but it seemed really slow in the kitchen. Possibly understaffed but wait wasn't outrageous. While we waited, I took a look around the cafe. I enjoyed looking at all the different art - I saw a piece highlighting a local artist which I found thoughtful. We looked at the bakery glass display on right hand side of the cafe and I discussed with the employee working about their recommendations and inquired about some of the inspiration behind the business. They were very knowledgeable about different tastes and other products they could offer such a King Cake which I would love to check out another time. I ordered a vanilla chocolate cupcake and my fiancé ordered a Tiramisu cake. They were packaged nicely in a paper bag - the cupcake they placed in a sturdy cupcake box which I appreciated. They made sure it all fit nice and securely in the bag for the car ride home. They also had a company logo on the taekout bag - very nice! We got our food and went home. My fiancé discovered they gave a huge portion size with his meal - which justifies the price we paid. He was very excited about it. We tried the beignets and those were really good. I opened my sandwich - they wrapped it in tin foil so it was nice and warm. The croissant part seemed really nice but the egg and cheese part was really bad. After a couple bites I realized I was forcing myself to try and finish the rest of it but it wasn't good. I gave my fiancé the rest of the sandwich and after sitting with the food, I had a stomach ache (I strongly think it was the sandwich) so I didn't want to touch the cupcake for a while. My fiancé remarked as well that the sandwich did not taste right - honestly the last time I had an egg sandwich that made me feel like that was a cheap breakfast sandwich from Dunkin Donuts that made me never want to order food from them ever again. But this version the croissant at least seemed nice and presentation was nice. My fiancé said his dish was fine but nothing extraordinary. The next day after letting my stomach process, I tried the cupcake and while I did enjoy the cupcake it really wasn't anything special. I enjoyed it but wasn't anything superb. Presentation was nice but again, isnt something I would rave about. So overall, the experience here was fine but I did not like the breakfast sandwich. Service was phenomenal and seemed like they really wanted to share their culture with the community. i was interested in going back to try a King Cake from them but based on this one experience, this isn't going to be a "go-to" spot we'd recommend. I think food and baked goods (other than the foul sandwich) was good, but nothing to rave about.

Upstairs doesn't have as much seating, but is a great environment to get work done. Plenty of people on laptops and wifi info on most tables. There are so many pastry options it's almost overwhelming. Went around noon on a Saturday and they were already sold out of a lot of items--we got the last cinnamon muffin, which was a great choice. Had carrot cake consistency and very flavorful. Wanted to get the manberry tea but they were out, and was not disappointed when I got the ube tarro card matcha instead. So many pastry options, definitely want to come back. Interesting that they have ice cream, doesn't seem like a popular option Only negative was that it took awhile to be acknowledged at the counter, to the point that a long line backed up, but understand if they were busy. Didn't seem more busy than a usual day though.
