Another group of shops that all follow the same model. My reviews won't change much except for the location. This shop in Goshen and part of a gas station, was clearly a very busy and efficient DD. They have their its own parking lot which fills up quickly as they are right off 17 and the perfect place for a coffee. donut and fill up. Usually every time I have walked into or visited and DD I am greeted well and served quickly. The one gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, seemed a little bit more focused on the crowd and moving the people through the line. There was plenty to choose from here. I drink my coffee black so the backup by the sugar and other add-ons doesn't usually affect me, and I see this type of slow down no matter where the coffee comes from. Their food was fresh and I assume they get it delivered multiple times during the day. There is nothing worse than eating an old donut, bagel or muffin. Kudos to this team for keeping their location up to the standards of the other "Dunkin" locations, and keeping the line flowing so well. read more

Don't know why I bother, maybe it's just convenience but this place is a shit hole! They always get the orders wrong or just don't know how to make shit. Stopped in and dropped $7 on a coolatta and it tasted like what I'd imagine dog urine to taste like. Sadly I grabbed it from drive thru (I never learn, I'm stubborn like that) knowing they suck so I couldn't exactly turn around cause I was already doing a buck ten down the highway. On Friday may 22nd at appx 8:15 am I had arrived at this locations drive thru and they greeted me with "what can I get you ?" No hi goodmorning welcome and i understand if it were a rush and packed but it wasn't . I proceed with "may I order an iced coffee medium " and before I can say can I get it light and sweet with caramel the lady on the headset said " is that all " and I said can I get it light and sweet and she kept saying is that all after every word I said , I felt rushed and said with an attitude. I couldn't even order what I wanted without " is that all " as if I was taking a long time she wouldn't even let me speak . When I got to the window after I finally got my order in she told me the total I paid Apple Pay and she gave me my beverage and donut with a attitude in silence with not even a have a good day or here you go absolutely nothing . Absolutely unacceptable!! Very disappointed with this location and this isn't the first time this has happened at this location with the lack of customer service or respect . If you apply to a fast food place the first thing you need to know is how communicate with people in a respectful matter , nobody told you too apply here the least you can do is smile or have common courtesy Jesus . The whole purpose of a drive thru is to drive thru and to not have to go inside. I was going to treat the office to some a Valentine's Day goodies but the register at the drive thru was not accepting cards and I didn't have cash. I feel like this has happened before... I was told to pull around and park so I could go inside to pay. I feel like the staff member could have just taken my card and went to a working register. I hate doing this but I left. All in all and all is well for good things to sorrowfully come to an end. Last stop for my party's merriment in NY's Hudson Valley region before returning to New York City. The intent of this visit was specifically to utilize their facilities and obtain bottled cold water for the long-haul drive. This Dukin' Donut location in Goshen, NY have two facilities (one for each gender). It gets the job done satiated and that is all that matters. I've been to this location prior and wasn't always thrilled with the lack of enthusiasm from the service and the quality of the coffee, but a place like Dunkin Donuts doesn't have to be spectacular for me to come back. I usually just get a simple iced coffee and maybe a donut, so it's not hard to mess up, but last time was a slap in the face. I stopped there on the way to an event with my husband on Saturday 9/11/21 at around noon and we each ordered an iced coffee. The guy who rang us up was nice. As we were standing there right next to the counter, where everyone could see us, the employees were goofing around. They didn't even look in our direction or wonder what we might be waiting for. The guy who rang us up had to break up their roughhousing and say "can someone make my drinks please?" as he was already busy with packing a box of munchkins for us. So then they broke apart and started working. We were getting antsy, standing there for quite a while when we noticed people who had ordered after us and came in very recently, like within the last couple of minutes were getting their drinks. We thought maybe they were mobile orders so we asked them and they said they had just ordered at the counter. I peaked over the counter and told one of the employees that we were still waiting for our drinks. They looked at each other with confusion and asked what we ordered. They scanned the order screen and noticed them on the counter, then said "oh here they are!" as if they should be proud of themselves. THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE STANDING THERE WAITING both iced coffees were sitting at the drive-through counter where there were 2 employees working and others passing by and not one person thought, oh I wonder who's coffees these are? Seriously? I told them mine was supposed to have no whip so they fixed that and handed them to us. No one apologized or conveyed appreciation to us for waiting for drinks that were just sitting there right under their noses while they ignored us. The color was way off on one of the coffees (it looked watery like tea) and when we tasted them they had a strange aftertaste even though we ordered different flavors. It tasted like it was brewed days ago, but at that point we were running late because it took so much longer than we expected for them to give us our drinks. They were so gross we ended up not even drinking them and my husband does not waste coffee. He'll drink a coffee he doesn't really like for the caffeine so it has to be really bad for him to throw a full coffee away. I typically like to just forget about places and stop going there instead of leaving bad reviews because I don't think they make a business any better, but in this case I want the owner or manager to know what's going on so they can fix it as the service wasn't just bad, it was disrespectful. People don't deserve to be ignored like they don't exist when they're giving you business. I used to work at DD and sure my co-workers and I would goof around and act like kids, but not in front of customers and making sure they got their orders always came first. I would have NEVER ignored a customer standing there waiting. I would have NEVER seen 2 coffees sitting there melting away and not thought to ask about them and I definitely would NEVER disrespect someone by not apologizing. It's a major customer service screw up to ignore the customer and then on top of that acting like a child while they watched, wondering if someone was going to make what they paid for... I would have been so embarrassed and apologizing profusely. Not that I expect that from them, but a simple polite "sorry about that" would have been nice. This place clearly needs a manager on duty at all times to babysit the employees and teach them that there are some behaviors that are absolutely unacceptable when customers are standing there waiting for service. read more

Visited DD on Greenwich street in Goshen today. Disappointed to hear snacking bacon was discontinued. After picking up order at the window I realized one item wasn't included. I went into store and they handed me my bag. As I exited store I almost stepped on a mouse! So much for that donut ‍. Can't be too surprised though, exterior garbage cans are always overflowing with trash. Can also make a case that interior isnt winning any cleanliness award. The person taking orders also completed orders, yet there were plenty of people who had time to talk about the previous night's adventures. I go here every morning since it's close to work and they only get my order right 50% of the time. I'm generally having to go back in and have them add the flavor to my coffee that they forget to put in. Manager was also smug with her remarks to me. I go to DD every day. For real! I will not go back to the Goshen place. I asked for a bagel scooped out this week and a drink and no problem. I usually go to the bagel place on Main St but I thought I'd give them at try. I actually really liked it so I returned at the end of the week and the girl said it's not our policy to scoop out a bagel. I told her they did before and she said not anymore. Since that time I hit the one in Middletown and Chester and strangely enough they were happy to do it. I mean it does take less than a minute. Not sure what the problem with that is. read more

Pretty typical Dunkin' Donuts. Staffing is either hit or miss some days they're really up beat and super nice other days they're not. Kind of important when that's the first human interaction of the day. I always get some kind of coffee and a Boston cream donut. I've been stopping at this dunkin for the last few years. Never seem to have a problem, but the last 4-5 times I have gone my coffee is basically milk. I've spent about $30 on "coffee" and macchiatos (that are suppose to have espresso). Do not order dunkacinos they are consistently watery. Even when ordering and explaining to the order taker that this can be an issue they don't seem to care. I don't like to post negative reviews but have reported this many times and the problem still exists. My husband just surprised me with a dunkacino and again it's watery, actually it's almost pure water. read more
