Ordered an iced matcha latte with cold foam. After about one minute of sitting, the drink shrank to half its size. I asked if they could add a little more matcha and was told they could add milk instead... which would just water it down. So I paid full price for half a drink and a bad attitude. The most unprofessional Dunkin' I've ever been to. I was just there today waiting in line for 15 minutes for one hot coffee. It was not even busy 3 to 4 employees I saw through the window did not even care to bother to ring me out at least this Dunkin is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to I would never go to this location again. The managers are very dismissive. The employees, if short staffed, will ask managers to help and no one will come help. It is very rude, unprofessional, and a lot on the employees. There has been multiple instances where I have been waiting to get my order taken and I have noticed both of the employees tell me they'll be with me in a moment and went to go get someone else as a helping hand and no one came, meanwhile it was just that one girl and another both very sweet, kinda short one has dark long hair and the other has a shorter lighter hair. The crazy part is that you could hear more than two people inside of the office while the 2 younger girls were just trying to do their job as quickly as possible. This place seems like it is just run by children and it shows. Never have I ever made a review about a place but this place genuinely needs better managers. I will never go back until I find out it's under different management and they actually want to help their employees in time of need instead of ignoring them and laughing obnoxiously loud from the office. It's very unprofessional for the managers especially when they do come out of the office and three people walk out smiling it looks very bad on their part. read more

Coffee tasted great. Didn't realize u was stand in a spot I shouldn't have been at the end of the counter in front of a door, lady making the all the hashbrowns told me I couldn't stand there. While making the hashbrowns she had put two bags on the counter and called a number out. Me and another customer weren't aware of our numbers so they sat there for a brief moment while our coffees were being made. I overheard her telling her co worker that people apparently can't read and then proceeded to complain that she had to make another loaded hash brown. Highly rude, very disappointing. I spend so much money at Dunkin a week, I was excited to go in this location because it was new and the presentation and cleanliness of the store is so nice. Been stopping at this one dunkin donuts on way to work now for about 2 years, maybe 3 times a week, in the morning around 7:30am. Staff is always pleasant and friendly, but terrible at the drive through. They constantly are messing up my orders and not giving me what I ordered. I just keep dealing with in, but today was the final step. They shorted me again, they are just horrible behind that drive thru. Not sure if too much playing or what it could be, but I know I can't be the only one. It's that life is just to busy to take time to actually write this nonsense memo, that means nothing at all. This Dunkin' Donuts has to be the worst I've ever been to. I ordered a hot apple cider and a bagel with cream cheese. It took them 10 minutes for the bagel and over 25 minutes for the hot apple cider. I'm literally standing there waiting for my order and they're giving other people that came after me their order. My friends and I went in there to get some food and they were waiting even longer for their food. I asked the guy where is my hot apple cider they hadn't even made it yet and mind you it wasn't that the place was busy and it was only meet my friends and maybe three other people in the house. While I was there about maybe four people came and they all got their orders before me and my friend. Plus they did not have any pumpkin cream cheese which normally all Dunkin' Donuts do about this time of year. Very highly upset with this place I will definitely not stop off again. read more

Poor customer service at the drive thru. The person at the window screwed up our coffee orders. Forgot to put sugar in one and the other didn't have milk. I did an online order, and when I finally got a chance to eat my food, not only was it colder than it should have been, but it wasn't even the right thing. I ordered a beyond sandwich on a croissant, but got an egg white instead of a normal egg. I'm not sure if they were out of eggs or what, but this is not the beyond sandwich I'm used to. I have gone to Dunkin Donuts in Fishkill several times the past 2 weeks. I have ordered a jelly donut. Shouldn't be difficult, but everytime they are out of them. Tonight, I once again asked for a jelly donut and was told they didn't have any. I told the employee it was ridiculous. She said they are open 24 hours and they only get donut delivery in the morning. Just one delivery. So if you get lucky enough to be able to buy a donut, it is stale. If they are out of jelly donuts before 6 pm, how do they stay open all night. jelly is one of the most popular donut and yet they don't have them. Busy location and sometimes they run out of stuff for lattes but the employees are always very friendly and I give them a lot of credit for that! I generally only use the drive up window. Service is usually quick and easy! The few times I've been inside I liked the large sitting area and the fact that it's connected to the gas station's grocery store is a plus! read more

I went to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast with my family yesterday morning. My elderly grandmother spilled her coffee at the counter, and was terribly embarrassed. One employee in particular, Donyeah, was especially gracious and helpful to her. He cleaned up the mess and calmed her. He was very thoughtful and made a difficult situation better. We would like to commend this employee for his patience and kindness to our family. Give that guy a raise! read more

Let me start by saying absolutely wonderful people. Great attitudes and very courteous. I go to this location twice a day. They know me by name now. It's funny. I usually either get a iced coffee or hot chocolate and when I go thru drive thru the girls know my voice. Always saying hi how are you, how's work today. Place gets very busy but my order is always made right every time. You can tell place is ran correctly and people are happy. Smiles every time I go there also Recently I happened to one day ask for the manager and a woman named Irene came to window. She thought something was wrong but actually I wanted to tell her that I really liked this location and keep up good work. Thank you. read more

Usually good, fast and courteous. Not today. I think they're having a work slowdown. The car line was twenty deep and when I did finally get my order everything but the coffee (which I could see) was completely wrong!
