Being from New England where every quarter mile there is a dunkin donuts I was excited to find this location right down the road from our new house. First four visits were fine, then the fifth visit was like they flipped a switch. They don't have half the stuff on the menu, and takes them an average of three times to get you're drink order right. We were greeted immediately as we walked through the door. Only half the ice cream flavors available due to fridge being broken, but the girls' attitudes made up for that and the low selection of donuts. We were wished a great rest of the day as we walked out. Will be back. read more

Everything you order here they never have, I ordered a chicken biscuit-Um I'm sorry maam' we are out of biscuits, ok can I have it on a croissant um actually we are out of chicken right now. This is an everyday thing at this location. The other day I ordered a blueberry muffin they have me a reduced fat one, I'm assuming because they were out of the regular muffins and it was disgusting. They need to get it together this is the only one in the area but I need to find a new place to eat breakfast. It aggravates my soul!!!! read more

Once again poor customer service they continuously run out of the items for days I think they really need to do some coaching and developing

I had terrible customer service from your "GM" as she would not give her name. I was told I didn't need to know her name and she instructed her employee not to give me her name. I paid with my perks card and the $1.00 discount was not applied so I questioned it and was told, that didn't start until tomorrow, and that I wasn't going to get my donut if that discount was applied (I have an aarp card) then as she rudely told me she was gonna fix it, attitude and all instead of refunding and recharging me for the large coffee correctly rolled her eyes and said "now I gotta refund this whole ticket" I let her know don't worry about it (since it was such an issue) and that is when I said I would call and speak to the manager. She hen replied "I am the GM so I am the boss" I then replied are you the owner? And she said no, so I said I will speak to the owner then. That is when she instructed her employee not to give out her name. The poor young lady at the counter looked terrified. I have been to this location several times and have dealt with her twice, she was nasty to me both times. The first time I let it go thinking maybe she was just having a bad day, but after dealing with her today, that seems to be the norm! I am a manager at a large establishment and know that when our employees and staff treat customers like that our businesses fail! It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone like that, especially when they are patrons purchasing goods so that we all can continue to keep our businesses open. The person who owns this store sucks and is a liar. Told me I had a job months ago and made me come in on three occasions wasting my time and gas, telling me I was hired. Had me so much as go online and fill out hiring paperwork. Told me to come in for orientation mind you I live in San Antonio this store is in converse. Only to tell me he couldn't do my orientation that day because he got backed up. He hired too many people and he was expecting them to quit but none ever did. Told me he didn't want to lose me and to hold on. I held out for two months because I actually really love their products and worked at a store before have experience and really wanted to get in the door with hopes of moving up within the company because that is how passionate I am about my coffee and their products. Ever store is different and not everyone can makes good drink, but I can because my heart is in it. Long story short he was supposed to be calling me back and he never did. Every time he said he would call back he never did. I always called him and he spew the same lies time after time. The last time he said for me to come for orientation and to discuss putting me on the schedule was it for me. I went elsewhere and got a different job the next day and to me it's his loss because I would have been the best worker he ever had. I choose not too to Dunkin donuts because they never make my drinks the way I love. I perfected the art of an delicious iced latte that I used to crave daily. I loved going to work and making my own drinks that were so delicious. I loved making my customers drinks and the compliments and tips they would want to give me it would bring me such satisfaction. This guy is a fraud and a liar and one thing I don't like is a damn liar and for that I urge no one to do business with this liar and any store he is affiliated with. What a waste of my time when I could have gotten a job else where long ago but stupid me believing a liar. Never again! I was depending on this job to help me with my bills. I have another job but wanted two and I held out and struggled to make payments because he kept lying about giving me this job. First I was gonna be the first person he called that turned into the store wasn't ready to open on the opening day that turned into never hearing from him after it opened to him even texting me telling me to come to orientation and just lies.
