It is hard to believe the fall season is already here. I stopped by my regular Starbucks location and tried the Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso with an added shot of espresso. Michelle, who has consistently assisted me for the past two years, provided exceptional service as always. The drink was excellent and provided the perfect afternoon boost to keep me energized throughout the workday. read more

Starbucks is the worse. It is not the employees, they have good intentions and just work the grind. It is the business. How is a "grande", (which I do not think Starbucks knows what that word translates too" so expensive and so small. Annoyed. Looks nothing like the photo. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Don't order from here. We order an English breakfast tea for my wife. They don't say anything to me they make it they give it to me. I pick it up. Go home because I'm headed home from an errand. My wife it hey this is Earl Grey tea not English breakfast so I called up and they say oh hey we're sorry we're out of English breakfast tea so we substitute Earl Grey. I told them why didn't you just tell me because I would've canceled the order and went down the street to another Starbucks and then pick it up. She tells me to just come by and they'll refund me. Which is like a 20 minute drive I just asked for a refund and she tells me she's sorry she can't give me a refund over the phone. Stay far away from this place this manager should be fired. She's teaching her coworkers to substitute without even consulting the customer. And then when you get home and you find out it's wrong you have to drive all the way back to get it made right or get a refund. This is just a scam. read more

I just visited this location via drive thru and I was so pleasantly surprised to speak with Eden at the drive thru window while I was waiting on my order. She asked about my day, if I had any special plans, and how I enjoyed my Thanksgiving. In this day and age it's so rare for those who work in service to genuinely care about those they are serving. This small interaction made my day and I want to say thank you to Eden for your wonderful and cheery disposition. It was the best interaction I've had at a Starbucks in years. read more

Love every Starbucks I go to! I used to work there and the customer service is absolutely amazing! I usually get a mango fruit refresher with lemonade, and it's always spot on and perfect every time! Restrooms are clean, and drinks are made pretty quickly! read more

Great location near the busy intersection of 1604 and bitters. The lobby is open for "to go" orders but not yet for indoor seating. My iced coffee was made perfectly and the staff was courteous and attentive. The outside seating area included a covered seating area with a convenient outlet for charging my phone. read more

This Starbucks is very efficient, whether you're going through the drive-thru, or walk inside. I used to take The Granddaughter by on her way to school. Even though there was always a line, it moved quickly, so that she was never late. And yesterday, hubby and I went in the evening, and just sat around with our coffee and a snack. The road noise is not too bad in the evening, either. They have lots of snack or dessert items, so you can always grab something to tide you over or give you just that bit of sweetness. read more

Stopped by this Starbucks and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a tea due to feeling a little under the weather. Placed my order and pulled up to the window. The guy came to the window and I thought he was going to tell me he didn't know how to make the drink I wanted but instead he asked what's a restaurant that start w an O. Without even thinking I yelled out OUTBACK and handed him my card. He insisted I didn't need to pay and thanked me for answering correctly. Whooo Starbucks on the house! That made me feel good bc I never win anything. Thank you guys! read more

This is the closes Starbucks near me. Beside target's, which is on the other side of the high way. I feel like this Starbucks closes so early. Literally stopped by today in hopes to order something. Saw a sign that they were closed. Checked online to see if it states why... read more

I just went through the drive-through with nobody in front of me and was treated with the most disrespect I've ever been treated with at a Starbucks. Tried ordering a drink and they were out of everything. I finally ended up with a coffee that took five minutes to get. I also gave them a $20 bill and they gave me change four dollars back I asked why a grande caramel macchiato cost $16.Then took them another three minutes to give me my correct change. What a bunch of thieves read more

Giving 5 stars bc after 6 years of coming to this Starbucks I've never been dissatisfied. But today I got an oatmeal and I'm just wondering what went wrong I think they used the cold water instead of hot. It was like oatmeal water when I got home. None of the oats were cooked. I definitely would've gone back if I had the time. So I guess Starbucks just make sure you're using the hot water next time read more

Nice little store. Comfortable furniture. Good for coffee shop workers. Music too loud and they sneak in a smattering of modern R&B/Rap "music" that is inappropriate for range of customers in store. read more

I gave the staff a run for there money with keto friendly orders, given the new diet. The staff were very polite and asked questions to make sure the order was correct. I'm not diabetic, but If I was I'd feel pretty safe ordering sugar free anything at the location. Plus, they remember my face now I think because one staffer makes sure I mean sugar-free ingredients before I clarify now. So that's nifty :P I generally go inside, but the few times I've gone through the drive-thru I've experienced no issues either. read more

The drinks were okay this time around but I have to say that Megan, who was taking orders in the drive-thru, really ruined my experience. As I was ordering, she kept sighing as if my business was an inconvenience and kept rushing me to finish my order -- even though I wasn't hesitating or taking a long time in the first place. The girl who was at the window giving me my items was super nice though, I wish I caught her name! I'm accustomed to a higher level of customer service from Starbucks than what I received from Megan with purple hair. read more

This place needs proper management and employees in it. Hours are CONSTANTLY changing. They don't even up date there hours online for people. It's rare that I drive by this one and I see it open. And when it looks open with tons of people outside drinking their coffee at 1:00PM it's really not. It's lways closed. The service there isn't lways the nicest either. read more

Megan ruins the experience whenever I go. I don't understand why she is so grumpy/rude all the time. Many Starbucks I go to the employees are so kind. I'm not sure why I have such a terrible experience with her every time. I will no longer be back. This Starbucks doesn't care about their customers. read more

I was so excited when this Starbucks opened because it's close to my work and I would no longer have to go out of my way to get my favorite drink...however now that they've been open awhile there is no consistency here half of the time my drink doesn't even taste like what I order...and today my drink isn't even full so it really just seems like they messed up on a drink poured it in a larger cup slapped my sticker on it and called it good...i guess I'm going back to my old Starbucks where they always got my order right. read more

Starbucks - My "venti" drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Never had an issue with this location and the atmosphere is great for getting some remote work done, better than most locations around here. It's just off the highway, but in a location tucked just away enough where traffic sounds are no issue. I'm a regular and haven't had an incorrect order taken or ever not been served with a smile. So I thought this location could use some love. read more

Emma, was friendly and made sure my coffee didn't get wet! Thanks best Starbucks on this side of town !

This Starbucks is AMAZINGGGG!!!!!! Tell everyone you know! Friendliest baristas in town!

So this Starbucks is newer and I just happened to catch it out of the corner of my eye one day when I was on the access road on the way back to my office. Every single order myself or anyone in my family has placed from this location has been incorrect or missing something. This is crazy and extremely inconvenient for us to have to go back to pick up the rest of our mobile order. Half an oat meal, seriously? No muffin, half a coffee, no sandwich and on and on? This location needs a revamp on employees who can read Mobile orders and customer service in general. Even then manager seemed to care less when we have brought issues to her attention on numerous occasions. People want what they pay for especially when it's Starbucks prices... My next step is reporting to Corporate. This has gone on long enough with zero attempt made to remedy these on going issues... This location doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. Stop putting people out that way and do what you've been hired to do. This isn't rocket science. It's basic reading. read more

Employee Veronica was very rude. Was not attentive and she gave me a frickin' scone instead of a muffin. Usually I'm treated super well at these establishments this was my first terrible experience. The girl that serves in the inside has zero personality. Once, I went outside to enjoy my coffee since they wouldn't allow indoor dining. I waited on Christmas Eve morning in line for 20 minutes for this location to be closed, all the others are open. This location had no sign blocking the drive through which led all the other cars to sit and wait for nothing. I am extremely frustrated with this Starbucks, they constantly change their hours, unlike no other location. They should not be allowed to close whenever they please, this is a national franchise, not a locally owned business. read more

Super rude girls at this location, gave me my order the exact opposite of what I ordered. Than when I asked for it re made they literally gave it to me wrong again and it's just so unprofessional and just wrong to treat customers that way when I'm paying more than 6$ for a coffee. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a Starbucks. Staff is extremely rude. Visited twice this week and although tonight was much worse than the last visit, neither visit was pleasant. I was in this location 30 minutes before closing meeting friends to discuss a business matter. The staff had already put up all chairs and was sweeping literally under my seat, closing blinds, slamming things around and making it obvious they were annoyed and wanted all the customers to leave. There were 4 other customers besides myself. I had to tell the employee to please stop making everyone feel as though they should leave when it was half an hour before closing. She just proceeded to talk about me in the headset with the other employee behind the counter. Horrible horrible staff. Extremely unprofessional and have no concept of guest service whatsoever. Will never be in this location again. Will have to drive further but would prefer that then to be treated as a nuisance in a restaurant that is open. read more

The 1 Star is only because I can't give the place zero stars. First, the place sounds like a coffee war zone. There was less noise at my last head banging metal concert. Then you have the senior citizen action party daily meetings where they pull 16 chairs and 6 tables together blocking one of two aisles an hour early for the big event. Mix in a few of the business squatters and you will want to slit your throat if you don't use the drive through. I double dare you to order a bagel or sandwich, better take your receipt because you won't be getting it 6 times out of 10. I wonder if this place even has a manager ? read more

Nice, clean and new. So why the 3 stars? For starters, the place is LOUD. The staff here seem to relish in slamming metal doors, slamming equipment and dropping, rather than placing heavy items on the floor. Maybe not a huge deal but the poor acoustics in the place amplify every noise. Three days in a row part of our order was forgotten and there was no apology for making us wait as others came, got their orders, and left. Lastly, please allow me to complete my order before turning around to start making it. read more
