On our most recent visit, we decided not to stay after overhearing a nearby table mention they had been waiting almost an hour just to receive service. The quality of the food keeps us wanting to come back, but the current layout and ordering system don't seem to work efficiently for the space and volume of customers. I think some adjustments to the ordering and service process could make a huge difference in the overall customer experience. I truly hope improvements are made because the food itself is worth the visit.

I pulled up my trusty Yelp app and we decided to swing in and give this place a try. Our first impression was positive--the restaurant was clean, and while the menu is fairly small, it includes all the classic items you'd expect from a taco shop. We ordered a variety of tacos and didn't have to wait long at all, maybe around 10 minutes. The tacos were so good. I honestly don't think there was a single one we didn't enjoy. My husband and I both agreed everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. This is definitely one of those places we'll be coming back to. There are quite a few taco spots in the area, but I highly recommend giving Los Tapatios a try if you're looking for authentic, freshly made food.
