I normally think Krispy Kreme is way too sweet but this location had amazing and fresh donuts! They were absolutely perfect and the staff was so sweet. I couldn't even take a pic before we bit into the donut. Super happy with the donuts here.

Literally one of my favorite donut shops if not my favorite. It's always consistently good, and the glazed donuts here are the best of all time when they're fresh off the conveyor belt. We passed this location when their sign was lit up indicating you get free glazed donuts, so we stopped by and all got one free glazed donut, and it hit the spot. I would go here everyday if I could for the glazed donuts. The service was great too. The girl giving us the donuts was really sweet. And, the ambiance was standard for a Krispy Kreme. I like how they have so many windows.

I ordered a 1/2 dozen original glazed. Does this look like a 1/2 dozen original glazed!!!

Absolutely love to be able to drive thru and have a person that is in a great mood! Especially on a Friday morning. Shout out to Robert on 4/3/2025 on Friday today - an absolute pleasure to be welcomed and taken my order with no complications just great service! My donuts were warm and I was able to deliver them myself to the office and made it a happier morning! Definitely recommend.

The "Hot" sign was on, so we had to stop! The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so we parked and went inside and are so glad we did. All of us standing in line received a complimentary hot donut while we waited to place our order. The service was friendly and fast and the nostalgic memorabilia inside was a nice touch.

This was probably the nicest Krispy Kreme I've been to. GF and I spent some time in San Antonio dining and shopping. On the way out of town we stopped for a quick bite before heading north. We were even greeted with a free glazed doughnut! IDK if this is something new but they were offering cinnamon rolls on Sundays. Had to try one of those; never even got to the blueberry I ordered. She only ordered an additional lemon cream filled. A heads up they cook those cinnamon rolls to order. It was worth the wait. Lady stays in the back and drops them in the oil and just like the glazed it goes through the famous waterfall of sugar. Took less than 5 minutes and OMG super tasty. I wonder if the Austin stores participate in this? Coffees were strong; every staffer was courteous. I actually exclaimed over the weekend how friendly everyone was in every business we visited. Can't remember the last time I experienced this in Austin. Maybe just head south from the ranch more instead of east!

Stopped by on the way home from running a few errands. Got a dozen hot n fresh glazed, only a couple was there before us and a kid came after us. So not busy at all. So the lady gave the first couple donuts and the wife was so excited telling her ty, so I'm lk nice she gave her a free box bc they didn't order that. So we're waiting then I see her give the kid that came after us donuts and then she just stayed at the register, so told my bf I think she forgot about us which is crazy since everything is open. So walked to the front saying we're still waiting on ours and sure enough she gave our box to the first couple. Again not busy at all so no excuse, get it together.

Yesterday, after curbside pickup, I stopped by @krispykreme in Stone Oak to buy some donuts. The store was temporarily closed, so the drive-thru was the only option. I think they were short staffed because there was a wait to take my order and a line quickly formed. The Hot sign was on so I got one free original glazed. I saw the Reese's donuts and had to give them a try. I ordered 2 Outrageous, which has Reese's pieces and 1 Salty Sweet Crisp. I had half of each this morning with my coffee, and they were good. Definitely only good if you don't have peanut allergy. If you love peanut butter, you'll have to check it out!

Absolutely pathetic! This store has not reopened since the pandemic which as the world has largely returned to normal is just pure laziness! Our daughter wanted some of these for a birthday sleepover and we drive here to find line wrapped around the building- largely due to skeleton staff! The store is a disaster- trash cans outside overflowing with trash and racks just dumped all over the store rather than being open with tables available! Which I guess saves them cleaning. The parking lot had a big open dumpster overflowing with birds enjoying old food Others around the country are open - NYC was open last year so it's just a lazy franchise owner. Even worse. The speaker at the drive through barely works - and this is your only way to order. When you get to the drive though the window is disgusting and the other windows are blacked out with paper making me wonder what is going on inside the restaurant! There appeared to be one person working and poor guy was very slow as he has to take orders, fill orders and check out. Place needs to be looked at by health inspectors

First thing you notice is the dirty floors. We got to the counter and placed our order. The guy behind the counter repeated our order back to us, incorrectly. We restated our order and he repeated it back to us incorrectly again! I felt like we were in a bad sitcom episode! So, we went item by item until he got it right. We paid and took our box (he never offered it). My wife asked if she could get extra cream for her coffee. He pointed at an empty container in the refrigerator case. We waited until he checked out another group and had to request cream again. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired here. The doughnuts were good though.

I attached the marketed vs what we revived. I understand they are only about $3 but come on Krispy Kreme is this what we are doing now? I should have just picked up donuts from H-E-B like normal. And for more clarity I ordered them in drive thru about 9:30am and it's fresh outside about 70 degrees and live 3 miles from this location. So heat or other outside influences did not factor in

You order at the counter and they give you a number, so you can sit down until your food and drinks are ready. Initially, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. When I tried it, it was super super sweet, and I later learned that even though it is not included in the menu, the regular match includes several pumps of vanilla syrup. I wish this small ingredient was on the menu, because it really makes or break a matcha for me. I prefer my matcha unsweet. Thankfully, they were able to make me another one without the syrup, and it was much better! Will come back later to try some of their pastries and breakfast bowls in the future!

They have a few seats too if you want to sit and relax with your drink. I came at a busy party of the day it seemed so didnt get to sit down. The ladies that worked at the counter was friendly and nice. They told me some recommendations on latte flavors and liked how they had milk substitutes. I ordered 2 matcha lattes with oat milk, one lavender and the other rose flavored. I liked how they flavors were subtle and didnt overpower the matcha flavor. It was very delicious and would recommend this drink or another latte they offer. It is somewhat far from where I'm at but if I happen to be around next time, I would absolutely come back.

The concept is simple but appealing: fun, unique combinations of sweet treats that lean slightly toward the lighter side. Think açaí bowls, waffles, and snackable options that could easily double as breakfast or a light meal. I ordered the Berry Good Bowl with açaí, oat milk, strawberries, blueberries, banana, pineapple, granola, almonds, and Nutella. In hindsight I could've skipped the banana and granola, but it was still delicious. The fruit tasted fresh, the sweetness was balanced, and the açaí base held up surprisingly well on the drive home. My cousin went for the Belgian waffle with banana and Nutella--the waffle he has been searching for in the first place--and it did night disappoint. Service was warm and patient while we navigated the menu, and we even got to chat briefly with David, the young lady went. He shared that the business started as a food truck before growing into this standalone shop. The nice young ladies at the counter even offered us to take a flower from their vase of pink carnations for the Valentines. It's a cozy spot with a welcoming I've, even with yea small arts-and-crafts area for kids that makes it feel like a neighborhood hangout. A fun kitty dessert stop when you're craving something sweet but a bit different. We'll definitely be back to try more.
