I have never been met with such incompetent employees, particularly the manager. How 3 simple coffees, a doughnut, and Avocado toast turns into the police coming. Little puto. I'm a 5'1 female and you had to call the police because you can not do you job properly and either make the coffee or refund due to you ineptitude. I was at the window and asked for another toast, the lady said to come in. I did, a guy said he can't do my order until I move the car, I asked for the manager, a small brunette male who refused to give me his name, they refused to give me a refund and called PD. I have no order & no refund. PD came and got my order for me. PD had to go get another coffee that they never made yet charged me for. Thank You PD. Don't go here. called and called and called nobody would pick up the phone , I had a decent order for donuts for an event and nobody answered. when I got there they said we may not have enough for 3 dozen donuts, I said I tried calling ahead to give you time to fill the order and I was told straight out that, well the phone is in the managers office and to door was closed, no apology, very matter of fact it seemed that I was just complaining when in fact I was trying to give a courtesy call first! Stay far away from this rip off place. It's bad enough. They have people that look like they just walked out of a tattoo parlor with rings in their nose, I ordered two coffees, one medium and one small latte. When I got to the window, the girl tells me $9.21. I told her are you kidding me nine dollars for what you giving me two coffees. This is ridiculous and a rip off this Dunkin is the slowest Dunkin in the United States with the worst people. If you want a cup of coffee instead of waiting on this ridiculous line, all you have to do is go to Cumberland not even two minutes away and you can get any size for two dollars. just updating on a review i left 7 months ago on this place since circumstances caused me to hit this place twice in the last week. on both occasions i made a simple mobile order of cold brew and a donut. in both instances after 15 minutes had passed since placing the order i waited in line at the register to inquire on my order. and in both cases they asked me my name and then walked away after i gave my name, no communication from then on, no apology, no "just a minute and let me check on your order" etc. but i watched and could see they were then fulfilling the order and when complete again no communication, just a placement of my order at the mobile pickup counter. prior to my waiting at the register both times i observed that the staff were not that busy, they were talking amongst themselves, and basically they simply did not care about delivering any kind of service. so just a completely terrible staff at this dunkin. the building itself is good condition (on the newer side), but i just don't understand why this place cannot get it together on the staff side of the equation. it must be the pool of employees they have to choose from in this town. i've honestly never seen anything like this, the level of badness is off the charts. read more

Our family spends one week a year at a resort in this town, and we usually pop over to this Dunkin a few times. It's definitely noticeable the impact of Covid / the reduction of the workforce has had on this location. They seem very short of help every time I go. Our orders have been mixed up or incomplete. Lines are long and slow. Thankfully, the employees we've encountered have been nothing but sweet and apologetic, and correct the problems quickly. So the stars are really for those folks. It's a shame they're understaffed because the long lines and issues with orders does make you want to go elsewhere. I wish them luck finding more help! read more

hands down the worst duncan i have visited (and that is saying a lot given i live in manhattan). i have a place in windham where i am up maybe every two weeks. i will sometimes hit this duncan to catch a meeting with cold brew and little sandwich. it happens roughly 50% of the time that my mobile order is not completed, and as i pick up part of the order and stand in plain sight waiting for the other part, there is no engagement whatsoever by the staff. when i finally ask whether there is a problem with mobile order X, they scurry about and eventually get back to me that "oh we don't have anymore of the everything bagels; do you want a refund?" one time i dared to ask whether there was a procedure for mobile orders that could not be completed due to lack of ingredients and i was told that if i didn't see it after waiting some time i could always ask. the owner of this duncan should pay attention. the entire management staff should be ejected and start over. clear sops should be written and adhered to. your customers deserve better. read more

this place is horrible, took forever for our 2 drinks when it wasn't busy at all, then only gave us one straw and forgot the marshmallow cold foam i specifically got on the app when i ordered it. we ended up going inside to get the cold foam on and he just took them and put a tiny bit on and there were no straws in the store either. don't go here. read more

The two ladies that were working this morning around 6:30 AM we're trying their hardest to keep up with the steady flow of customers. Very sad to see that they seem so stressed out and that there is only two of them especially on a holiday weekend. I'm not sure what needs to change, but they definitely need to have more staffing on a weekend, especially a holiday weekend. The attitude in this place is ridiculously bad. When I got there this morning, one of the employees was yelling at someone else, holding up the line. When a lady was taking my order, the same yelling employee said "when you're done with her, I need you to do..." It was rude. Don't rush me. They got my order wrong two times and when I asked about it to be fixed, I got an eye roll and heavy sigh. Food service sucks, but the customer service here sucks more. read more

We went here today for an afternoon coffee. The cashier was fantastic, and the coffee was some of the better Dunkin Donuts coffee our family has had in a while. When I dropped a coffee in the parking lot and had to go back in for another she was very kind. read more

The order is usually a mess. Either the items are wrong or the sizes are not accurate. Last time I ordered a large coffee I was handed a small. The guy was rude in replacing it and I had to ask for my change twice! The speaker on the drive thru does not work and the display to show the change is broken. Horrible service. read more

The service is always the Bee's Knee's. If you get the iced coffee God making your coffee, it's always got some extra BANG, all I can say is the Spragueoo Special is really what turns things up. The hash browns are always on point and I've never had an issue with anything. The place is as clean as a hospital and always is. Totally going there again and again. My rating is one star, and to be honest I wish I could give it ZERO. More than once they have messed up my order (I come here on a daily basis and order the same thing every time). The only time my order seems to be right is when Brenda is working, the rest of the staff members are discombobulated. I've been holding off on writing this review but today was the last straw. A new man, whom I have never seen before took our order. When we got our items (a black coffee with cinnamon swirl and and iced caramel latte) I questioned the order due to the color of the iced latte. Usually it is a lot lighter, so I asked if it was and iced coffee (on numerous occasions my order has been confused for an iced coffee, which is darker and more on the transparent side, as this looked) he insisted it was a latte so I tasted it before we drove away. The taste was NOT that of a latte. He walked away before we could say anything, so we waited. The man was rude and unaccommodating when we told him the taste was off (usually when this happens whoever is working will take the drink back and make a new one because at this point they've seen or realized the mistake). He was determined to make it seem like it was my latte, so he grabbed the woman who made it, to confirm. I told her that usually it was a lot lighter and with an attitude she said "I'll put more cream in it". At that point they were just being unpleasant and were obviously not going to accommodate so to avoid any further distress, we drove off. There are a few staff members that I appreciate here but this put a sour taste in my mouth. read more

This Dunkin Donuts has extremely slow drive through service with sometimes a wait time of over five minutes. The coffee that I got today was Luke warm and tasted watered down. It was not able to drink it and threw it out because it was so awful. Very sad and disappointing. I won't be going back that's for sure. I never go to this Dunkin Donuts in Cairo anymore. I went there several times and ordered a hazelnut coffee coolata (the only thing I ever go to Dunkin for) and they never come out right. At first I thought it was me, but had someone else try it and they said it tasted off too. Then I thought no big deal, maybe they just had a problem with their machine. But after about 5 times, I gave up. I've never had this problem with any other Dunkin Donuts. read more
