Moto was close by and it was a really good call. The staff was helpful and friendly. Two of us ordered the avocado toast with salmon, and one of us got the breakfast burrito. Plus coffees all around. Coffees came quickly, food took a little while longer, but not by much. Tasty and filling, exactly what we wanted! The place is really two shops in one: the restaurant at the front, and a motor bike store at the back. You order at the counter, and pick up drinks there. Food is delivered to your table. I forgot that I went here in like 2016, but remembered immediately upon seeing the inside. A really unique concept with a huge space for sitting, having coffee and watching the folks come and go, some on bikes, some not. Coffee was strong, and extremely flavorful, in a good way, I guess you call that robust. I had an oat cap, and my wife had a regs latte. Great spot to sit outside or to take away and have a stroll. Such a cool coffee shop! If you're into bikes or coffee, you'll love this place. If you're into bikes AND coffee, you should make this place a destination. When you walk in, you notice two bikes parked right in front of the espresso machine. The front of the shop has a coffee bar with bikes and some tables and chairs around. If you walk to the back of the store, it's an actual bike shop - with real bikers and people hanging out. It's such a fun and eclectic use of space! A cool shop melding a motorcycle sales floor with a legitimate café. Sunday morning, all the outside tables were taken, but was able to snag one of the larger tables inside. Not too many options for quick food, so settled for a Yogurt Parfait ($8.50) to go along with an Iced Latte ($4ish). Parfait is a layering of granola, unsweetened yogurt, and blood orange compote. Nice balance of flavors without being overly full, albeit it is a struggle to eat gracefully out of a small bottle. The coffee came out in a few minutes; a nice strong punch without being too bitter, not added sugar necessary. Friendly service here and you get cash back ($1.50) if you return the glass jar from the yogurt. Solid spot for a quick breakfast if there is no line. read more

Cute little concept, a cafe in the front and a motorcycle gear shop in the back. I thought the staff was extremely friendly and super accommodating (I.e. When we had trouble deciding between the classic waffles and chocolate waffles, they said they would combine them for us) Waffles were light, airy and crispy on the outside, with some nice chocolate syrup and whipped cream on the side. Freshly squeezed blood orange juice was the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Highly recommended. Only downside is that it was very smoky in the air, probably from what they were cooking. This place is great. As a female rider it is hard to find gear of variety and most importantly, my size. The first time I came here I was overwhelmed by gear in my size - in a good way! The owner is amazingly helpful, and really takes the time to make sure you're getting something that you not only will be comfortable in but also something that will be safe and last! I picked up riding pants, boots, gloves, and a jacket here and I'm definitly aiming for more gear. The food and the drinks are an added bonus. It's lovely coming here after a day of riding to get some baked goods and fresh juice or tea. One of my favorite motorcycle gear and hang outs around. Very rude staff. Barista was especially rude to both me and my wife when we asked to a single shot cappuccino. They don't pull single shots are became aggressive when we requested to simply pour half of a double shot out. All this happened in front of the owner who simply didn't care. I was in desperate need of being caffeinated after traveling from Germany, so this was my first stop after arriving to the Hudson region. It's a coffee shop in the front and a motorcycle accessories store in the back. It has an industrial feel to it, with the exception of one red couch. It reminds me of a few coffee places in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Dog lovers can bring their furbabies inside and there is one table set up outside if you want some vitamin D. Street parking is available in the front, but if you dont score a parking spot... there is a parking lot adjacent to the coffee place! The employees make it known that you are not wanted in their shop or in their town. Five nasty scowls greeted me as I entered. An additional employee made fun of me and my mannerisms as her colleagues looked on. The baristas or random lazy humans standing behind the counter, move slow as snails and have no sense of urgency. And no one will try to assist you or answer your questions when it comes to the bike portion of the shop. Not sure if it's because I was on out-of-towner or female, but I, as well as everyone in my family rides, and I was super excited to check out their gear, but the prices are insane and the folks who work there are too good to speak with you, despite the fact that they are standing around doing absolutely nothing. We actually went here twice on our trip, both yesterday morning and today. We had a more pleasant experience yesterday when we ordered a couple iced coffees, an apple turnover and a sticky bun. Everything was great, service was friendly enough, and even though the prices were Brooklynesque, we left happy. Today, not so much. The guy at the counter--a normcore BFA dropout?--had an unnecessary attitude right off the bat. We get it! You are SO COOL with your fake aviator glasses and vintage duds that it's really hard for you to engage with regular folks like us. We're SO sorry you had to do that at YOUR JOB! We had been looking forward to trying their waffles, but the cheddar one we ordered wasn't that great. The cheese really came through and it was wonderfully crisp on the outside, but the inside was almost raw. And the "field greens"? A few sprouts on top. The yogurt was much better, served funnel-cake style with some powdered sugar and wonderful maple syrup, but it really needed some acid--i.e. fruit--to cut through all of it, but we didn't do the upcharge for some. Averaging both days out, three stars. The space is super cool but it just seems like Williamsburg in Hudson. The meal we had a couple days ago at The Cascades was better in every way. read more
