We ordered a cocktail and bergamot soda at the restaurant (both of which were quite refreshing!) along with a steak frites that we shared. The fries were more like wedges which I liked and it also came with roasted carrots. Then, for dessert we popped over to the cafe for the brown butter bourbon and rye chocolate chip cookie! My son had the turkey sandwich, Mom enjoyed a delicious ham & cheese croissant, and I had the Philly cheesesteak with mushrooms,so good and satisfying! My daughter ordered the Dalgona coffee, and it instantly became her favorite. The food was fresh and delicious, the coffee was excellent, and most of all, the café has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the personal touch and love that goes into this place. If you're visiting Hudson, New York, or traveling through the Hudson Valley, make sure to stop by Nolita's Cafe & Gallery on Warren Street. Support a wonderful local business, grab a great cup of coffee, and come hungry! What started as a rainy change of plans became one of our favorite food memories from the trip. Ambiance is nice and quaint with indoor and outdoor seating. I can imagine this place getting packed in summer for sure. I liked it! So if you are in Hudson, NY and want some good drinks and other foods, hit Nolita up! Definitely a jewel in the countless number of coffee shops on the street.

And the delicate, silky, fresh, luxurious salmon... What a dream. So balanced. I filled my arms with goods- iberico salami, Aleppo chili oil, Blackstrap coffee beans, local chocolates, and an adorable Talbott & Arding puzzle. I'm sure I could have easily convinced myself to buy just about everything I laid my eyes upon. The cheese counter was an absolute work of art. It's clear that Talbott & Arding is a willing servant to the gifts of the surrounding earth and people. The homage it pays is palpable. The $8 chicken salad is yet to be tried but will be tried without high hopes.

Specializes in hiring people with unattractive personalities who pay more attention to their smoke breaks than to customers (also do not wash hands after visibly puffing in front of their business entrance). I guess it's okay to be racist if you're directing it towards older, white, gay folk, but the barista crew is the worst. The owners of this spot ought to be taught a lesson in hiring 101, or they simply don't care that their employees are ruining their long fought for business. Seriously, does the onslaught of competition not at least motivate you to treat your customers well? Hudson is FULL of alternative coffee options and I won't be returning to your establishment. Attempts at appealing to hipster/snooty millennial culture by hiring children will only result in the rest of us regulars ostracizing you and your incredibly subpar business, amateur feeling business. I understand wanting to hurry costumers along when it's early morning (yes, coffee time is generally in the morning hours) or near the close of business. But to be passive aggressive and attempt to reason with me when I see your barista stop sweeping the floor, go from broom to prepping my espresso drink without washing their hands is a bit much. If you value costumer service go somewhere else, such as Supernatural or The Maker - at least at both the young lady wont roll her eyes at you judgmentally as she unhappily prepares your beverage - as if your existence was a blight on her leisurely day. can't speak to the clothing shop attached to this dirty cafe, it seems decent enough. read more

Moto Coffee is a great café if you're looking for a place to grab breakfast or coffee/espresso drinks. Don't be intimidated if you know absolutely nothing about bikes (I certainly don't) because all staff members are friendly, warm, and very helpful. Most importantly, there's no minimum for card use (this is especially good for us basic b's who never have any cash on us)!! I've found that most coffee shops in Hudson have at least a $5-10 minimum rule when it comes to using a card, so Moto Coffee is truly a good option is you know you wont spend more than $10 on breakfast/coffee. I ordered an iced coffee as well as a locally-made slice of plum coffee cake which were both delightful!, especially the freshness of the plums in the cake. I definitely recommend this fun and unique spot if you're a coffee fiend or just love to treat yo' self to some brunch! read more

Awesome concept Motorcyle shop/coffee shop/Cuisine. Good environment. I had a delicious mocha here multiple times. The jewel of this establishment is the WAFFLES. My favorites are the duck breast waffle and the spicy tuna tar tar waffle. These are a must eat of Hudson. If your into motorcycles the staff are very helpful and the store is really cool. read more

Morningbird is a great fit for the area and absolutely worth visiting even if you're a town or two away. We came here around 1pm on a Saturday, on our way from Hudson to the Adirondacks. Thankfully it was on the way, allowing us to both shave off a bit of our drive and try a new spot we'd been eying for a while. Thanks to some pictures on Google, I saw that there were at least a few outdoor tables, which was important because we had our dog with us. You need to order inside but they'll bring it out to your when it's ready. Though we only spent all of five minutes indoors, I immediately loved the vibe and could picture myself hanging, reading, working here for a while. All the tables were full at this hour, but it did not seem overly packed. The coffee here is delicious, though I can only speak to the cold brew. That said, a friend of ours speaks highly of the lattes/other espresso drinks, for what it's worth. While waiting for my coffee, I perused the selection of prepared foods -- curated with a precision I've come to expect of most businesses in this area. As some have mentioned, the food at Morningbird (and the neighboring Aviary) is Asian-inspired, as are the items for sale. Expect gourmet condiments and seasoning, alongside plenty of coffee/tea and coffee/tea-related products. It's a marvel that I didn't walk out of there with five jars of chili crisp (potentially my all-time favorite condiment). Food-wise, I got the Iceberg Wedge w/ fried shiitakes, blistered sungolds, salted cashews, vegan thai green goddess dressing and my partner got the Fried Omelette and Kale over rice w/ garlic fried rice, roasted kale, crispy shallot. Every ingredient of both dishes was fresh and delicious and flavorful, and the preparations were familiar with a bit of whimsy. The prices are extremely reasonable for both items, but it's possible that it's because they're both on the smaller side as far as entrees go. Not a complaint, just worth mentioning in case you are very hungry. Service was super fast, almost impossibly so. An enjoyable experience start to finish, making Morningbird a spot we'll certainly be returning to.
