I love this bike cafe! My girlfriend and I stopped here for a cup of latte while visiting this little cute town called Hudson. Towards the back of the cafe there's a small motorcycle shop! An awesome place to hang out and learn about motorcycles! There were a few vintage Moto Guzzi on display. They looked clean and very well taken care of. There's also motorcycle gears you can purchase. There's a man back there who can answer all your motorcycle 101 needs. read more

Decent coffee but really loved the breakfast sandwich and the atmosphere. There's no way around it, this is one of the coolest coffee shops I've ever been to - love the bike shop in the back. Breakfast sandwich and the side salad it was served with were amazing. I got a prosciutto, egg and cheese; it was served on a buttery roll with pesto - yum. What a cool cafe. I had the grilled mozzerella and tomato sandwich and it was freakin' gorgeous! They don't have legit cold brew, but they have iced coffee, and it was super tasty. They even have oat milk. But honestly THAT SANDWICH. I will be back soon for another one. read more

Great food and coffee! Staff had no regard for Covid mask precautions. Three staff members pulled their masks down multiple times.. two of them while making customer's food. I go each morning for my savory croissant (cheese and salami) and tea. My partner loves the coffee and and swears it's the best in town. As I don't drink coffee I'll have to take her word on that, and I do, because she is vehement about her conviction as to their coffee. A new wrinkle for me, and I wish I had known this sooner, is that upon ordering their caprese panini, I discovered that I had a new favorite sandwich in Hudson. This place is truly great. A really good coffee shop (my Americano was one of the best I've had), new motorcycle gear (awesome leather Rev'It jackets), old motorcycles (for sale). I've lived in America 2 years now and this so far is my favourite breakfast - I had waffles with spicy tuna tartare and coriander pesto. Such an incredibly delicious and surprising dish, and you could tell the ingredients were top notch and fresh. Was on a weekend break and it started the day perfectly. I came back the next day and got the Duck Bahn Mi waffle and it was just as good - very succulent duck breast sliced with avocado and pickled cucumber. My girlfriend has a number of allergies and they were so helpful and accommodating. Really - if you're in the area go here and get a waffle! read more

I asked for a recommendation for a sandwich that was a little different, and was told the duck sandwich was a good choice - it was! Not greasy, and the salad it came with was refreshing as well. I also came here to buy some motorcycle riding gear as I'm taking an intro class in a couple weeks. All my questions were answered and I felt I was taken care of with respect and patience, and they genuinely wanted to help me obtain the right gear for me. Good tasting waffles. I had the blood orange and my colleague had the duck. The restaurant was smoky from the cooking area and the prices are high for what you get. I have never had baked goods at a cafe like the ones at Moto... especially the heart shaped almond cookie thing. But that was last year. They no longer have those locally homemade yummies. It was a definite 5 star joint. Surprisingly. As I'm no biker nor is spouse or mom in law. I was postpartum and we were going to share a scone. It turned into three baked goods because they were good AF. We went back last weekend and had a nice time yet the food left us wanting more. The waffle with spicy tuna sounded intriguing. Yet it was SO salty we could barely finish it. Cool idea but the execution was off. The zucchini salad was ok but I couldn't find the zaatar or lavender anywhere. The dressing was good though. The chocolate croissant was a total fail. Total. Too much thick unmelted chocolate inside. We just couldn't finish it. Neither could our toddler. So now I don't know if I would return. It's much easier to find good coffee than good baked goods. And their prior claim to fame has disappeared. read more

Food was good but definitely not worth the wait. I ordered a gluten free waffle and the woman at the counter warned me it would be 20 minutes. They wouldn't warm up a croissant for my sister so she left to go to a different breakfast place, and I planned to meet up with her after. It took them 45 minutes to make the waffle, which stuck to the waffle iron and came out a mangled mess. I thought based on the way they were prying it out they would remake it, but nope they just threw a bunch of stuff on top and served it up. The Best espresso coffee drinks. These folks care a lot about coffee, rotating in small roasters. They care A LOT but are not at all snobby about it; just enthusiastic and devoted. That's how I like my coffee spot. Good service, cordial, generally professional baristas, sometimes somewhat friendly. But I'm here for a cotado. Never disappoints. Oh, there's also some baked goods here. And motorcycles in the back. And every day but Tuesday, lovely Kate is slinging gourmet meals from her tabletop grill. Delicious! Oddly this coffee here was very disappointing. I'm not a huge coffee connoisseur, but I do understand that Starbucks coffee is of poor quality. This coffee was not much different. Maybe I got unlucky get shafted by having poor coffee that was brewed several hours ago at around 4.30, but the coffee that I was extremely poor. But when the barista simply pours premade coffee from a silver canister(?), it makes me question their method of making a fresh cup for every new customer, which even Starbucks is capable of doing. Perhaps the milk and cream that they left out went bad in the warm, or the coffee itself was not very good, but I was severely disappointed in the coffee served at this establishment given the raving 5-star reviews. Definitely will not be making the trip here to try the coffee once again. For reference, I typically have a French press coffee in the morning in my office with weekly ground beans from the Brooklyn Roasting company in NYC. The food was a touch above what I expected for a little espresso joint. They do lovely things with crumpets, waffles, and seasonal meats.
