Just a quick one here as it was Election Day and I was one of the many poll workers at a nearby school. The general public might not know this but a poll workers day begins at 5AM and ends when you are done with voters and wrapping all of the gear up. This early a start found me without a coffee for far too long so I took a quick break to fetch a coffee and a quick nosh. The nosh being an everything bagel with creamed cheese. While I try not to eat something this heavy very often, I was going to be on my feet for quite some time and feel I would work it off. While there are several Dunkin shops in the immediate vicinity, this ones location is super convenient and right near the bus to Staten Island and the MTA station on a main business thoroughfare. So if you feel that you might need a coffee or something additional before you head wherever it is you are going they are perfect. Just make sure to dispose of the stuff properly and not leave on that bus or train because that's just wrong. I was in and out of the location in 6 minutes, the time mostly being spent on reloading my balance on the mobile and the staff was friendly. I feel this location also has complimentary WiFi but I was not in there long enough to use it. It's a small space with only one table to sit but they do also sell coffee bags and some other items you might like. Check them out if your nearby. read more

Please look at the address before you bash a store you are not even reviewing! Individual managers of these DD's can get in trouble if their store is not up to standard. I don't go to dunkins often, but based on recent experience, I want to point out that this one has staff that are more friendly and polite compared to another place. Service was slow once or twice during previous visits but understandable cause it was quite busy and such a small store compared to many others. I had to do two Dunkin runs in separate neighborhoods last night and walked in to this store while a staff was mopping the floor. The other location I visited after was still littered with paper and spotted with grime but didn't look like they'll ever be cleaning anytime soon. The staff at the other store also seemed annoyed and even overcharged me... But before I go off ranting about the other location, I just want to say I'm glad to have this decent Dunkin (and not the other) around a place I frequent. read more

Totally agree with Metsuc. This place is sketchy in the day, empty and not too many people around but not too bad if you're inside. And at night, very shady, with random people hanging around outside. It's great that it's a 24-hour service, but if the cup of coffee really needed during the night, feel free to brave through. read more

cheaptest dunkin donuts I have ever gone too, and my cheapest I don't mean price, rather quality. I got a Free Medium drink coupon for my birthday and used it here, I asked for a Medium Caramel Latte and they gave me some watered down drink that I tossed out once I stepped out of the store. i went to dunkin donuts two weeks ago and got the vanilla bean coolatta it was the sweetest drink I've ever had! It felt like i would have gotten diabetes on the spot...i thought i would give it another try because vanilla bean is usually sweet so i got a mountain dew coolatta a few days later and it was also sweet but not as much as the vanilla bean one. I go out of my way to visit this location, as there are others closer that do not provide the level of service. The staff are fantastic. Whenever me or my family visit, we have an amazing experience. The staff are friendly; they go out of their way to make every customer feel welcome. I can boast that I cannot think of a single time I wasn't greeted with a genuine smile. The beverages are always well made, and on the rare occasion I get a doughnut or bagel everything is fresh. My only 'complaint' is that the location is very small, and it can be difficult to get a seat. This location services a very busy area including a bus stop and CityMD. read more

Staff here is always so nice and they already know my order as soon as I come in. ! Always friendly and smiling. I also feel like the food and beverages here are fresher than any other Dunkin donuts I went to. Prices are a tiny bit cheaper too. I normally don't leave feedback unless I really hate or really like a place. I am writing this because I really like this Dunkin Donuts. It is one of the newer locations in Bay Ridge and every time I have been there, the staff has been very professional and accommodating. It's your standard DD, but I like the staff at this one because they seem to be more courteous than other locations. In addition, I must say, that I am beyond thankful to Sunil (who was and maybe still is the manager) and the DD staff for finding and keeping safe my laptop. I accidentally left it in a seat there and the staff noticed and set it aside. I was way deep into Queens before I realized it was missing and called frantically. The person on the other end of the line wanted to be sure the laptop was mine so he asked me to describe it and kindly told me he would hold it for me. I dropped everything to drive all the way back to get it. That was the summer that I was about to take my New York/New Jersey Bar Examinations and that was the laptop that had all of my notes and that I had registered for the exam (meaning, I would be totally screwed if I didn't have my laptop). I was beyond relieved when he returned it to me, wishing me luck. He was so nice. I almost had a heart attack--I saw my legal career flashing before my eyes. I am most certainly grateful beyond words. I owe this man, especially considering that I ended up passing my exams (Praise the Lord!). Thank you Sunil, DD staff, and DD.
