Unfortunately the donuts wasn't fresh I guess this time of night they been sitting there and they are not making new ones. It was only 6pm but that's the only thing I can think of. They misheard our order twice. At first I said munchkins and the lady started getting me donuts and when I corrected her. She gave me a really bad attitude. And said I should've told her before grabbing the donuts. But I made it clear that I wanted munchkins. And today, my partner and I went it to get 2 maple bacon egg sandwiches. And when we were waiting for our order. They kept calling out maple bacon snacks. We weren't going forwards because we didn't order that. Don't go here if you want good coffee and good serve as the team that they have matter if it's different people are the same people. They are always extremely extremely slow if you order coffee expect to eat 20+ minutes because everybody on the team is just slow at completing orders. I've been there on several occasions and it takes a very long time for them to even just make a base of coffee also there's always a new individual. It looks like they're training in that location so I'm not sure what's going on with turnover. The team is not the most friendliest either so you're looking for great service go to a different location I've been to this location several times asked for cold foam and they put whipped cream on your coffee so make sure you check to make sure your coffee is truly what you ordered before you leave the store read more

Eh. Very hit or miss at this Dunkin'. Mobile orders always seem to take over 10 minutes to come out. It would be easier to just go in and order, especially if you have to go to work. Workers aren't very friendly either..in the morning they seem to have attitudes. Coffee is always fresh though...I'd say that's the only plus about this location. read more

2 stars is because the workers mean well, I truly truly believe the fish stinks from the head and after 10 years experience as a restaurant manager it is evident that the problem is LACK OF AND INEFFICIENT MANAGMENT... The other day I ordered a muffin, mentioned the the worker that lately they haven't been cooked all the way through. She was agreeable and it seemed like she already knew. Took a muffin off the tray, I paid for it, and then the rest of the muffins on that tray went straight in to the garbage can. This was right in front of me... why did I pay for this half cooked muffin that would have hone in the garbage? No, I said didn't say a word. You see, I order the same thing at the same time 6 days a week, and have since I started working in this area in Jan of 2023. I always just brushed it off and made excuses like its okay, its a 24hr store, management is bad, etc, all things Ive witnessed through the many months Ive frequented this store. Taking 20 min to make a latte, the machine being cleaned at 730am when it takes like 30min... again WHO IS MANAGING THIS PLACE??? Anyone??? Even after this last time when they sold me food they wouldn't eat themselves... even after that I still ordered the same thing at the same time... Today, Monday 4/30, has been my last day entering this location or bringing my business there. I also would order boxes of donuts and coffee for my office, 100$ orders each time.... If you can avoid going to this Dunkin' Donuts please do. The donuts are dryer then a desert in the summer sun. The jelly donuts literally have a dime size dab in them. There's a lady in there who is just flat out nasty and rude. She has gotten nasty with me on more then one occasion. I've watch her have problems with other customers and my wife has come home infuriated with her. I once picked out my donuts then decided I wanted a coffee and she told me it was to late to order a coffee Cause it was too busy. It's the only Dunkin' Donuts that actually gives exactly 25 munchkins and don't you dare try and pick out which flavor you want that's a whole Other issues. What can I say? This is the cleanest DD establishment I have ever went to. The employees move fast here. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door. The smiles are genuine and the donuts aren't melted on top of one another. That is an A++. Every DD I ever went to in the city- the donuts were either melted which I tolerated, old and stale, or just disfigured. I like this one. read more

I brought my daughters to this Baskin-Robbins usually we go to the Bohemia store which we should have done! This store actually charged me for sprinkles which are FREE everywhere else! I don't think I would have minded as much if it were .50C but $1.30 for sprinkles is outrageous! This is price gauging in a time we are all just trying to get by. When I went back in after noticing the $2.60 charge the cashier said that is the price for two toppings. Toppings really! He said sorry but the sign is clear $1.30 for toppings. This dunkin donuts is not good at all i would give tgem 1 if that . The manager is not friendly and the place is not clean . There are others that are a lot cleaner and friendlier . My husband got sick there once and the manager goes showing the picture of the bathroom to customers he had a problem one day . Hes been going there for over 20 years and they dont care at all plus the manger would use my phone to write a review so she gets the points if she did not have enough. Had the Pumpkin Spice Macchiato. It was everything I had expected in a drink. It blew me away. I always feel a Macchiato should be drank iced. Hot is okay, but it taste better cold. Their pumpkin squares are awesome as well. I highly recommend these items. 'Nuff said. read more

Ok. So I was just here 10 minutes ago and I ordered my normal mocha cappachino blast. No whipped cream. No cinnamon. And this witch gave me an attitude because when I asked for no whipped cream, she gave it to me anyway and I asked her to take it off. Not the best Dunkin' Donuts came in asked for a bagel with butter and they ended up giving me cream cheese. I also asked for coffee light and sweet but upon leaving I and tasting my coffee the coffee didn't taste sweet at all so i had to come back just for sugar. Place was also very crowded and loud which is probably a reason my order was completely ruined or they just need to have better communication skills. read more
