I've tried... but can no longer support this stole. The staff cannot follow cooking requests for additional time. I have brought my request to the manager on a few occasion's. unfortunately, nothing has improved. Food should be toasty with meat cooked versus spongey with rubbery meat. read more

Went in for a quick cup of Joe during my lunch break. I did not see my fav on the menu, but the engaging waitress said ' we have cafe mocha,' we just can't put everything on the menu.' I was pleasantly surprised as I had this in South Africa, but when I asked for it at a Starbucks in Marion, SC, the waitress there said it wasn't on their menu. I'm not a fan of Starbucks for a few reason$$$. Place is clean and looks great! At this time the drive thru is closed but being inside is better. Place is SLAMMED, employees are fresh but kind so PLEASE be patient. Courtesy goes a long way on both sides of the counter. My wife wanted a warm pumpkin spice loaf and of course we ordered other things. Doesn't that always turn out that way? She was very pleased with her order. First time at this modern, aesthetically pleasing building complete with outdoor patio area. But that's where it ends...all outdoor tables were filthy. Among the 5 people behind the counter of this almost empty establishment, one of them told me "we don't have enough people to clean it." I ordered a decaf coffee and wasn't told they didn't have brewed decaf; I was offered an "Americano"...some concoction with water. Rather than apologize when I asked for my money back, the retort was "I didn't even charge you for that (Americano). So I wasn't given a choice but rather was getting my arm twisted when I refused their choice! This place is not about the customer...Starbucks should take some of their billions and hire and train employees who "get it". read more

I was thinking about it, and I gotta say, it seems to me that all Starbucks locations have upped their game since COVID-19 started. All of my recent experiences have been good ones (with the exception of paper straws, but that's outside their control. I love the planet but if you're tooling around in Ford F-150's and Jeep Wranglers thinking you're Captain Planet with your paper straw, you're lost in magical thought.) This location has plenty of parking and attentive service. They take social distancing, mask wearing, and occupancy limits very seriously. Service is quick, and on point. It's even like two doors down from a bagel place, but I'd much rather drive to nearby Mo's Bagel instead. I really can't think of anything bad to say about this Starbucks. Maybe the parking lot is kinda crowded? Again, not their fault. read more

This place is AMAZING. i go here everyday during the summer, the workers are so KIND and very thoughtful. I have noticed there's new Starbucks workers and some of them may make mistakes but it's ok! We all make mistakes. The coffee I get is always so delicious, I get two when I go there because I know they make it too good!!! The place is little too small and not enough seats but it all matters if we feel comfortable there. I do always feel SO comfortable here. I always leave my bike in front of the shop and never got it stolen. Very secure place and i love it read more

Ultra friendly staff. Set up is a little different than most Starbucks in the area. There is a small bar area by the counter to sit and do work or just hang which is nice. Quieter than most places so I like coming here to get work done. read more

For the most part, the staff is awesome and you can tell that they like being familiar with the local customers. They also make my coffee perfectly. However, there is one specific Barista that if you catch on the wrong day, you may leave feeling frustrated and possibly insulted. I would give this specific spot 5 stars but I am a huge Starbucks connoisseur and the one thing that holds it back from being 5 stars is the seating area= not enough seating! and the less-cozy factor (i prefer the cozy, dark mahogany wood and fireplace feel to my Starbucks). Other than that, they NEVER EVER screw up orders and in all the years I have been coming to this starbucks, i have NEVER encountered an UNfriendly face! They are probably all around the nicest starbucks I have ever been to and I have been all over the world! The inside is always kept clean, they are fast and efficient and they use their staff well (no one is ever sitting or standing around, someone is always helping and doing something). The staff here are superb: friendly, personable, and patient. They remember their customers and treat you more like a small family owned establishment than an international chain. High school students do hang out here after 2 or so so be warned. It can become kinda loud between the music, patrons, and employees chatting. Quick service. Very nice employees. Beverages are consistent and the staff make sure that your order is accurate. The store gets very busy during peak times. Facility is clean and appears to be well maintained. Parking is ample but the lot gets very crowded. Convenient location that is easily accessible. I love Starbucks drinks/food, but when I come to this location the Barista Dawn, is rather unfriendly. She gave me my change and did not say anything which I thought was rude. This Starbucks is top-notch. I've been coming here at least occasionally since the store opened, and the staff has always been awesome. Service is always quick, even during the weekly Northport Middle School Frappuccino apocalypse. They remember regulars and semi-regulars, and you don't see a whole lot of staff turnover. I've also never had a bad drink here, except maybe during the early days of the new Frappuccino recipe. I saw somebody say that this place has the feel of a mom and pop coffee shop rather than a multinational chain, and I can absolutely agree with that. read more

The best cold brew!!! Hands down, and I've tried the cold brew from MANY different Starbucks locations. I don't know what they do, but the drinks taste best from this specific Starbucks location. Love this location Always so helpful accommodating and nice . My order is always right and never have to wait long One time they were a little short on a venti green tea which was no big deal. They didn't even have to tell me but they let me know gave me an option to put more ice or wait for more and also accommodated my next drink which was not necessary but still nice. I like this Starbucks but I don't understand why at 7:30 pm I have to wait for four minutes for a cup of coffee because they only do pour overs. This seems to be a new thing. I can understand why you would do a pour over an hour before you close but almost three hours before you have stopped using your coffee machines and all you do is pour overs for regular coffee seems a little absurd and makes the customer feel like they are not welcomed because they are looking to clean up as quickly as possible so they can leave. And to make matters worse the pour over coffee does not taste good at all. I purposely came in earlier to avoid getting pour over coffee and to my dismay they seem to start this now a lot earlier. They used to start it at 9 pm but now it's 730 pm. That is ridiculous to me. I believe this is not good business and will turn loyal customers away eventually if the manager does not step in and rectify this. read more
