Depending on who's working, you will know how your customer service will be and how you order will turn out.

Super clean, everyone who works there is friendly and pays attention to your order. Definitely the best coffee chain on Ditmars!

We stopped by here for dessert since it was my birthday and close to the restaurant we celebrated…read moremy birthday at. We got the ube flan, ube Madeline's, ube cookie. We loved all 3! My husband and myself are particularly in returning to get their ube flan. It was amazing! Beautiful space! Service took a while but not too bad bc it's just one counter and only two person working at that time.

3.5 stars. TLDR - good service, but iffy about the food (maybe we came too late)…read more.. $7 - mini flans (ube, coconut pandan, mango, thai tea) $10 - "bigger" flan (ube only) $30 - 7 inch flan cake (ube only) $50 - 9 inch flan cake (pre-order only) $12 - halo halo $5 - various iced drinks, boba, lattes $3 - madelines (for 3 pcs) The drinks were a little too sweet for my liking (we got the lemonade). They are famous for their flan cake mix. The ones in the cooler were just alright. The flan was more of a custard texture (away from jiggly jello) which was good. However, the bottom cake layers had subtle flavors and were a bit stale. The flan tastes better when its fresh and not refrigerated though. Compared to other customer's pictures, I think the issue was that there was not much caramel sauce on the plate. there was not much liquid on the bottom of the plate so the cakes did not look moist for most of our flans. The halo halo was a bit small in size for $12 (jar is similar to a overnight oats serving size). ive seen other places price it at $8-10 for that size. Overall, it was a miss for me for my first time. Service was nice though. they did let us stay 20 mins past closing.

Kora's pastries have always been consistently good. But this review is about their customer…read moreservice, which was beyond what I expected. I came in with my toddler daughter for a day date. Anyone with kids know with a young child, things can get dicey. You won't know at any moments time when you need to stop, drop, and roll. My girl was pretty calm and great the whole time, didn't expect anything less, but as usual, Kora was CROWDED. I felt hopeless about getting a table and I cannot compete with the adults with no kids, but I decided to take a chance. I got 2 pastries and a drink to sit and enjoy. After I paid, I look behind me, and of course, no seats. But then the employee who was also the door person/greeter, saw my distress, heard my concern, and then helped me get a table outside. I expressed my concern that I wouldn't be able to hear my name for my drink, and I cannot leave my daughter outside. She insisted that she would service my table. The employee got me my drink, napkins, utensils, and told me if I needed anything else, just ask her. It's the service like this that makes me feel not limited whenever I want to go to Kora, and I am very inclined to go back when I am solo parenting.

This is my second time here and I LOVE their pastries. The ensaymada is so good and their pastries…read moreare super unique and the flavors always pull through. I wouldn't recommend their matcha as it's pretty watered down, but their coffee is solid! There's a lot of seating inside and it's a pretty open space if you want to just chill. I'm giving this 3/5 stars solely because we did not have a good customer experience this time around. I didn't get their name, but the person helping us out with grabbing our pastries was pretty rude and not very helpful. We ordered two chocolate chip cookies to go and asked of we can have them in separate bags since my friend and I don't live together and we were taking them to go. He responds with "you know it's easier to carry in just one box right?" to which we explained our situation. He finally grabs two separate bags, puts the cookies in, then says "here's your two bags, enjoy" in a rude tone while giving us a smug look. My other friend came and asked for a to-go box since she ordered 3 pastries and definitely wasn't going to finish them all in one sitting. He refused to give her a to go box since he said "she's eating for here" when she clearly told him that she won't be finishing all in store and will be taking most of it to-go. After we finished dining in, she had to get back in line just to ask for a to go box since he wouldn't give her one originally. Overall, would come back for any seasonal pastries they may have, but hesitant because of the unpleasant service we received.

Really great Donut Shop in Greenpoint Brooklyn, with the Old Skool Polish Neighborhood Vibes…read more The Donuts here are FANTASTIC - huge selection, super sweet & highly caloric but if you're gonna go for it, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot! There's usually a line to buy donuts but they have tons of women working behind the counter in their retro smocks, filling orders & slinging pastries. Cash Only! No credit cards or mobile payments accepted. They do have an ATM onsite if you don't have cash on you (not that rare these days - I've been caught lacking here from time to time...). Perhaps the greatest quote ever to sum this place comes from the inimitable Tina Fey who discovered the treats here years ago & had this say @ Peter Pan: "The best doughnut? That's Peter Pan doughnuts in Brooklyn... It's a white-cream-filled powdered doughnut. And I really believe, when I first tried it, if I had a penis, I would put it in this doughnut. I finally understand what you guys are thinking about and what motivates you guys." She's not wrong...

There were several choices of donuts and pastries. They were all very fresh. There are plenty of donut spots to visit in NYC and beyond, but make sure you stop by Peter Pan the next time you are in town. 5/5 Til we eat again....

Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' combos are so common around these parts that it's sometimes hard to…read moredistinguish them. For yours truly, they're one in the same (#1) but this Woodside location really stands out for the wrong reasons. Customer service is not top of mind. Attitude issues from the staff have been so normal that everyone would benefit greatly from a self-order kiosk instead. Some of us are just here for a coffee, many others a carb snack, or a sweet tooth craving, but everyone leaves with a bad taste. There have been multiple instances of very stale donuts, so I've given up on ordering any of this. Thankfully the lines aren't too serious for a coffee, but they tend to skew on the overly sweet side. So that essentially leaves for the occasional ice cream cake for various occasions, but even then, it's overpriced and incredibly mid. It's been hard to find any redeeming value of this location. It's clear I'm not the only one who have had abysmal experiences here. This Dunkin' is most definitely flunkin'. ___________ (#1) Ice cream and donuts, both poorly done.

The store was super clean looks new their display of donuts looked fresh not that I was gonna buy @ eat donuts... Went in to get my Large Coffee; used my Dunkin App which I love; placed my order on my app @ 6:10; unlocked a free 10 pc Munchkins with the purchase of any med to XL Coffee order which was great because I was gonna give them to my coworkers... Arrived at the store @ 6:15pm the store was empty with just one customer & three lil children getting ice cream; there was two Dunkin employees one frmale & one male; the female was taking care of the lady & her kids & the male employee was busy breaking up boxes & handling the stores garbage.... Finally after me standing by the pick up counter the Female called out to the male employee in their language to make my order !! Like Hello !!! But 1st I had to tell him to either go wash ya hands or put gloves on !!! Like SMH !! That also took help to translate from the female; then he over filled my cup & still had to put my three toasted almond shots in ... Sooo I had to tell him to please dump some coffee out !! That also needed a translation !! But then the female had to come over & take over because I gather he don't speak her language either !!! OMG !! Now they tell me they have no Munchkins ... OK I guess this can happen so they gave me one donut in place ... So my guys split that ... We get & use the app to save time & so it's easier for the employees and there less mistakes and the orders accuracies are increased !! I walked out of the store @ 6:33 pm Well not over her !! Good Luck to You !!! No I will not return to this particular location nor will I recommend it .. Sorry Dunkin ya definitely need to re train theses two employees... Thanks, Greg D.
