Duncan dropped the ball ... I mean donut. My husband went thru the drive thru for donuts, specifically chocolate cake with chocolate, and two drinks; hot chai and hot chocolate. We are only a few minutes away and my husband came in with a lukewarm hot chocolate and cold chai; we got no chocolate cake donuts in the dozen, they were all chocolate glaze with sprinkles!!! I always look forward to a hot fresh decaf and the large variety of fresh donuts at Dunkin! On this visit, I was quite disappointed! We arrived early in the morning, and I bought our group rounds of coffee and donuts. The cashier (and the cashiers at the gas counter) couldn't provide change for a $50 bill. The donuts were fresh, but much smaller than in the past (everything is shrinking these days). Perhaps it's my taste buds, but I don't recall the donuts being so sickly sweet?! The manger needs to wien out the rude people and get better this is always a damn problem if there was another location on my way out I would go but there isnt im so tired of how rude they are. People often throw pastries at me when I sing on stage. I often find myself Duckin Donuts. Located as part of the Delta Sonic in Amherst and they can give you your typical Dunkin Donuts which I think are awful as well as hot chocolate which I actually think it's pretty good and they make it okay here but not great. A couple times it came out lukewarm, a couple times it came out watered down. Another couple of times it came out really good so it seems to be very hit-or-miss and depends on who is making it or how the machine is feeling on that given day. read more

I have never had better drinks or food from any other Dunkin', and I've probably been to every location from Buffalo to Rochester to Syracuse to Watertown, My food is always piping hot and my coffee is always the best. There have been a few mistakes here and there, but I usually just chalk it up to the app having misprints when I order. The workers are always super kind and helpful and very easy to talk to. I wish I could give them all a permanent raise because I literally do not want to ever go to another Dunkin' after this place. This has become a Monday/Wednesday routine (bonus points) because they're always so spot on. 10/10 read more

I walked in/around 7pm and I'm pretty sure the girl who was cleaning up/doing things at the back saw me. I stood in front of the counter for quite some time, went back into my car to get more change, and when I came back, she said, "We're closed". This was by far the absolute worst location of a Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. There were two other customers in there waiting for the order and I was the next one in line. It took the two workers eight minutes to come over. They kept taking every drive-through customer before me. I would've walked out if I did not have my two boys with me who wanted a donut. The place was not clean. The line was practically out the door by the time I got my food. Definitely caters to a college crowd because it's close to UB North. Stopped by to pick up breakfast sandwiches. I had a Bacon, egg cheese on a sesame bagel and a bacon egg cheese on a croissant. The sandwiches were both awful. The croissant was burnt so bad I threw it in the garbage when I got home. The bagel sandwich was not good either and barely edible. This is the location in the Delta Sonic near the Boulevard mall. I went to the Dunkin on Sheridan and they totally messed up my orders. I came to the Dunkin on Niagara falls Blvd in the delta Sonic and asked if I was able to get a remake. Not either they remade it to my liking Kaylee was very helpful ,and went way beyond to tell me how she was making it and literally stayed with me to see if it was good enough. And it was.
