I've had this place on my list of places to visit for a long time, ever since I saw them opening so I hopped out of bed and decided today was going to be the day and I took my butt out there to have lunch. The customer service was A1 as a matter of fact is it possible to be too customer service focused because she made sure attention was given. I can't remember her name but she did awesome. Let's talk about this food. I love the scallion pancake and just up the road is Trader Joe's who has a really good product for scallion pancake but there is nothing like getting it at a restaurant. It was so flaky and crispy I'm obsessed. You can never go wrong with a spring roll and so I got the veggie spring rolls and enjoyed them immensely but for me the star of the show was my entree. The house Chow fun that had shrimp steak chicken was so good. The veggies while minimal worked perfectly so the protein and noodles were the stars. And I definitely left with it to go box. There was enough food to keep you satiated at the restaurant and have a meal at home. They also have a list of boba tea and milk teas that will keep you engaged. While I didn't purchase one plenty of people came in to order them. And there was no shortage of In-N-Out traffic of residents coming in for lunch and doing takeouts. Grab your own water, utensils, and napkins from the station set up at the front. They have real plates on the table, but also paper plates at the self-serve station. FOOD (3/5): Some of the things I had was really good, some weren't very good. Hit or miss. $7 MILK TEA: I didn't want boba, but didn't know how to order it without on my phone, whoops! It was yummy. $8 PORK & SHRIMP SIU MAI: they were undercooked and I could heavily taste flour. I love that they are made fresh, however either thin out the dough or cook longer. $9 PORK SOUP DUMPLINGS: these were delish! I give four stars because no one told us that you had to order your own food, gather your own utensils and condiments, and drinks. However, the food was outstanding. Not worth the drive! We went there last Sunday for the very first time, the rating is good so we choose this place, we ordered Pork and shrimp siu mai, Har gaw shrimp dumpling, Peking duck bun, Crab meat and pork soup dumplings and Shrimp noodle soup, we were so excited but as soon as the food arrived the soup is so so salty that we couldn't eat it, I have to asked a cup of hot water to dilute it but did not do any good. The siu mai and har gaw is okay and we agreed we love the sauce to dip in, everything taste the same same as far as the dumplings go. The peking duck bun is oozing with sauce and it is over powering, all in all we're disappointed! We took it home but ended up not eating it. We had the crab pork soup dumplings along with the pan fried chicken dumplings,fried chicken noodles with shrimp and, two fruit teas. The fried chicken noodles and teas were amazing and the bag that they provided the food to travel in helped keep our food hot. We ordered the spicy noodle beef soup, steamed dumplings, Shanghai fried noodles, steamed white rice and the best dish garlic green beans. Every dish was hot and fresh. We had been meaning to try Dumpling Master for a while, and finally stopped by on a Saturday. They are located in the shopping plaza at the northeast corner of the Hwy 74 / Hwy 54 intersection. The restaurant is close to the J. Christopher's. There is plenty of parking in the shared lot. They have a small patio out front with 4 - 6 tables, but we opted to sit inside. They have booths and tables available, but were also doing a brisk take-out business while we were there. After we were seated, the ordering wasn't immediately obvious. The host explained it. You use the QR code on your table to order. Their delivery robot then brings the food. When you've finished the meal, you pay at the counter. The only improvement I'd suggest on the web-menu would be a few more pictures to differentiate some items, specifically the (at least) 2 varieties of dumplings offered. Also, it wasn't clear that some dishes came with rice, so we ended up ordering an extra rice or 2 (which they removed from the bill - thanks!). The food arrived in stages (via the bot). We opted to sample several things on our first visit and take home the leftovers. The Ma Po Tofu was pretty good, if a bit spicy (it was fine for me). The side dish of greens (I don't remember specifically which) was flavorful. The dumplings I ordered were quite good. They were certainly better than any frozen dumplings from the store, as good or better than any restaurant dumplings I've had, but maybe not quite as good as homemade (depending on who is making them at your home...). Portions were generous but not huge. We ended up with about 2 extra meals at home the next week. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely consider returning here. read more

I went back in August and the remember the fried rice being super great so I went back the other day since Charm is closed. Not a huge fan. Can't see myself going back. The dumplings are ok - not much flavor need the sauce to doctor them. The rice was good but not as good as I remember. Got the deep fried dumplings, pan fried are too soggy. The scallion pancakes are good - basic. The chicken appetizer which I heard was popular was a no for me, dark unidentifiable meat chopped small. I should have gone with the wings. Service was good - people are always friendly - I think it's family owned and operated. I never eat inside seems like a lot of confusion, a robot delivers some food but it's swirling through the restaurant with uncovered food and touching jackets... not the right vibe for me I get the icky fast. Had a wonderful lunch there recently. Shared an order of pork soup dumplings (6/$9) which were very good. Our entrees were the Szechuan spicy chicken stir fry ($15 w/white rice) and the beef Shanghai fried noodles ($16). Both were generous servings, enough for us (2) to be able to take some of each home. The Szechuan stir fry was advertised as spicy and it kept its end of the deal. The fried noodles had a delicious wok smokiness to them that resonates. You order via a QR code on the table and the food is delivered by a robot, although they do have wait staff that checks on you. The interior is airy and clean and there is also outside seating. I ordered takeout and the dumplings were very good. You can tell they are very fresh but I like mine with a little more flavor. The soup dumplings were not as soupy as I am used to and then the beef bao were a little plain. Tasted just like ground beef without a lot of other seasoning, but adding the sauce helped a lot. My go-to spot! I eat here all the time! Rice, egg rolls, and dumplings are my favorites -- yum! My roommates love the Szechuan Chicken, pork wontons with chili sauce, and boba tea. We came here on a whim and we are glad we did. The service was quick and the robot was an added bonus. My toddler was fascinated by it! We ordered a few appetizers, the pork wontons and chili sauce + the pork dumplings. Both came out in a timely manner and were tastey. For our main meal we ordered pork wonton noodle soup and the Szechuan spicy chicken. Oh my, do yourself a favor and order the Szechuan chicken, it's the perfect level of spices. Small eatery in Peachtree City to get a boba drink and a variety of food items. Great location if you don't want to drive an hour to gwinnett county for food. For those that have a more decerning pallette, it unfortunately probably wouldn't meet your expectations. The food is pretty decent depending on what you order. My favorite item was the beef noodles, and I unfortunately didn't get a picture of it. The taro milk boba at 100% sugar was fantastic. You can edit the sweetness that you prefer. The tapioca was the perfect texture and warmth as you would expect from a great boba shop. You order from the QR code at your table, & as it is ready, the food is delivered to your table via the robot waiter. It's a really cute concept and efficient way to deliver your food. The crispy chicken appetizer was quite tasty, although I didn't realize that it came with a sweet coating on it. Just so you are aware in case you want the same item. The crispy shrimp shu mai was good but had a very smooth texture on the inside that kinda confused the pallette. The dumplings can be either steamed, pan fried or fried. There a quite a few options food wise, and preparation type. Which gives the consumer a variety of options, which is pretty cool, because everyone has a different pallette. The set up threw me a little bit, I didn't love that I had to order on my phone, but then at the end I had to go up to the counter to pay? Just overall kind of weird. I was super unsure if I needed to tip or not since there was kind of a waiter but also my food was brought out on the little robot? I didn't love it personally. I felt really guilty taking up a 4 person booth by myself but there were basically no seating options for single diners it was okay since I was there at a non-standard meal time, but I'm not sure what I would have done if it was busy. I don't eat meat, but they still have options for me, like the veggie dumplings. Their veggie soup is incredible, always super fresh and super delicious. Also, the sesame balls are to die for. They're great at making sure customers understand the online ordering platform, and the robot that delivers the food is cool. The food is really good and the dumplings are really stellar. There's a great variety of dumplings to fill up on. What's keeping this from 5 stars - everything is self serve. You have to order on the phone app yourself, you have to get your own water, own utensils, own napkins, own cutlery. A robot brings your food, you have to walk up to pay. I don't like reaching into a bin for forks and spoons knowing that hundreds of other hands have been in there. They aren't laid out in a manner that would prevent cross contamination. The plates are paper. It makes the place feel cheap. read more
