We had to ask for waters for the table, and one of my dinnermates needed to ask repeatedly for the various sauces he has usually had included automatically. A few of our dishes never arrived to the table at all. When we asked about splitting the cheque, they got very aggressive with us and demanded we pay on one bill. The manager (pictured below) refused to honor their special clearly available to order on their menu system and refused to allow me to speak with the Owner. He threw me out of the restaurant as I voiced that I would make a complaint to the Head Office at the Brossard location, go on Social Media to share their unethical business practices and file a formal complaint with the OPC!! This establishment has been less than stellar since the very beginning during their soft opening when menu items were unavailable to order, short staff both in the kitchen and dining room, extremely long waits for your orders to be served, very unprofessional management team including but not limited to the Manager pictured below! The dessert was a big piece of chocolate in pyramid shape. It went well with the berries and milk on the side. I had a 1-pepper spicy dish, beef with cumin, and it was at the limit of what I could take. Very good, but very spicy. I can't imagine what 3-pepper fish would be like. I was visiting Montreal.
