However, for the price you pay, they seem a bit understaffed. The restaurant is small enough that you can get your server's attention, but some service details were slightly lacking. That said, the person refilling water was 10/10--super attentive. Another thing worth mentioning is the noise level. It can get very loud, making it hard to have a conversation. It would be nice if they added some kind of soundproofing or noise-reduction panels. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent, but the loud atmosphere takes away from the experience a bit. As for the food--everything was excellent. I had the salmon, and my partner ordered the 1855 Black Angus, which literally melted in your mouth. It was incredibly soft and juicy--spectacular. The bread service is a must-try; we're still thinking about it! I also loved the "blackboard" menu featuring seasonal or weekly specials--very unique and a nice touch. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but I would definitely go back because the food was exceptional.

The bouillabaisse was perfect - scallop beautifully done. The roasted quail was also very good. All the garnishes and sauces complement perfectly. The foie gras with the super crispy bread was excellent. Even the sherbet for palette cleansing was superb. The scallop main course in mushroom sauce was an art.
