I have moved a couple of times before, but I've never seen such professional movers at work. I am so impressed with their efficient/reliable and prompt moving service and the official communication throughout the move. I had a 2bdrm apt to move so I went to the internet to search for the moving companies. I asked quotations from many moving companies, but Dumbo Moving d Storagane company's quote was the best or i would say FAIR among them all. The sales rep. was very attentive to all the details. I asked a lot of questions and he satisfied me to the core. The guy Albert who was helping me to set the move was amazing, thank you for helping me out over the phone. The time for the movers to come was set to be from 9-10 am. I know a lot of stories about how moving companies are always late! But my movers showed up right on time! They even gave me a call before their arrival. The main move foreman Justin was phenomenal and professional and whole team was skyrocketing fast! First, they had a round and looked at all the amount of furniture I had to move, I signed the contract and the job began! The movers took care of most furniture, they protected it with the moving pads and plastic wrap, got all of the boxes out in about an hour. I was very impressed! I asked the team leader to take extra care of the mattress. And they did! Covered it all with the plastic wrap so it wouldn't get dirty. They kept working hard and fast and in about 5 hours my whole apartment was loaded into their moving truck. Once we set off for the destination, in about 20 minutes we were at our new home. Justin walked through and asked me where and how I want all my items placed inside. After that, they covered my carpet, in order not to get it dirty! Not all the moving companies do it. After protecting everything, they began to unload. I will repeat! The movers were so fast! In a blink of an eye, almost all the items were in places where they need to be. These guys never seemed to slow down. Everything got into its place. When the move was done the total price came up lower than expected! Now it's been a couple of days since I've used them. I have checked all the boxes and furniture. Nothing is damaged! That is a great feeling when everything is in the correct spots and nothing is damaged! I contacted Dumbo Moving through an online website, a bit nervous about a house move with all furniture as I had never done one before. During the initial discussions and quote process, Michael handled communication in a timely and professional manner, addressing all my questions clearly and factually, which gave me the comfort to trust him with this job. Move day started as planned, with a van and a team of two (Gilbert plus one) arriving on time. They skillfully disassembled and safely packaged all furniture of a 2-bedroom flat. The furniture included heavy cumbersome pieces, expensive pieces, large glass tables, a brand new piano, etc. There are narrow stairs from my garden flat up to street level, it was day of heavy rain, and the path was muddy and slippery. I was glad to see that the team was fully equipped to deal with the circumstances, and all furniture was safely transported onto the van and then to my destination address without any patch of wetness or dirt. No damage, no scratch, no object gone missing. All furniture is perfectly reassembled in my new flat. With lots of heavy or large objects, I expected to see some new marks appearing on walls or floors but no damage to report there either.  The team is very careful at every step. Dumbo Moving and Storage company made my move from FL to WA incredibly easy. I had to move my belongings in a matter of one weekend. I contacted several moving companies that told me I had to schedule these moves two weeks in advance in addition to coordinating a video call for them to evaluate everything that needed to be shipped. However, with Dumbo Moving and Storage company, I was able to set up a out of state move in a matter of four days. I called them on Friday and my stuff was picked up on Monday. The folks coordinating the move were incredibly patient and accommodating. Three professionals who picked up my furniture did an incredible job at wrapping my delicate and bigger pieces of furniture. I'm talking about several layers of saran wrap, blankets, and even a box big enough to carry my large wrapped dresser. After picking up my furniture, I received daily email updates to track the truck. I really appreciated that communication. My furniture ended up arriving exactly one week of picking it up, which felt super-fast! They really are BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!! They swiftly unloaded all my furniture, helped unwrap and even put together some. Lastly, the cost of the entire move was so much lower than the other rates I received for moving companies that wouldn't even be able to accommodate me for at least two weeks. Best moving company I've dealt with. I did a lot of research before-hand as I wanted the move to be smooth. I asked for 27 quotes in total and they were one of the most pickets friendly with insurance included. Also, they were the quickest to reply and this was continuous throughout the process and after (when it came to fix a date, questions, etc.) They would usually reply in a couple of minutes. From the start, the process was really smooth; they sent someone to estimate the volume of work and what size of truck would be needed. We took the full packing dissembling/reassembling service and it was just fantastic. The movers came right on time on the day of the move out, packed and reassembled everything in the given time, they were super careful not to scratch anything and wrapped everything perfectly. Our new flat was delayed a couple of times so they were always happy to keep our stuff in their storage and have been really flexible with the move in date. The move in was exactly as the move out, smooth and super professional. They did everything in the expected time window, including reassembling all the furniture without a scratch on any newly painted walls. When I moved from AR to TX, I hired Dumbo Moving and Storage, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went. Michael and Henry on my moving crew got right to work. They came prepared for the task, bringing dollies and furniture pads. These people expertly handled everything I owned. I had to make my first big move after 8 years of living in an apt in Manhattan. I was busy with buying my new place, joggling a lot of things at once, therefore, packing and moving is that part of the whole process that you wish you didn't have to do. I looked at several services, one of them quoted me a high price of over $1,200 for really not a lot of things necessarily- I had sold my couch so what was left was my bed and some smaller furniture. We are so impressed with and grateful for the whole service from start to finish. We asked Dumbo Moving to quote after being recommended by a friend. We were moving out of our house whilst building works commenced so our move was two fold - to store some belongings and to move some belongings. Dave came to see us initially to quote. These guys are amazing, for most of us, we don't move house very often and finding a moving company that is good value and good quality is really difficult, we used Dumbo Moving and Storage company for a move out of TX, after searching online and were full of doubts, but they were awesome. We took the packing service and moving, they were great with both, Daniel and his team was massively polite, very efficient, always on time, everything was packed carefully and well labelled. The day of the move was horrendously hot, but the guys got the job done without complaint and even apologies for taking occasional breaks! We did our best to help them keep cool, and they kept going until the job was done. We made a late change to the details of the move adding in moving some items from a storage facility, Dumbo Moving and Storage company was able to get that done too, no problem. We used Dumbo Moving and Storage company and could have asked for a better experience Matthew accommodated us last minute when our moving date changed and our other mover was booked thru the end of the month on moving day the crew leader called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know when they would be there. The guys were on time and got to work immediately our move was complicated by a major construction project at our complex but these guys worked fast and hard despite our 3 story townhouse and having to go along way between the truck and our house our move took really long and these guys remained hardworking and friendly the entire time they also did not break a single item nor did they scratch up any of the walls all 5 guys were thoroughly exhausted after the whole move but nonetheless still kind and gracious. I was slightly dubious as price-wise they were coming in less than half the cost of other quotes we got, but they provided as many references as I asked for and each recommended them very highly, so we took a punt. They were absolutely great. Very professional, courteous, and only too willing to help. They turned up each day spot on time as agreed and worked really hard. We had an excellent experience with these guys. Our movers called us about an hour early, informing us that they were ahead of schedule, so we could start early if we wanted to. We opted to do so, and within twenty minutes, they were at our door. After a quick look through of what was going to be moved, they just went at it. Among the movers I've dealt with recently, John, are among the best. In every respect, they were prompt and competent. What really stood out to me was how carefully and attentively they packed and handled my belongings. To prepare for entering the house, they stepped on mats or rugs and took off their shoes.
