Chris also found an issue with the roof cover of our dryer vent and took the initiative to fix that. I've had a lot of workers in my home and by far, this is the best experience I've had. Also, we were able to schedule the visit within a couple days of reaching out to Air Ducks, pricing was competitive and we were not up-charged (I had 3 other Air Duct cleaning companies that either quoted me outrageous prices or kept pushing add-ons. Air Ducks gave me a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. I'm so pleased with this company that I've already given their name to several friends and my next door neighbor has already booked a cleaning with Air Ducks. This is a great company, Chris is an outstanding tech, and I will use this company whenever I need duct cleaning for many years to come.

RKM reached out immediately and sent Technician Ruben. From the moment Ruben arrived, he was courteous, professional, and respectful. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms (no technical jargon overload), and got right to work. He replaced a faulty capacitor and performed a full system check to make sure everything was running perfectly. The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC is now blowing ice-cold air. I suspected the air vents might be contributing to the problem. Fidel took the time to thoroughly explain how cleaning only one section of the HVAC system wouldn't actually solve the issue because the dust and debris would simply be pushed into other parts of the system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest, and his explanation made perfect sense. Fidel and Licho were both professional, respectful, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took great care in cleaning the areas that needed attention, especially the room that had been affecting me the most. They even showed me the condition of the vents, which confirmed what I had suspected all along. Their attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out. They left everything clean and treated my home with respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality air duct cleaning services. Thank you to Juan, Fidel, and Licho for the outstanding work! I will definitely be contacting them again to clean the rest of my house.

The filters would get dirty quickly. As a result, I started checking out the ducts and noticed that they were quite dirty - plaster and paint chips, and dust. So, I hopped on Yelp to find a contractor to clean the ducts, and while we are at it the dryer vent, too. When I requested a quote from a local company Yelp offered to solicit identical competitive quotes from other highly rated companies. One of these companies was Riverside Air Duct Cleaning, which services even places here in San Diego. Ed was non-pushy and provided a very reasonable quote without gimmicks. As a matter of fact, it was orders of magnitude lower than all the other quotes, so I started asking more questions and looked closer at the reviews... still no gimmicks, no pressure. I made the appointment. The technician showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, clean cut, polite, and went right to work. He kept the place clean during the work and did a fabulous job. No more smelling the heat. The air is visibly cleaner, and the ducts now look clean inside. Outstanding. I will hire Riverside Duct Cleaning again in a couple of years to keep the ducts clean and our place healthy!

Disappointment, anger, and a loss of hard-earned money is quite a motivator to take the time to write a bad review. Then, sometimes a service or contractor comes along that delivers what is promised and at a reasonable price. Duct Pros is one of those companies that delivers. My husband has COPD and is currently in and out of the hospital or skilled nursing facilities with complications. When I started searching for a local company to clean the HVAC ductwork, it was obvious from the beginning that the company's reviews were written by real consumers. Jackson and Mario are the epitome of small business owner/operator companies that you want to have in your home. I waited a full week before adding my review to know whether I could actually see that our air is cleaner; and it is! Jackson's quote was very reasonable and their technique probably left my house cleaner than when they walked in. One comment about all the reviews on how prompt Duct Pros is - As they walked in the door I commented that I knew they would be on time. Jackson smiled and said, "Actually, we are 8 minutes late!" I laughed out loud bcz he had done something honorable regarding the previous customer. If you need this type service, this is the little company you need to talk to.
