Mike was prompt, great service and quick to help. We had the latch go bad on our over the stove GE microwave. He fixed the broken clip within about 10 minutes and was also able to help us find replacement knobs for our GE stove so we could replace the original knobs with metal ones. He has a no charge service call and it's was $100 to fix which was better than spending $300 on a new one as long as the fix lasts . I would recommend Mike for sure read more

FINALLY! An honest appliance repairman! Mike replied to an estimate request, said he'd be here at 9am, and was here at 8:58am! Very personable and honest about what I needed to do. He didn't try to upsell me or convince me to do hundreds of dollars of diagnostics hoping to find the Freon leak. He said he could add Freon to my refrigerator, but that it would only buy me maybe a month at most before I'd have to replace the fridge. He said he works on all appliances, so I'm not going anywhere else from here on. I can now say I have two people in my arsenal of life: an honest and reasonable appliance repairman, and an honest and reasonable car mechanic! I'm on a roll! I'm wondering why all these reviews are positive since my experience was a bit subpar. I had an appointment scheduled earlier in the week. The owner then messages me an hour earlier to let me know he's going to be late until 2-3pm or I should schedule for another day. People have jobs and don't have the time for this bs, I wished he had let me know sooner about this and not last hour before the appointment. My housemate took time off work just for this fix. My dryer is not drying my cloth as it takes three times to dry a load, I found Mike on Yelp he responded fairly quick. But I found a local guy who can come to me three hours earlier than Mike , so I went with the local guy first (aka Alberto), the local guy came and speak very little English , he checked my dryer and cleaned the clogged which is right and told me if still not working that he will need to repair other parts. So I turned down Mike on Saturday is bad decision as the dryer still not working properly. So I message Mike at 10:30pm evening , he is unbelievably respond quick and able to come take a look my dryer on Sunday afternoon, he came at three pm in the afternoon, checked my dryer under a minute and found the problem is that I have a bad coil, he open up my dryer another minute, get me the new part from his truck and replace the coils for another minute than put everything back in another minute, my dryer is repaired under five minutes, that's how good he is and also made sure my washer is working properly. Totally VIP service consider he is willing to work on weekends. If your appliance is not working , Mike is the go to guy, I am 100% satisfied with his work. read more

Our Samsung dryer was making awful rumbling sounds and a felt strip on the edge of the drum had come loose and was getting clothes tangled up in it. I made an appointment and Mike was out within the day, took one listen to the dryer and knew it was the rollers that needed to be replaced--he had the roller replacement parts and was ready to go, but he also listened to my concern about the felt piece that had come off the drum. He was helpful in saving me money by recommending I purchase the piece he didn't have with him, and he came back within a couple of days as soon as the felt piece was delivered!
