When I brought it home I noticed that even on the lowest setting it was now freezing everything in the bottom. I took it back up there and they changed the cold control for free. They had it from Saturday to Friday (ugh ... a bit too long for my taste) but they did it for no extra charge. They updated me by phone the whole week that it was there. I'm talking about the store on State that's south of Florida next to the kung fu place and the billiards place. When I paid, they told me that they did take credit/debit cards but the only one that could run the card was the owner and he wasn't there.

To my horror, the reason the dryer was burning so hot and melting things was because the previous owners had used a gas dryer for propane hook up without the proper conversion kit. Why this wasn't caught during the home inspection I don't know. Anyway, it was therefore not covered under the homeowner appliance warranty. Luckily AJ's had several refurbished dryers that I could buy for $250 so I was able to get a much nicer near commercial size dryer instead and it was installed for free.

Take your business elsewhere and spend your money wisely. They tried to get me to BUY an appliance when I simply wanted mine fixed. Little do they know I document EVERYTHING so I have plenty of evidence to prove they are NOT an honest!!!! I had a brand new machine and now I have one with old parts inside. I was promised they would repair the machine but they didn't and would not. I only wanted someone to fix my machine but found someone who I will NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS !! Her response was, "Welp, you're cutting it pretty close to your appointment time, but I guess I'll try to get ahold of the technician." To make matters worse, she hung up the phone without even saying goodbye or ending the conversation professionally. Emergencies happen, and while I understand last-minute cancellations can be inconvenient, there's absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Based on this interaction alone, I won't be using this company or recommending them to anyone.
