I give 3 because there was an adjustment to my oven, but I was disappointed in the money angle and attitude. I was told it was $75 to come and look, which would be put against repairs if I did the work. Turned out they said it was just an adjustment after they used devices to measure heat. Then they charged me $125. I was surprised by that because it was quick for them and they didn't have to do any physical labor or install parts. It didn't really take two men! I haven't used it yet and don't know if it's improved but they said they adjusted it to be right. Oh, and second, when I inquired about balancing the refrigerator, I was told I have too much food in there! I'm a senior but not that gullible. I think they take advantage. I did not receive a response for that message. I received a callback an hour and a half later to be informed they went somewhere else. They did not knock on my door or ring my doorbell. Very unprofessional. Sold me a noisy refrigerator. They came twice to try to fix the loud noise it was making but they were unsuccessful. When I called for the 3rd time they said as long as my food is cold I don't have issues and I have to deal with the noise. I asked if they could swap it out for another refrigerator and they said they didn't have anything in stock which I find hard to believe. Don't waste your time or money on this business. In the past, Appliance Solutions has always provided excellent service when I had problems with my refrigerator and electric dryer. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable technician. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have difficulty in reaching them directly. (I hate answering machines.) Seems to me that the workmenship these days is pretty shotty or questionable. A new refrigerator should not ever need service! There should always be a warranty or at least a number to call to get one. My new refrigerators fan was defective, so the 1st week my refrigerator was a cooler. I called to have them check out my broken freezer. They confirmed to come next day at 12pm. The tech had me text my information over. I did so with my name, number, and address. I also text a confirmation of time. His response "thanx" (unprofessional strike 1). It is now 12:20 on said appointment day. I text him asking "are you still coming?". No response from him. (Strike #2). I then call the appliance store at 12:50 asking about said appointment. I explained the situation to the lady over the phone and she gets my information saying she will call me back with an answer to what is going on. The lady never called me back! No voicemail or anything! So I know it wasn't a phone issue. (Strike #3). I then text the guy saying not to bother coming and I will go somewhere else. We called to get out dryer serviced, technician came and said a new part had to be ordered & they would be back the next day which they did. According to them, my dryer was repair but it was not. The following day when I went to use it, it was making the same noise as before. I called the following day, set for a the tech to come back on Monday at 10am & to my surprise no one came or called. Our oven wouldn't light and I could smell gas so I called the gas company and they came out and red tagged it. She said I needed to call a repair person to come out. Being a Friday we knew we couldn't get someone out until next week but we called a company and set up an appt. for the following Monday. Come Monday the guy came out and had an attitude the the minute he stepped into my house but we listened to him. Long story short didn't hear anything until I called them the next day and was told it would cost about 300.00 for the repair and service call and might take a long time to get the part. We then called Alliance Solutions and they set someone out within a couple of hours. Noe and his son came out and spent less then an hour on it and left. All it was was a dirt igniter and cost us 75.00 for the whole trip. Recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They work on stoves, washer/dyers, refrigerators and dishwashers as well as selling pre owned appliances. I give them a A+++ :) read more

We saw a refurbished washer online for for $175. When we got there she was selling a basic top loading machine for $350. It was twice the price of we saw online. We asked if there was anything for like $150 - 200. She said she didn't have anything at$150 but just looked at us like asking was ridiculous. These are all not state of the art machines and they're all used. They don't put prices out on the machines and I got the feeling that they do that to provide different prices to different people. read more

Bought a set of washer n dryer from them and in less thana week the washer didn't work anymore I called them the man (owner)that Answer the phone was extremely rude it took more than one phone call and a week for them to repair the washer that I had just bought from them. A few months later I call them because I'm having the same problem with the washer and they said I have to pay $75 for their labor and once again this time it was a female that answered claimed also to be the owner was very rude as well yelling on the phone stating that she was the owner and she was going to do whatever she want want it to. I reminded her about her 1 year warranty that they state and it's also on the written receipt she gave me but she said that's only for parts not labor funny part is that, that's not on my receipt is that.
