We noticed a error message on our dryer that indicated that there was a an air flow problem. Figuring we might have a blockage in our dryer ducting, I started looking at Yelp reviews for a company to come check it out and clear the possible blockage. I called duct pros a month ago and spoke to Jackson Bayly. I was scheduled for April 16 which was their next available. I received a call today April 15. Jackson told me he had an opening. I told him yes I'll take it which is great to have it done the day before Jackson and Mario came and we're super efficient. They went to every register and opened them up, then cleaned out all the air ducts With their auger machine and brushes. Mario and Jackson were very clean. They took their time to vacuum things that were on the floor and cleaned the ceiling fans. They were very thorough. I appreciate both Jackson and Mario very much for all the work that they did they were very kind. Mario even cut down my vent for the dryer and re-taped it properly. Like others, my dryer took hours to dry clothes. Because my dryer was old, I bought a new one and it still took hours to dry. Someone suggested the vent was clogged, and I called Duct Pros based on their great Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Jackson responded quickly and was able to schedule me in a reasonable amount of time. They arrived on time, letting me know when they were 30 minutes away. Jackson said my vent was probably clogged at the roof, and he was correct. There is a screen at the top of the vent to keep rodents out, but it also kept the lint in. They removed a mass of lint that was the size of a basketball and showed me the completely blocked screen. The whole cleaning process took no more than 30 minutes. Jackson is friendly and professional. They left the work area clean, and charged what they had quoted with no extra charge for going on the roof.
