I highly recommend this duct cleaning company! They were honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated how transparent they were and that they didn't try to upsell or charge me for things I didn't need. The service was excellent, and it's refreshing to find a company that truly values its customers. I'm very happy with their work and would definitely use them again! And they are punctual! read more

I have often noticed that consumers are more likely to write a review when everything didn't go as well as planned with a contract service. Disappointment, anger, and a loss of hard-earned money is quite a motivator to take the time to write a bad review. Then, sometimes a service or contractor comes along that delivers what is promised and at a reasonable price. Duct Pros is one of those companies that delivers. My husband has COPD and is currently in and out of the hospital or skilled nursing facilities with complications. When I started searching for a local company to clean the HVAC ductwork, it was obvious from the beginning that the company's reviews were written by real consumers. Jackson and Mario are the epitome of small business owner/operator companies that you want to have in your home. I waited a full week before adding my review to know whether I could actually see that our air is cleaner; and it is! Jackson's quote was very reasonable and their technique probably left my house cleaner than when they walked in. One comment about all the reviews on how prompt Duct Pros is - As they walked in the door I commented that I knew they would be on time. Jackson smiled and said, "Actually, we are 8 minutes late!" I laughed out loud bcz he had done something honorable regarding the previous customer. If you need this type service, this is the little company you need to talk to. read more

Jackson is a top notch service provider. Real honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. I reached out to Duct Pros to have my dryer vent cleaned, assuming it needed it b/c our dryer kept stopping its cycle. He showed up ready to do the cleaning, but discovered it was the flap on the outside being stuck - and our vent was pretty clean. He didn't charge me for the visit, b/c he said there was nothing to do but unblock the vent flap on the outside of the house (which he did). We appreciate the honesty - and I offered to compensate him for his time coming out, and he refused. I will definitely be calling Duct Pros for any future needs!!!! Thank you Jackson! read more

We noticed a error message on our dryer that indicated that there was a an air flow problem. Figuring we might have a blockage in our dryer ducting, I started looking at Yelp reviews for a company to come check it out and clear the possible blockage. After reading many Yelp reviews, it was obvious that Duct Pros was the company for me! I reached out via the Yelp message service and within 20 mins I had a response back from Jackson with a time and fair cost to complete the service. We scheduled the service call for Saturday between 10-11am, Jackson and Mario arrived at 9:55am! (I really appreciated their respect for my time by honoring our agreed an upon time). Jackson and Mario quickly got to work and cleared the blockage within 20 mins. Two great guys that know their business! Bravo, Jackson and Mario! Thank you, Ron read more

I had to cancel a few times due to remodeling delays. Jackson was very accommodating in understanding as we kept rescheduling. Fast forward we finally were able to get the ducts cleaned and as expected they were a mess with extra drywall dust too. All of the ceiling registers are super clean now and the AC flows so much better, it literally cut down on noise coming from the returns! I would highly recommend Jackson and his crew. They were very fair in their pricing too. read more

They just left our condo after cleaning our air ducts & the drier vent. They did a great job. They cleaned the vents after taking them off. They were very cleanly & were very nice in explaining what they were going to do. Love that they caulked the vents after putting them back. And most of all....the price was perfect. I researched different places and I'm so glad I picked them. I told my neighbor about them and the job they did, now she's getting hers done . I called duct pros a month ago and spoke to Jackson Bayly. I was scheduled for April 16 which was their next available. I received a call today April 15. Jackson told me he had an opening. I told him yes I'll take it which is great to have it done the day before Jackson and Mario came and we're super efficient. They went to every register and opened them up, then cleaned out all the air ducts With their auger machine and brushes. Mario and Jackson were very clean. They took their time to vacuum things that were on the floor and cleaned the ceiling fans. They were very thorough. I appreciate both Jackson and Mario very much for all the work that they did they were very kind. Mario even cut down my vent for the dryer and re-taped it properly. I didn't realize it was too long and wasn't doing a proper job so Mario fixed that without me even asking he notices everything according to Jackson. read more

Amazing service! The team was punctual, friendly, professional! I arranged for them go out to my 93 yr old Dad's house. He lives alone and hadn't had his air ducts cleaned in 20+ years. DuctPros were efficient, thorough and friendly. They did a great job and even changed the AC filters without being asked. DuctPros offered very competitive pricing, including a discount for my Dad's VA service/Senior discount. Most of all they were courteous and friendly with my Dad, who is naturally cautious of elderly scams and/or price switching! My Dad was so delighted with their company and their great work. I wish I could give 10 stars! read more

Like others, my dryer took hours to dry clothes. Because my dryer was old, I bought a new one and it still took hours to dry. Someone suggested the vent was clogged, and I called Duct Pros based on their great Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Jackson responded quickly and was able to schedule me in a reasonable amount of time. They arrived on time, letting me know when they were 30 minutes away. Jackson said my vent was probably clogged at the roof, and he was correct. There is a screen at the top of the vent to keep rodents out, but it also kept the lint in. They removed a mass of lint that was the size of a basketball and showed me the completely blocked screen. The whole cleaning process took no more than 30 minutes. Jackson is friendly and professional. They left the work area clean, and charged what they had quoted with no extra charge for going on the roof. Their price was good, and I will definitely call them again when needed and recommend them highly. read more

Wow- so impressive- do I understand the five star rating. Jackson and Mario are the two nicest people I've ever met (and yes, they know their business). They were in and out in no time, because they work like a team- and were so kind. Ten stars for Duct Pros. read more

Jackson and Mario were here this morning, excellent job, ducts had not been cleaned in 20 years, Highly recommended.

WOW! We are so glad that we found Duct Pros! They are the real deal duct experts. Jackson and Mario came out yesterday to our RM condo and cleaned all of the air ducts and dryer vent. They were efficient, friendly, took their time and very honest. They were easy to work with and it was a very fair price. I knew before they arrived how much the job was going to be and there were no surprises. I can't give enough praise and gratitude for Jackson, Mario and Duct Pros! On another note I feel compelled to mention that we had first called another similarly named company who sent a coupon in value Pak. The guy from this company came out and used more of a scare tactic about how dirty the air ducts were and gave a price that was way more than Duct Pros with no apparent rhyme or reason. I have added this info to help others find the gem called Duct Pros! read more
