I have a short term rental in Palm Desert and the other night my guest called me to tell me the A/C wasn't blowing at all. I called Paul Mitchell's Air Care (at 9pm by the way), and I was told they could have a tech there within 20 minutes! And, the after hours additional charge was reasonable as well. When the tech arrived, he was able to fix the issue immediately. From Bree in the office to all the techs, everyone here is top notch. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. This is a Lennox product and Lennox provided a new board. However, I had to use Paul Mitchell for the replacement. They charged me $495 for the tech to replace and configure the board, about two hours his time for the install. I found another company that has helped with HVAC work, including fixing the problems from the original Paul Mitchell installation. Unfortunately, they could not replace the board as it was a RMA from Lennox.. If you are looking for HVAC work, keep looking you can find better.

Jose and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options for the new system and helped me pick the right fit for my home, then completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. For the repair, they diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. What really stood out was the honesty and communication throughout -- no surprise charges, no cut corners. Both units are running great now. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled AC company, Air Plus is the way to go. Ask for Jose!

There was a small issue with my new unit a few weeks after they installed it and I called them at 4:20pm when suddenly my house was 85 degrees and rising. Their reviews as well as overall ratings were what attracted me to use them as well as their experience with split units. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. She even offered a discount for a future check-up--seriously great customer service! Fast forward to Labor Day weekend--of course, the A/C dies again, late at night. Thankfully, a storm rolled in and cooled things off just enough to sleep. I immediately reached back out to Kali the following morning, and she had a tech, Chris, at my place within a couple of hours.
