This is my second time working with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning, and once again I had a great experience. I called on Saturday to schedule an A/C tune-up, and they were able to fit me in first thing Monday morning, which I really appreciated. Alex Hernandez arrived on time and completed the tune-up efficiently. He gave me a call afterward to explain everything that had been completed and answered my questions. Alex was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

We had a clogged drain line and water all over the guest room carpet! We got an appointment for early afternoon and Alex & David came out, flushed the gunk out and re-routed the line. Fast, friendly service & a fair price! We've now signed up for a quarterly check of the system. Highly recommend this locally-owned company. read more

Great business. Titan has been very responsive to our service requests on several occasions. The work was completed quickly and their technicians are friendly and professional. They even helped us get our furnace fan replaced under warranty. read more

Good, but expensive service. The good: They responded quickly and were at my house in 2 hours. The tech diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes which was a bad capacitor. The bad: Ten minutes later, I was charged $487.00 for a $10.00 part which after research I discovered was exorbitant and felt, highway robbery. read more

This company is honest and trustworthy!! Within the last month, we called Comfort Air because of all their ads on TV and they came out and said our system was shot and corroded and needed to be replaced entirely. Systems cost between $10,000 and $15 000. Fortunately, our vacation manager at Poolside Rentals contacted Titan air and they came out and said all that was was a broken fan and charged us $1000. These are amazingly honest, good people!!! read more

Called them to come out at the end of the day close to 7pm to take a look at my 26 year old system and Sergio was able to revive that monster. It turned out to be pricey, but they were out of their service area and came within the hour. I would recommend them. read more

Highly Recommend!! We are so thankful for you Sergio and your team. After getting home from dinner and realizing something was not right with the AC, it was a HUGE panic over here for our family. This is not the first time, nor the second, but it won't be the last time we call for their services! If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest and high quality company, Titan Heating & Air is the place to call at any time! read more

Had an issue with one of my AC units turning on and shutting off every minute or so. Messaged Titan for help. The technicians arrived within the estimated time of arrival. They introduced themselves but I forgot their names. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Were able to identify the problem quickly and resolved it even quicker. I have not had problems with my AC shutting off again. I would definitely use Titan heating and air conditioning again. read more

Trustworthy - Responsive - Professional - Kind!! Sergio and his team are nothing less than amazing. In this competitive HVAC industry - in this highly competitive market (Palm Springs / Coachella Valley) - Titan is a gem. This is a very fair - honest - quick - professional company. I was in a bind with a failing AC unit during a massive heat wave and Sergio and Ernie came out right away and diagnosed I needed a new AC unit. Yikes almighty! New AC units are super expensive and Sergio offered a solution that was seamless and quick. Sergio then thoughtfully offered his personal portable AC unit for me to use so I didn't cook in the heat overnight. Sweet! The new AC unit was ordered and Ernie and Juan installed the new unit the next morning. I was back chilling in my AC by 2pm. That took less than 24 hours! Who else can do that? Answer: no one. Whaaat!!?? This was such an amazing experience. How serendipitous their schedule was open to accommodate my installation needs and I was not inconvenienced during a very (hot!) inconvenient time. Thank you Sergio, Ernie and Juan! You will not go wrong with Titan Hearing and Air Conditioning! read more

Titan - thank you! Always a difference between expertise and experience. Always a difference between professionalism and just personnel. Titan and Sergio are that difference, they have the expertise and the professionalism to identify the problem. You can have experience in HVAC, but without the passion you don't develop expertise. You can be the designated person asked to do the job to just give it whack, but not take ownership of the quality of your work. Titan was there and came to evaluate our compressor on a late Friday night on a three day weekend in 105 degree heat with 55% humidity when no other company on Yelp or elsewhere would return a call. I tried... I won't call out names, but the bigger names all failed the basic emergency test (Which is more important? Their Friday night beer or a customer in trouble). If you want expertise and professionalism, go Titan. When you can ask questions at 11pm on a dark and swampy night and get a response that shows they know what they are doing. You stick with that person. read more

Our AC system stopped cooling at around 4:30pm and they were the fastest to respond to my Yelp inquiry. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable, he figured out the issue and made the repair quickly. Sergio and his team are fantastic to work with, I needed help on a day the temperatures were up to 115 in Rancho Mirage and he was able to get Omar out to me, they resolved my issue in an efficient and cost effective manner, they went over options and I was able to fix the issue the same day! With small children in my home I know I can rely on this Business to follow through. Very professional and clean. Thank you Titan team! read more

Condenser relocation , speedy , professional, reliable quality workmanship, best prices , 5 stars all the way , highly recommended

I had an issue with my HVAC system and needed quick response to resolve the issue. I called Titan and they responded swiftly to my request. Communication was very easy and the text notifications were a big plus as I was kept in the loop on when the service technician would be arriving to my house. Sergio arrived sooner than expected and was able to identify the problem in no time. He was very friendly, professional, and was so fast to solve and fix the issue. He sent me pictures and was transparent about everything regarding my HVAC system and what needed to be done. Highly, highly recommend Titan and give much appreciation to Sergio and his great work and professionalism. read more

Sergio came out to quote a garage AC unit. He was great to deal with and explained how his team would do the job to hide a lot of the pipes and ducting. None of the other vendors were interested in making the job look neat. My neighbor wanted a unit too, so we were able to organize a discount as a deal. The installation crew arrived when they said. The told me that the install would take six hours and that's what it took. The wiring and dusting was run as Sergio said it would be. The team did a great job. The unit is just what we wanted. read more

If I could give ten stars I would. Sergio came to the house and assessed the problem when no one else could. He gave us options on how to fix the problem and came back the next day with new parts to do the repair. The communication throughout the whole process was impeccable. Sergio let us know when he was picking up parts, when he was coming and how long everything would take. I will no be using Titan air for all of our repairs and services. read more

Well of course my AC problem happened at 3:30 on the Friday before Memorial Day! I called Titan and they said they would send someone between 4 and 6. He showed up around 4:20, which was great. I had purchased an Amazon smart thermostat that was wonky. He spent more than an hour getting it to work. I so appreciated that he stuck with it on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend until he got it working. He was super nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Great job Titan!! read more

Sergio showed up at my place at 1130 Friday night on a holiday weekend, on 1 hour notice. My A/C had a busted capacitor and my Airbnb guests were boiling in 95F heat instead of enjoying themselves on their vacation. Sergio magically had the part in his truck and the whole situation was rectified in less than 30 minutes after he arrived. Not only that, but his pricing was super-reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the communication, pricing and promptness. Strongly recommended. read more

Reached out via yelp and am happy I did. They replied immediately and were able to come out the same day. Sal was very informative and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. I ended up with the yearly maintenance because it is a great deal for AC and furnace up keep throughout the year in the hot and dusty desert conditions. I highly recommend Titan. Thank you so much! read more

Sergio and his crew are amazing and I wouldn't look anywhere else. I had originally scheduled an appointment with another 4.5 star AC company after mine was completely shot and stopped working (31 year old unit). I had renters there and the original company couldn't come out until Thursday. My property manager told me about Sergio and I canceled my other appointment immediately, Sergio answered the phone and came out on a Sunday and was able to replace my entire unit first thing Monday on Memorial Day. He was completely honest, helped me to research on the rebate programs out here and helped me figure out different financing options. My renters were also very impressed with him and his work and also agreed that I had a great company in my corner. read more

We are snowbirds and upon our return this fall, our AC was out and water heater was making all sorts of noise. I called Sergio before getting to the valley and arranged to meet him the morning after we arrived. He was timely, professional, diagnosed the problem within minutes and promised a new system installed on Monday (this was a Friday morning). Ernie, Juan and Juan were at the house on Monday by 8:15 and finished the installation before 4pm. There was an issue with our smoke alarms after they left and Sergio and Ernie returned to our home to fix it all. The problem was not their fault by any stretch of the imagination. That's just the customer service that they provide. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I read more

I was on my way to indio from where I live at. I emailed Titan heating and air on the road(I wasn't driving) and within maybe 5mins they contacted me and let me know what time they we coming on the SAME DAY!!!. Sergio is a very, very nice young man really funny and truly nice to talk to. He knows what he's doing when it comes to his job. He explained everything and went that extra mile for us. He did a fast job at a real good price. We have had other companies come to service the ac and never has anyone been able to get the ac cooling good. Titan told us and showed us that it cools great. Thank you Titan (Sergio) Hello to your family. Very honest on what's going on. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone in the Coachella Valley under any circumstances. Not because of a lack of technical skills, but because of the terrible customer service I received from the person who answered the phone--Diana. She was extremely aggressive, and the epitome of rude...completely classless. The conversation I had with Diana was shocking. Titan came and serviced my unit in June 2023, and refilled the Freon solution. They checked for leaks, and everything was OK until September 2024. I recently received a message from my property management saying my unit needed Feon and I was surprised as Titan had handled this not too long ago. I called Titan to get advice and see if someone could come out to check my AC unit; and what I received was no less than horrible customer service from Diana. I was also accused of not paying a bill of $69.00 that I never received an invoice for; although Diana did call me in the past notifying me of this invoice, but she called during the time we lost a family member, and I forgot to call back. Needless to say, be aware before calling this company. This was my experience and hopefully I can prevent the same from happening to another human. I was also told, that allegedly Diana's husband Sergio is the owner of the company and therefore she feels there is no recourse for treating people badly. I was not the first complaint my property management received about Diana. read more

I sent inquiries to several AC companies at the same time on a Sunday evening, and Titan was the first to respond, almost immediately. They offered to come out that evening but my issue was not that urgent, so their technician showed up early the next morning. In quick order my problem was diagnosed as a burnt out blower motor, which I was able to get repaired under warranty. read more

Sergio from Titan Heating and Air was truly a life saver! My Motherinlaw who is on her 80's Air Conditioning unit went out. Another company she had bought an extended warranty with completely tried to rip her off taking advantage of a widow. When I share what was going on Sergio went to her house did the diagnostic for free gave us a quote for more than half of what the other company charged! He was even so kind to offer the use of portable air while he was able to get parts that were back logged. He stayed in contact daily check everyday till he got the quality-factory parts. The part came in schedule instillation next day and now my Motherinlaw is safe as temperatures rise in Indio California. I can't tell you but Sergio has reinstated my faith in human kindness! read more
